I had my daughters hand and feet cast done on 3/12/2021, Gemma was really professional and friendly right from the start of my enquiry till the collection. Gemma explained everything in detail showed me the frames I could choose, the different colours available for the casts and the frame she took her time during the appointment did not rush and was very patient, even when my daughter was being a bit fussy Gemma kindly sung nursery rymes to her to ease her during the wonderful experience. She explained each process during the casts, the area used for the appointment was very clean I was very impressed with the layout. I collected my frame today and was more than happy to see the frame it was more than my expectation, the work Gemma has done is immaculate. If you are thinking of having casts done then I would say don’t think about it just book your appointment with Gemma and enjoy the wonderful experience. It is definitely worth it. Thank you Gemma once again I appreciate your hard work. Will definitely be recommending you to fronds and family and will definitely be back for more casts in the future. Thank you so much.

We were desperately looking for someone to do baby prints with a good display after the closure of Mothercare who did our previous child's prints. We wanted the prints to look similar to the first one we got done from Mothercare. Gemma came to the rescue where she matched the frame, prints, etc. So that the both frames looked similar. She did an excellent job and the new frame was handed to us ahead of the date she had suggested. Gemma is true professional and I strongly recommend her.
