Brilliant 5 Stars! Booked this place for my Son's 5th Birthday party. From start to finish the staff and management were exceptionally helpful, accommodating and very professional. Kids loved the soft-play, ninja, laser quests and go karts! This was topped off with the wide range of party food. Unlike other venues they do not make you choose one set meal, but provide a wide selection for kids from fries, smiley faces and garlic bread to pizzas, nuggets and fish fingers. Last but not least...the slush! Kids loved it, parents loved it, definitely recommend!

Me and my son wanted to try a different soft play, so we came to fun valley it was a good choice 👍, as soon as we walked in we were greeted by very friendly staff, who showed us where everything is. Food was very reasonable and tasty. The toddler bit was very good we loved the ball bit, the mirrors and ofc the slides. The bigger bit was even better with loads of slides, a football pitch with two basketball holes, and loads of climbing bits and bobs. The slides we amazing. I find the hole place nice and clean. We truly had a fanatic time

A great play area , Took my 4 yr old. he was happy to play so I just sat and supervised. Food is also available which was being enjoyed by many and there's plenty of parking. Children as young as 1 and as old as 12 seemed to be enjoying the play facilities

Little Avenue (upstairs in the go kids go bulding) is brilliant. I've visited twice with my 3 and 6 year old. It's so nice watching them play. The props are all so well thought out. They can really use their imaginations and parents can get involved or just sit down and watch them as theres lots of benches where you can supervise from distance. The only negative is that it's not accessible to wheelchair users and my son struggles a little with the stairs but hopefully it will accessible in the future. My kids talk about it a lot and are always asking to go to back as they really so enjoy it.

Soft play centre that charges adult entry - never experienced that before. We were charged £27.80 for 2 children & 2 adults. This didn't even include a drink or discount for one. The kids had a good time, burnt off some energy but seriously overpriced in my opinion.

"Best day of the holidays ever" - one 12yr old, two 8yr old and a 4yr old! Soft play, laser tag, go karts, climbing, arcade, gaming and trampolines for around £50 for all four kids for 3 full hours. Bargain and they love it. Food was lovely, site was really clean... not sure why previous reviews were poor.

My kids had a great time here! Seating area was clean and tidy. Staff were all friendly and polite. Lots of stuff for the kids to play.. Soft play, lazer tag, go karts, interactive play wall, tree climb (this was closed on our visit though), and a ninja warrior type mini obstacle course too. Drinks not too expensive, jug if juice 2.75 and single drinks like fruit shoots, bottles of water, apple juice bottles etc all 1 pound. Great day out with the kids and will be returning!

Great place for kids to play! The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Food prices are adequate, with a variety of options to choose from - adults included. I attended with two 6 year old boys, of whom had a fantastic time after school! Despite the hours and it being a weekday, hot food/dessert was still available and service was efficient. Would recommend paying extra for the 'Little Avenue' section upstairs for longer stays, but overall we had a pleasant experience and shall be visiting again.

Visited recently with my 3 year old and was really glad to discover that gem of soft play/ role play in Leicester. I was positively surprised by some really great ideas at the play village. We live in Northampton where we go to another soft play quite regularly and Go Kids Go has some nice features that the other soft play in Northampton doesn't have. My son really loved a car workshop, fire engine (big hit!) police station and especially post office upstairs in role play village. He spent ages there. The ideas with boxes stacked on shelving unit and a book with retro looking postcards are great and really appealing to young children that love props like boxes, love to play a post man and love sorting and organising things. Also upstairs corridor, part of role play village, is really great. It is pretty, with blossoming tree and it has a cute garden/ barbecue area near it. I could write about this place forever! I am going to dentists in Leicester again and my son keeps asking me if we are going to 'Leicester play place'. It is his favourite one at the moment and we will definitely be returning.

Super service and really understanding and accommodating staff, Highly recommend. We exclusively hired Go kids go for our sons birthday party and cant thank the team enough for how accommodating they were with us. There was a football game on which meant the roads were closed and we ended up arriving a little bit later so they extended our slot time at no extra cost and were very understanding. They also provided tasty food for us and extra plates etc when ours ran out. Extremely good service, they bent over backwards to ensure we had a good time. We will definitely be coming here in the future. Thankyou

