I have found Anita’s House via the Portland Hospital as a recommendation for must-have session for new parents. I was expecting my second baby so majority of baby items I had and was curious about new solutions available on the market since I had my son nearly 5 y ago. The consultation with Anita was very pleasant and came naturally as if you were meeting your old friend, Anita is very nice lady and listens to your needs not to overwhelm you with all the baby stuff is there and you may need or not. She has really unique items like a baby changing mat that can be used as a baby tray to be mounted on the Bath tub, a Square playpen ( if you have space in the house) and many more. I wish I had the opportunity to rely on her vast knowledge with baby no.1 so that I would avoid purchasing items that I didn’t use much. Since our consultation was close to the birth of the baby I had to get things on Amazon prime to get it delivered next day. I would highly recommend scheduling a consultation with a Anita and looking what she has in store for you. She also has a wide network of baby experts like lactation specialists, maternity nurses and night nannies all approved and well tested and I am looking forward to be introduced to the lactation specialist. All the best to all new mums & dads - sleep when baby sleeps and have a chat with Anita for anything else.

My husband and I got referral from Portland Hospital for Anita's house service, we couldn't be more happier for their service (from initial consultation to premium delivery and how Anita showed us the how's for all the baby gadgets we purchased!). We sorted out the little baba's nursery in one sitting, all thanks to Anita! Also don't get me started with other references of network she gave us, from school advisor, mat nurse service to lactation consultant - we're all set! Highly recommend all newbie parents to use their service and have I mentioned how lovely Anita and the team are!

We bought everything baby-related from Anita’s house before our eldest was born (and have gone back since to fill any gaps when our younger daughter arrived). We found the whole experience fantastic. Anita patiently answered all of our questions and gave us very sound advice. We did have a couple of issues with a few products months down the line and the team at Anita’s house were always there to help sort everything out as speedily as possible. Overall I have found that Anita and her team have always been incredibly helpful and on hand to offer any advice and assistance. Highly recommend!

I originally worked with Anita back in 2018 for my nursery consultation, It was the best investment we made. Aside from the care and guidance we got, being 1st time parents, Anita guided us through what we would need and didn't over sell. She was very open about not getting things until later if we didn't need them now, no one wants things lying around their home if unused. Which leads me to this review, 2 years on, Im ready to add to some of my baby's room needs and with a quick email to Anita, we are all set for the next stage of Jr bed etc. No ask is ever too much for her. We've attended her education webinars, which we found very useful, whilst navigating the labyrinth of London schools. We very much appreciate Anitas services and can't recommend highly enough.

Anita helped us greatly when we were expecting our first one. At the time we were lucky enough to meet in her showroom and she just made everything that seemed so complicated to us so simple, it was brilliant. We got everything we needed in one place - a truly unique service for the parents to be. And now, while expecting our second one, we did a virtual tour of the showroom and a video consultation. Once again it simply made us feel secure about preparing and having everything ready for the arrival of the baby regardless of the current situation. I would highly recommend Anita’s House. Ahead of our baby’s arrival we were finding it difficult to decide on prams, car seats etc given the lockdown. We had a consultation on zoom with Anita and were so impressed with her knowledge, friendliness and frank advice on the items we could and couldn’t do without. She virtually walked us through the show room, giving us demos on prams and car seats etc. We decided to purchase several items which were all competitively priced and felt happy that we had organised everything we needed so efficiently. Despite being an additional service, Anita kindly offered to personally delivery and assemble the items for us which was so helpful! 5 star service and we are thankful we found Anita!

If you are having a baby the only person to go to is Anita. She is so welcoming and calming during quite an overwhelming process as you prepare for your new baby to arrive. What an absolutely wonderful experience! There is truly no better way to prepare for the arrival of your baby. From booking my consultation with the lovely Johanna I was impressed by how professional and friendly Anita's team are, nothing is too much trouble. Anita is absolutely lovely, her friendly, welcoming and kind nature has you immediately at ease. She truly cares about your experience and journey to parenthood and makes you feel so special there just isn't anywhere else that you would experience this, everything you could possibly need is under one roof so there's no need to have to face the crowds in a hot busy department store where you won't receive anywhere near the level of customer service you do here. I instantly knew I was in safe hands and with so much information out there Anita's advice is invaluable and to be trusted. She is extremely knowledgable and knows everything there is to know about all of the products in her showroom. The showroom is tranquil and welcoming and having it all to yourself is just extra special, I never felt rushed and was reassured that I was buying only what we will need and actually use. Please, if there is one thing you do before your baby arrives make sure you visit Anita's House.

Scheduling Anita’s House virtual consultation is a MUST for any mother due during COVID-19. This new virtual service is due to the pandemic. They usually offer one in store. I am due in July and I was really lost before this consultation. Honestly, I wish I had booked one earlier! After this consultation, I felt confident to make informed decisions and was pleased that my nursery was almost complete. Although hesitant about a virtual meeting, it was a fun and an enjoyable experience without having to leave my sofa (and in fact being able to show her our flat was a huge advantage). Anita has a lot of good, practical advice and when you are speaking to her you instantly feel a connection. She is very warm and helpful. I am from the U.S. and my husband is from Germany so with family from all over we have had lots of different brands, customs, and advice thrown our way. Anita helped us filter out all of the noise and had smart ideas/devices across all country brands. Once we spoke, we created a registry that our family all over the world will be able to access. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Anita’s House is a wonderful destination, particularly for a first time mum. Anita is a friendly, supportive and incredibly knowledgeable professional. From the very first moment, visiting her showroom with my husband gave me confidence; she gives excellent advice about what is and isn’t essential for a newborn. Her process of aggregating all of the products and furniture makes setting up a nursery extremely efficient, particularly for a self-confessed workaholic. Anita’s platinum delivery service was exceptional - one-on-one time with Anita where she explains, assembles and prepares you for how to use all of the wonderful new items is extremely helpful. Removing all of the used boxes with her at the end of the delivery, she is a bit of a fairy godmother or big sister who showed me the ropes! I couldn’t recommend Anita’s House and the platinum delivery service more - truly worth it. I am really grateful for all her help and look forward to keeping in touch.

