Everything about this shop is 10/10. Completely trustworthy, reliant and professional. The owner made us feel at ease when we walked into his shop, and educated us on everything we needed to know. What I really appreciate is the fact that most businesses are quick to take your money without really explaining what you really need. We had an idea of what we wanted, but they weren't necessary at the time, and so looking back, we saved a lot of money in certain areas. I would definitely recommend this shop, their expertise and their experience for anyone who has a baby on the way and want to buy quality goods!

Absolutely 5* experience. Customer experience can't be beaten. I'm usually a buy online kind of person but the service here was first class. My wife's requirements were listened to first and then a pram was suggested. There was the opportunity to sell my wife a more expensive pram but she was told that the more expensive pram didn't match what she was looking for and her lifestyle! Also got such a good discount with extras thrown in that it would have been significantly more expensive to buy from John Lewis. Keep up the great work.

I bought a black doona car seat/stroller with the under bag. The brother threw in a pink canopy and doona raincover. He was very patient when i was indecisive. There is an option where you can pay a percentage of the price as a deposit and pay the rest in later. This was the option i went for as it was more convient. Though i ordered quite late, my order came in time before i gave birth Alhamdulillah. Very good service, I recommend this shop 100%.

I was looking for an iCandy twin carrycot for my daughters we already had the iCandy frame, after a long search and a long day, i went on the iCandy website to find local stockists. I called into many stores and none had what I wanted and on the iCandy site it was showing as out of stock. Precious sprouts was one of the search results after calling them, to my surprise they where the only store that had the carrycot we wanted after a long day of about going to 6 different stores within London, with colour, size and model all matching. Very friendly management, top notch customer service would recommend to anybody after good customer care and honesty in service. Shop was closing 18:00 they waited till 18:25 for me. They could of easily said come tomorrow, but they recognised the importance and urgency, got what I wanted in time, missus and baby are happy. Overall happy customer 10/10. Will be back soon.

The service from Rana at Precious Sprouts was outstanding. Firstly I called the shop on a bank holiday, expecting it to be closed. He called me back and told us to come down that day to have a look and chat through our needs. We had quite specific things we were looking for and Rana listened to what our requirements were, what prams we had already considered and then showed us a alternative option which actually suited what we needed better. His prices were very fair and beat other quotes we got from other stores or available online. He was regularly communicating with us about our order and went out of his way to help us with any queries and making sure we had a smooth and hassle free delivery of the goods. Would throughly recommend
