Would highly highly recommend going to shop for your pram, car seat & other essentials for your baby. By far the best baby shopping experience.

The customer service is immaculate, all queries are answered and you leave feeling peace of mind that you are getting the best of the best. I am on my third child and have had a good relationship with Shah who has attended to me for the past 10 years. Established since 1979 there is no doubt why Tommy’s is still running their business well and also expanding their branch!
I. Z.We have bought a travel system for our baby - they offered an amazing deal on the pram we loved that we couldn't find anywhere else! The service was great from start to finish with attentive customer service in store, over the telephone and via email. They provided updates on our order and arranged the delivery quickly. Unfortunately one item was missing due to production delays. Shah responded to our emails promptly and kept us informed. When the item arrived, he personally delivered it to us to avoid any further delays! Great service, we couldn't be happier!

Felt absolutely no pressure in making a purchase. They are also willing to keep the pram I brought until closer to my due date. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

All I can say is WOW. Awesome customer service from Shah from beginning to end, I,m absolutely blown away by the support offered, and this all the while with Covid-19 shop lock downs in place all around the country.
Tommy's UK was the only company that picked up the phone out of well over 15 other companies big and small that I tried calling for over a week.
No one was picking up calls or answering emails or website chat, even though I was conveying that I had Credit Card in hand and was ready to buy.
I knew what I wanted but could get no help, support or response at all, and then I stumbled upon Tommy's UK website called the number at 5:30pm Friday and Shah answered - he was extremely polite, professional and helpful.
I followed on after call the call with an email that he advised me to give with all that I wanted - he then replied later that Friday night with a price and an generous discount.
I ended up buying the whole 3 in 1 package, and after taking my money he continued to follow up as well as chase up the company we were getting the 3 in 1 Pram from.
Shah had promised delivery for within 7-10 working days, and said he will do all that he could to get it us sooner as our daughter had been born 4 weeks early.
He was able to get it out to us within 3 working days Wow we are soooo grateful for all help and support from beginning to end, and I sent my sister in law his way as I was so confident that he would be be able to do her and her husband a great deal to, and guess what? He did

S. T.Went here as they are an Ickle Bubba stockists but after testing out the travel system knew it wasn't for me. The range in store of pushchair and travel systems is extensive as well as the cribs, cotbeds and accessories. The managers of the store were knowledgeable, helpful and were able to help me pick the right model for me. Everything was delivered in time, my only gripe was the delivery company who damaged the outer boxes but when i told the shop they accepted the complaint and said if there were any problems with the items they'd still accept them back. All in all a great shopping and customer service experience.
F. O.Shopped here 3 years ago and the service was amazing, back now with my second baby and still amazing, the manager has the best offers up for grabs and is always willing to help. This place is by far better than mothercare and any other baby store. Definitely pop in for Christmas deals!