Not as good as it once was with no climbing wall no access to go karts and it felt run down and tired with the centre of the room non accessible due to what can only be perceived as maintenance work? Upon entry it they state cash only and then points you towards a cash machine which charges £2 (which I refuse to pay) so had to go to Morrisons across the road to withdraw cash then once I was at the cafe/food bar you could pay by card. When I asked the staff why I couldn’t pay on that card machine they couldn’t give me an answer and went with the default it’s managers decision to do this. No sign to say it was a different caterer to the place it self so can only put this down to an opportunist way to get more money out of you upon entry by using the charge to withdraw your cash. The food i must say was value for money for my kids who really enjoyed it and the experience albeit not the best considering I paid a £30 entrance for 2 adults and 2 children with one of my kids aged 2 felt a little on the expensive side. This included the £5 per child for tiny town which was eerily quiet and the floors bouncing which felt unsafe. The costumes to the joy of my kids was a delight to see them enjoy it. The supermarket toys was one my kids really enjoyed but I really didn’t see the need to charge an extra £10 in total for this with no band or receipt checked upon going up and down felt a bit silly as anyone could’ve gone up and down without paying the extra with the people at reception paying little or no attention just simply opening and closing the door for the obvious child safety reasons. To cement this the person who took the original entrance fee wasn’t the person who let us in to go upstairs later on. It’s a shame as I feel this place was brilliant prior to the pandemic as it had much more variety and with it being half term for most I thought it would be busier but upon my families experience today I could see why it wasn’t so busy. (We arrived at 11am and left at approx 2 so I would’ve thought this would be peak hours footfall wise) Back to the drawing board guys I would suggest

My 2 year old absolutely loved it. It's cash only and their cash machine charges £1.60 for cash. Plenty of soft play and lots of games machines so bring plenty of change as they're £1/2 a time. They serve some food and have a vending machine also, although it is a little expensive. You can't eat or drink your own food or drinks so eat before you go or be prepared to buy food there. Overall time and money well spent and would definitely go again.

Large play area located quite close to the centre of Leicester. Can struggle to park at busy times. Great choice of activities for children, for £15 they can have two hours in the main play area and then an hour using the ninja warrior style children's assault course and climbing walls. The only things that let it down are the cleanliness (there was so many dirty tables that remained for the whole two hours we were there) and a few of the staff weren't very friendly.

Hi I had my sons birthday party yesterday and just wanted to say how pleased I was with go kids go hosting it! It was our first time carrying out a party here and we were unsure of so many things. However, the lady who manages things there was so very helpful from the beginning! She guided us through everything so well, and everything was so well organised; from the party bags to food and clearing up. We had some extra children arriving at the party and they were so accommodating. We were able to decorate the party room as we wanted and the food was so nice too- there was a lot of variety for the kids, whereas other places I have been two only have two options for the children. Each and every child had an amazing time and all the staff at Go Kids Go went above and beyond to make sure our party went as well as it could! I would definitely recommend having a party there again and will be having my daughters party there soon again :) Thank you once again!

Have good memories about this place. But is gone more expensive- little improvements and extra tables been added for the soft play. -kids from soft play can see and want to visit little Avenue upstairs,which is to be payed separately. So I think it should be more isolated from the view ,because kids will ask to go there ,but then it makes £20 each child to attend soft play and little avenue. -Staff on reception- very rude on the phone and in person. Like extremely rude! Only gentleman is good and helping and know how to sort bookings or groupon vouchers out. +Cafe staff young girls are good ,fast,friendly. -Prices in cafe too expensive, small frozen pizza worth £1 is sold for £7 each. Instant coffee and tea bags £2each. +Only because is local and easy to access,park,is okay. +End of the day kids are happy and do not pay attention as parents do. In this sense I’m happy to pay 20£ for 2h so two of my children are busy and active whilst I enjoy myself with the phone or book. -But elder kids are rough and make me feel worried cause can’t see what’s happening at the back.

We booked a party here for our child. When we arrived our reseved table was in a crowded area and full of mess and was not an adequate size for pur guests. No party bags were given as advertised in their party packages. We had late access to the party room. We had cleaners arrive mid party to turf us out. Parking was a nightmare and security is not the best at keeping young children in. There is a cash only policy. The kids had fun. However the cleanliness of the facility is far below what I would expect during the current epidemic.

