Absolutely seamless process, even with my family flying into and out of different London airports. Tiny Tots staff was on time at both places, we never had to wait around for our car seats once. Excellent service, very good communication. excellent condition baby zen yo-yo in fact it looked brand new, and was an absolute life saver on our flights to London- Boston- Orlando- Minneapolis and then back to London! Especially on lay overs and also didn’t take up hardly any room in hire car which I hadn’t thought about but the car barely fitted our suitcases so definitely wouldn’t have fitted our oyster pushchair. Million stars for this fantastic service

It was a wonderful experience. The stroller was like new and high quality and the delivery and collection was seamless. It was at our hotel when we arrived and Lauren agreed to collect it at a time and place convenient for us. Also, it was £30 less than a competitor. I’ll use the service again next month!

Fantastic service and brilliant business. Quick to respond, the yoyozen buggy we used was in really good shape and a lifesaver on our trip abroad! Really good way to test out equipment you're not sure is fully worth buying outright, as well as for holiday usage.
