A decent sized soft play for younger ones. We have visited 3 times. Our toddler really enjoys it but when climbing with him to the higher parts of the frame, the amount of dust accumulating is quite shocking. I wouldnt recommend for children with Asthma. Staff need to be more vigilant, on numerous occasions i, myself have had to ask older children to leave the under 3’s section - there were teo 7-8 year old boys wrecklessly running around the area and frightening the little ones. Staff did not seem bothered. Some of the resources need to be repaired. Some of the balls in the ball pit felt sticky and unclean. Food is ridiculously overpriced and very limited menu. Compared to KIDZ#1 or Gambado, this is a very basic soft play but for little ones, they seem to really enjoy it.

My kids love it! Very good service! The food , the staff and the service are amazing! Very recommended! ** I did this week 2 Birthday parties to my 5 yo the soft play and for my 7 yo a laser party! Both of the parties were incredible! All the kids had the best time, the stuff were amazing and looked after the kids with lots of patience, it felt safe and organised, the food and service was very good and the place was clean! Great value for money! Again very recommended!!!!

I have only been here once so will update if I head back another time. The soft play area was nice, clean and big. The kids enjoyed it to an extent. The reason for three stars is the place seemed way too overcrowded. These places usually have limits but seemed in my opinion not adhered to. I spoke to one or two parents there who agreed. My kids also agreed. We left early and we never usually do this.when visiting soft play venues. Snack prices were high as well. Understand they need to make a profit somewhere but seemed too much for too little.

My daughter had a lot of fun, we went in the morning and it wasn't too busy. It has lots of tables and space. the under 3s area is not very big but there are lots of ways for them to have fun. The part for older children has 3 floors. Bathroom was clean. Good selection of food and drinks

Have been coming here for years! First for my daughter (now 12) and then my son (8). A great place that’s safe enclosed and gives them lots of fun, play and the ability to run off and be by themselves. Staff friendly and always helpful! I have literally never had a single bad experience here. Thank you ☺️

I definitely will be returning. I have attended a few soft play centres locally since by son has now started crawling and this was by far the best one. It is clean, the staff are friendly and there is a large area for under 3s with lots to explore.

The children had a Lego Ibrick session during the visit today. The session was ran in a very fun, engaging and interactive way. The children enjoyed immensely. They’ve followed instructions, listened well, worked together brilliantly and in the end to see their windmills ran in actions are priceless! Very well done Topsy Turvy!

I have been bringing my daughter to this branch since here first year birthday and I chose here as her second birthday venue too. The place is so safe and exiting for everyone as well as all their employees and their management team. I would highly recommend the place for everyone to bring their kids and have them entertained. The whole thing is alright, toys are fun, but the place is dirty. Between the units thick dust is settled. Not too nice when you have a toddler crawling and climbing everywhere. Obviously they don't clean it properly too often. I wouldn't go there again.

Lovely place for the little ones to play! It's fun for adults too. It has a big soft play space, enough room for seating, extra seating upstairs, private room for parties and play area with a little kitchenette. Parking on site is very limited, but they advise you to park in the shopping centre parking. Normaly, if you book in advance (not specific) is cheaper. I have booked a day or two earlier and still paid the full amount. Would recommend!

Topsy Tarvi is a really great place for children and their parents. A wonderful children's center, with great service. When I was there for the first time with my friends, we were all very pleased with the invironment. There are so many activities for children, the place is very clean and friendly! And the food was also very delicious. The place is in a wonderful location very close to Brent Cross Shopping Center. I have already recommended it to my friends and acquaintances and to all of you.

Topsy Turvy is a fantastic place as it has many fun activities in the children's and infants play place. The food that is served there is delicious but you should eat before you go because the food is overpriced; £1.50 for a small water bottle. It has good safety precautions, the staff are good people and there are bathrooms /changing rooms. There are also rooms to hire for birthday parties and some gaming machines.

This is a great place for little ones, Topsy Turvy is an indoor activity place for kids, Kids can spend their whole day inside. They have a separate section for kids below 4yrs and other section for 4+ yrs old and one section dedicated to kids below 18months old who have just started to crawl and walk. They also have a food facility inside where you can order food like pizza, pasta, sandwich etc. Location is very close to Brent cross shopping mall, just walk through the parking area are you can see the centre.

Brought my daughter here and she loves it. It’s so well maintained and managed. Plus free parking just opposite the place. Can’t go wrong really. The staff (Sylvia and the team) there are polite, so cooperative and pleasant. The coffee is great for exhausted parents (like I was). A Godsend in a place like London. My daughter is already planning the next trip here. Fantastic value for money.

Visited on a Sunday with wife and toddler just before lunch (11:30am), gosh did it start getting packed 10 minutes after we entered! As usual quieter during certain periods of the week - avoid during weekends as it's busy. Tip: Cheaper if you book online for a session rather than in person. Avoid parking outside the establishment - a PA usually informs if you do at your peril, you will be fined! Free parking just across in the shopping centre. Great for toddlers and kids, both with separate play areas. Food wise it can be pricey, not sure if you're allowed to bring your own? However walk across to the shopping center and you'll be spoilt for choice. Birthday parties can be held here, with seperate rooms for privacy. As for where to put your coats and valuables, always a good idea to have 1 person looking after it - there are no lockers or keep safe area. Staff in general were warm and welcoming, my toddler enjoyed it a lot😊

I really enjoy bringing my 2.5 ur old son and my baby daughter. The first few visits I found it far too expensive for my baby daughters entry fee, she wasn’t even 6 months and there was almost nothing she could do here but they have recently made it free for those under 6 months and reduced the price for those under 1 and now I think it’s much more reasonable. If you could reduce the entry fee for adults then I’d give 5 stars. There’s a good selection of hot and cold food and child friendly snacks and meals, coffee, they even serve breakfast!, We could easily spend hours here and usually come a couple of times a month.