Me and my toddler came today for the first time as we wanted to go somewhere abit different, it was absolutely amazing. the staff we were great and friendly. My toddler loved the lights and everything in the toddler area with all the slides and the tunnel. The bigger bit is even better with touchy feely things around, a large ball pit, a football bit, trampoline, a building bit with building blocks, loads of sequin walls ,a large curly wurley slide, another slide with lanes in. Also loved the projector with the monitoring wall behind and also had a bouncy castle, they even have an role play bit upstairs (for an extra £5) we will defo be coming back, we are both knakered now. Couldn't ask for a better day out :) dont even have to book just turn up

Under 3 soft play is really good but I feel limited for crawlers (not yet walking) Over 3 soft play: amazing! I like the small ninja warrior - looks good! Toilets/Baby Changing: Seems fine to me. Food: I’ve not ordered yet so can’t comment on this but I can see slushies which my kids love! First floor; there are some role play in specific rooms like ambulance, doll house, shops which looks great but there’s a fee to go to that area and I did not go to check it out. I would say overall; Great - I’d come back again. :)

My daughter really enjoys coming here. They have a variety of activities for kids of all ages and prices are reasonable. Food is all halal too. Only thing I don't like is that the place is not maintained very well. The whole place could do with a thorough clean. The WCs are also dirty and could do with an update. I know these things may be an additional cost but I think it is essential for them to stay in business. Please maintain this place so we can carry on coming.

I recently had my 8 year olds party booked at go kids go, we had a large-ish party for around 20 kids, we booked the 'go crazy' option. I have to say staff were excellent, helpful and patient, we had one dedicated staff member who helped us organise the party room, he also organised the kids to get ready for the rock climbing part of the party. The drinks were topped up constantly, and the food that was served at the party was a good variety. Even though we were at the venue for 3hrs the kids didn't get bored there was plenty to do. 5* really happy with the service provided and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

First time we've been today. We took our 2 grandchildren one is 19 months and the other 26 months. There was plenty for them to do and they really enjoyed it. The staff were helpful and very pleasant. However I feel that £6.45 is quite pricey as at their age they were limited with what they could go on. What really annoyed me is that we were charged peak rates when it was term time. Most schools were back today but the management took advantage of the fact that some schools had teacher inset days and they decided to call it peak time. Apparently this peak time finishes today and tomorrow is term time rates. Not impressed by this money naking racket and probably won't go back despite being quite impressed with the facilities.

The softplay and laser shooting area is good for children and parents of any age. The climbing walls and ropes are suitable for 6 years plus. We haven't tried the go karts yet. It is a good venue for entertaining children for several hours and you can buy lunch at the café area.

Visited Go Kids Go with my 3 kids, was quiet reluctant to visit after having read some comments but it's been worth it. My kids enjoyed and had fun for hrs on laser climbing trees and football pitch. Soft play, wall climbing, birthday parties etc. Cafe area in the middle for food and drinks placed so children can still be seen and easy for children to find family whilst playing. Friendly, well mannered staff. Always log your car registration into electronic screen at reception upon arrival for parking to avoid parking ticket. This allows you upto 4hours free parking.

Pros: good location and convenient! good quality food. Cons: Overpriced for a 1-2 year old due to only limited activities for them. Safety issues: Big slides need to be watched to stop one to run on it or clime from negative direction. Sitting at the back of the hall with a strong smell of the petrol.

I can probably understand why some people find this venue expensive, however there's plenty more to do here then other soft play areas. We paid for the full whack which included the trampolines, laser quest and the equivalent of bumper cars. So couldn't really complain as I can imagine all of those individually at different venues would be far more costly compared to here. Food would probably need improvement, otherwise can't complain much. Definitely would be back.

I have been to a few of these. 360 and mead open farm and big space. And I think this place was ok. They didn't have the slippery Matt's to sit on when using the big slide. So if you are wearing the wrong clothes then you will not being going that fast. My kids had fun nothing to complain about. Just not as good as the other places.

Tiered pricing structure, food is quiet pricey for this sort of place, certain sections open certain times so the tree climbing will be open but the other climbing track will be closed and vice versa. They need to eliminate their pricing structure so that all sections are available i don't mind paying a little extra for it but not a fan of these kind of tiers for kids play areas.

Fab! Its more expensive to get in than other play areas, however it is well worth it as there is lots to do! Soft play for babies/toddlers, soft play for 3+, theres a trampoline, 3 slides, lazer quest, go karts, hurricane simulator, theres even a bamboo tree that the children can climb up with a harness. My children absolutely love Go Kids Go, their favourite play area!

Too busy. Too small. Too expensive. Food too slow. When you pay that much money to get in you at least expect to find a table or a chair. I spent 20 mins sitting on the carpet. Food waiting times are ridiculous, at least children had fun. I believe you might be better off choosing a different place like 360 or Fun Valley.

While there is plenty to do and the kids enjoy it, the price and wait for food is not acceptable. What's more, my friend and I ordered at the same time from the same table and the two orders came out with half hours time difference. When my friend made enquiries into why, the lady behind the counter was very apologetic but the kitchen manager was rude, smirking and saying panninis take a long time... Not an hour, they don't.
