I first came across ‘The Baby Cot Shop’ when browsing on instagram. I was looking for a luxurious crib and rocking chair that was unique and different to others on the market. After sending an initial message, I was delighted to receive such a prompt and friendly reply. I was offered an appointment to view and discuss the items in more detail. We was greeted with a big smile by Lizete who was just so lovely - nothing was too much to ask, she offered advise along with her expertise. We placed our order for a beautiful ‘Antique Lace Bassinet’ and the extremely comfortable Salome nursing chair’ and was kept informed regularly in regards to any updates and the delivery. Lizete even contacted us after our furniture was delivered, to see if everything was well and we were happy. We are over the moon with our nursery furniture - First class service, luxury beautiful items and excellent communication! Thank-you again

We found the crib we wanted for a great price in The Baby Cot Shop, and were happy to support such a beautiful independent company. My husband picked up the crib and realised the manufacturer had shipped the wrong colour. Tocs, the extremely helpful shop manager, sorted this out so quickly and efficiently - making sure the manufacturer sent the correct crib out by next day delivery. We will definitely go back to The Baby Cot Shop when our little one grows out of this crib.

Quality of the brush and comb are excellent and came within a lovely fabric bag, within a gift box that was additionally gift wrapped in tissue paper and a bow. I am very pleased with my purchase. It took me a while to decide between the Belgravia and the Tribeca cot bed. The staff were patient and helped me with my decision making. I have no regrets with my choice, the quality is truly outstanding- it should be considering how much we paid :) It all looks very sturdy and glamorous (went for tribeca cot and changing chest in the end). We also had some silk bedding made which is just beautiful.