Our experience at Anita’s House was nothing short of excellent. As someone who is having their first child and knows very little about the items needed to care for a baby, her guidance and knowledge was invaluable and we left feeling far more confident about what we needed and for what stage. Anita was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly, warm, friendly and so very knowledgeable! Her approach and advice was all incredibly practical and she really tailors things to your specific needs and gives you very honest opinions and does not try to oversell/sell you things that would not be of use to you. I must admit my first thought was that because it is a unique boutique baby list service it would be very expensive and overpriced but that just absolutely was not the case and her prices match high street prices. As a first time mum expecting twins, I had no idea where to even start with all things “baby”! Coupled with the fact that everyone (and everything) is currently in lockdown, I felt like I was missing out on the whole experience of going to a baby store to admire all the tiny outfits and test out different models for those all important larger items - cots, strollers, baby bouncers etc. I was recommended to arrange a video consultation at Anita’s House, and it was everything I needed (and more!). Anita was absolutely divine - she was fun, informative, and made the whole process so easy. The video call allowed me to look around the showroom and actually see (in action) all of the items I would need for the babies and our nursery. Coming out of the call with a compiled list of the necessary items one needs when expecting was so helpful. Anita also included links to specific products for me to research further in my own time. Anita made me feel comfortable and certainly eased any worries I had about finding the right items for my babies. I would absolutely recommend any expecting mums to arrange a video consultation with Anita’s House whilst the lockdown measures are still in place, and I can’t wait to visit the gorgeous store in person when things get back to normal!

My partner booked an appointment at Anita's house without my knowledge, and told me it would be a exactly what we needed when expecting out first child, and a money saving experience. This was after seeing Anita's house on TV, and this coupled with the Chelsea postcode left me with wallet anxiety! I should never have felt anxious for one moment. From the second we entered Anita's house, we were greeted by Anita who is genuinely lovely, interested and clearly has a genuine vision to help you buy what you need, and only what you need. Operating for 24 years without advertising a testament to this! Anita has an amazingly stocked showroom to view any potential purchases, and anything we had previously seen that wasn't there, if we could buy it cheaper, she advised it. She often directed us to where we could buy things cheaper and there was no hard sell, or pressure to buy anything. Anita spent close to 2 hours with us on a Sunday evening, with the showroom to ourselves. By the end we felt really informed and confident we weren't going to waste money or time buying too much of the wrong thing. Anita gave us lots of general parenting advice too which was helpful... I had no idea about vests, under grows, under swaddling cloths!! I can't recommend Anita's house enough. My sister had used Anita's services for all her four children, and when it came time to my first child I knew there was nowhere else I would rather go for such trusted advice. We recently booked an appointment with Anita following a recommendation from a friend. This is our first baby and we had not looked at anything baby related so we didnt really know what to expect, everything baby related is still new to us. Anita is very welcoming and immediately made us feel super relaxed and we knew we were at the right place. She really knows what she is doing and gives you all the necessary confidence when deciding what is good for you and your baby. We really trust advice 100%. During our appointment, we ralized that our car was being towed as we parked in the wrong spot!! Anita was very supportive and half hr later when my husband came back safely with the car, the little drama was quickly forgotten as we still spent another hr finishing going through everything. I visited Anita’s house after being recommended by friends who had heard great things about her I had recently moved to Athens in Greece when I found out I was pregnant I was very disappointed with the selection of baby shops available in Greece and knew I wanted to get the vast majority of products from the uk but was concerned this would be a very stressful thing to do in terms of arranging shipping etc this is where Anita’s house was fantastic! I visited Anita when I was home in London at around 6 months into my pregnancy visiting Anita’s studio is something I would recommend all mummy’s to be to do it’s such a lovely experience Anita and her team are so lovely you have a one to one consultation with no set time scale so you can browse and discuss everything you need as a first time mum I found Anita to be great at recommending what I would need but also what I didn’t she prepared a detailed list for me to take home which was great as my husband was unable to attend the nicest thing is that you are under no pressure to buy certain items or to make a quick payment Anita simply gives you your list and you get in touch when your ready to order I got in touch with Anita on my return to Athens and ordered everything I knew I couldn’t get in Greece I was contacted when everything had arrived and Johanna at Anita’s house who I must add is a wonderful person and super helpful arranged my delivery which she got for a great price there was a slight hold up on my delivery in Italy and Johanna was amazing at chasing everything up for me she made sure I was not made to feel stressed at all and everything was resolved very quickly and I received my order just a day later than expected I would highly recommend all mummy’s to give Anita and her team a visit they really are great at helping you through what can be a very difficult decision making time I will for sure be going to visit them when I return to London for my nursery there and if I have more children in the future!