It's awesome! The play area is quite big and there's lots to do there. I haven't been there since I was 6 but I still have the memories of having so much fun. However, on one of the giant slides I scraped my back and it was bleeding, red and sore. The thing is I didn't mind and just went home after that. I hope I can take my sister soon for her birthday, she would love it!

The place was much cleaner and organised today, play area and sitting area too, i love that they seated everyone at each table and do not take too many peoples in. I liked that they had flowers at some tables. I really enjoy my experience there today with my 2y old, was quite and not too noisy as it use to be.

Hygienic, fun, huge climbing frames. They have a separate area for the younger children but my 2.5 year old ended up in the bigger section, o had to supervise constantly. I am on the heavy side and the climbing frame was adequate to hold me. We both had fun. It's a great work out too! I would say that the staff can be a bit careless and impatient but I guess they just have a lot on their plate. All in all will be coming back. Definitely

We visited here with our toddler the first day it opened after lockdown. We were very impressed by the staff, the cleanliness and the whole vibe. Our 2 year old loved it and the food was a reasonable price with some good options. We would definitely come back again. Very friendly staff who explained the social distancing rules well.

I take the little ones here every couple of months and I do think it is a bit over priced for somewhere that is meant to be for kids. I brought the membership because I was told it was cheaper by the staff but I still think it’s quite expensive for what it is including the restaurant located inside, the under 5’s area upstairs was a disappointment it is way too small and gets extremely crowded very quickly seems like it needs to be expanded as there were a lot of under 5’s and the space is not used appropriately. Overall a nice place for a rainy day.

Great, and large soft play with lots of things you don't find elsewhere locally - e.g. demon drop slide, and a really fun space where children can post balls that pop out from tubes over their heads. I really like the fact that there are separate, but linked, big kids and little kids areas, and that there are lockers to leave your bags in when you get dragged inside to play too... My kids love it here.

Take your children here for soft play. Friendly staff and atmosphere. I come here regularly. I have had no issues, nor complaints with the soft play or staff especially when you have very young children. Brent Cross isn’t far so, as always good for shopping. Prices are fine, because at least you have nicer atmosphere than other places.

It is a beautiful play area for young children. Everything has been well arranged. Children love to visit this place again and again. Hot Teas and Coffees with snakes are also served here. All types of world class toys are the main attractions here. This place is the main entertainment source for young children. Children are always crazy to enter this area but it is all ways difficult to bring them out. They love to spend more and more time in side this superb play area.

I come here almost ever week! Such a great place to bring children to. So much fun is had here! The food menue is varied for everyone. It's clean and the staff are just so lovely! They have a great deal on now for 3 months membership, it's worth the journey :)

My daughter spent her early years there. It was like our second home. The place is well maintained and clean but overpriced and if you visit often is better to buy 3 or 6 months passes. If you have membership, the entry is a bit cheaper, but you can go in without membership. Weekends are very busy and you may become deaf :)) Brent cross shopping centre is just next to Topsy Turvy. There is Nursery also.

Brilliant place to visit if your near Brent Cross, although i would recommend getting food elsewhere as they are extremely over priced in that area. With a membership card the entry prices are very reasonable, although the play area for under 5s is quite small with not a lot of space to play. Older children will take great pleasure in exploring the multi level soft play area.

The softplay itself is great and quite clean however, it could be better lit, as it is quite dark for younger kids. Not many staff around to supervise and the staffs that are there could be a little bit more friendlier. Note, you cannot park outside the actual softplay building you will have to park across the road in Brent cross shopping centre's car park. A little bit on the expensive side I'd say.

Surprised by the negative reviews on here. Compared to other soft play places it's one of the better ones I've been to in the area. My kids love it and never get tired or bored of going to the same place. Also it's well placed next to the shopping centre and the staff are friendly.

Be warned this is not a baby sitting service 😉 You have to look after your own monkeys & rascals. You might come home with a headache, so prepare the painkillers. Your kids will love though for going there & will probably nag you to go again 😱. I think one can hire the place for kids party's.

Just love coming to this place, it's big, the foods good, coffee even better...and, it's so CLEAN!! Ever wonder what to do with the mopey kids on a rainy Sunday afternoon ..i'l let you into a little secret..something that i have been doing for a number of year NOW, when faced with this exact predicament..VISIT TTW and you will never look back..kids have to be dragged out as they don't want to leave..can get a little stuffy so pack your bikini/ mankini if you intend to stay a while..great place for all kids including toddles (that have designated area) and food is cheap and cheerful..strongly recommend getting membership...

We were members of the Topsy Turvy for few years. It’s an amazing place for kids. Even adults could have a fun if they wear suitable clothes and are in a great mood. We spent there four hours which went so quick. Definitely recommend.
