Great service, reasonable pricing and the quality of the buggy was also great! You should not expect a premium high class buggy for the price but it’s a very well groomed buggy that comes in perfect condition and looked completely new to me. It made our trip to London a lot easier!

Using Airtots was very easy, and they had the perfect equipment for us. Finding a rear facing rental car seat in the UK for my toddler turned out to be harder than I'd expected. Airtots came through, though, and they made everything easy. They delivered the two seats we ordered, gave excellent instructions, and picked the seats up after we were done with them. What a great experience!!! There are many other companies that hire out baby equipment in London, but Airtots was had the best customer experience. The design and ease of the website were awesome, and the delivery/collection process completely seamless. I even had them deliver and pickup from different hotels, and the did not bat an eye. My push chair and baby tub were waiting for me at the hotel when I checked in, and I simply left it at the hotel after I checked out for Airtots to collect. I will definitely use your service again, and I’ll continue to spread the word!

Airtots are brilliant. We can travel to London and not worry about bringing travel cots, toys, nappies, cot sheets or even a buggy, it makes life so much easier when flying internationally with little ones. Our son LOVES having a scooter too. The equipment is good quality (I especially love the wooden cots), always in perfect condition and often brand new. The Airtots team is courteous and friendly, and they always try and accommodate our many requests! After bad experiences with several other childrens’ equipment rental companies (in London, the rest of the UK and abroad) it was a relief when we found this company. Such a great and fast service from Airtots. We were in need for the strollers as our strollers went missing during airline transit.. They needed time to locate the strollers and to travel around with kids without strollers is very inconvenient. They delivered and picked up the stroller within the chosen time window and even called ahead to say approximately when during that window they would arrive. The stroller was clean and in excellent working order. They even included the rain sheild (luckily the weather was nice and we didn't need it). We hired a few key bits of equipment for our trip from NZ to London and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Airtots again. Everything was assembled and waiting for us in our hired apartment when we arrived and was spotlessly clean. Airtots was a lifesaver! I had to travel to London very last minute and bring my 8-month old baby with me. They were able to deliver a BabyZen Yo-Yo stroller to my hotel and it was waiting for us when we checked in -- even though I made the request very last minute, Airtots was able to get the stroller there no problem. Such a simple and cost effective solution to not having to travel with everything. We rented a stroller that worked and looked like new. Airtots not only had the product, but the ordering, ordering confirmation and delivery/collection arrangements were seamless. We rented a crib during our stay in London. While expensive, it was very convenient. Since we didn't know our exact arrival time, Airtots worked with the owner of our apartment to drop off the crib the day before we arrived so it was there waiting for us! Upon leaving, we also arranged for them to come pick it up after we left. Very easy and painless process! They also provided us with 2 unused brand new sheets, and pads to place under them.

I found out about Airtots via a friend. We live in London but were going on our first family holiday to Miami. This was the first time we traveled internationally with our toddler. Because of Airtots everything went very smoothly and I am so grateful for them! This company was an amazing find! The guys at Airtots made our vacation with a 4 year old easy! Communication was great and prompt, they made their recommendations and oh boy am I happy that I went with the stroller (buggy they call it) they suggested! Yo-yo BabyZen was so easy to handle, light weight, folds easily into a nice portable piece with a shoulder strap. You just carry it like a bag! The buggy came nice and clean, looked new actually! We took it everywhere -underground, Big Bus tours, walking, malls, Paris ... EVERYWHERE! It reclines enough for a child to take a nap comfortably... it was nice not to be rushing to the hotel for naps! Airtots contacted our hotel prior to our arrival so the stroller was already there when we checked in and we were directed just to leave it with the front desk at check out! That saved us sooo much time! And that drop off and pick up was at no additional charge since we stayed in central London! I was very impressed with how customer oriented these guys were! This service is amazing and I HIGHLY recommend it for anyone traveling with infants and toddlers. They will drop off and pick up all the baby equipment for you. When we arrived at our Airbnb, they had already delivered the equipment. We rented a pack and play (cot), baby bouncer, activity mat and yoyo stroller-all were in great condition and made our trip so much easier. We would never have been able to travel internationally with all of that and it saved us from having to pack up our stroller and carry that in addition to all of our bags. Definitely use this for baby equipment needs!!!

Thank you Airtots! Having a Pack 'n' Play ready and waiting for us in London made our trip so much easier! They went above and beyond to coordinate with our rental property manager so that the Pack 'n' Play was there when we arrived, and picked it up after we left. We left on a weekend, and weekend pickup would have incurred extra cost, but Airtots offered to pick up the cot on a Monday so that we could avoid the extra cost. Would definitely recommend!

This is the second time we’ve used Airtots London - First in Dec 2018, second in Dec 2019/Jan 2020. Without doubt the most incredible service - Matt was unbelievably accommodating, even coming back 2 hours later on our collection day (as our toddler was sleeping and we didn’t want to wake her by moving all the rented goodies out of the hotel room). The items we rented were in pristine condition - some items hadn’t even been used yet - and of a very high quality. The pram, changing table, bath set, toy box, crib and feeding set were a hit with our daughter. Please give these guys a try - especially if you’re like us: traveling from afar and not wanting to lug a ton of toddler goodies with you. My only request: please open up in South Africa!!

What a fantastic idea. Hired a pair of scooters for the week for my two young children. They absolutely loved going round London on these, made it fun an meant we could move around quicker as a family rather.
