A. M.Great service from Shafeeq today. He is really knowledgeable about everything my daughter needs for her new secondary school and made our experience relaxed and enjoyable. We’ve already told him we will be back next week to finish picking up our bits and pieces and want him to be our guide! Also Dee on the tills was really lovely. Happy customer!
A. P.I visited today for the first time, shopping for a first uniform for my daughter.
There was a small queue outside, but within a few minutes I was already inside, greeted by Fisayo.
He was friendly and really helpful (so was the rest of the staff) and only 10 minutes later my basket was filled with ALL the items I needed and I was ready to pay!
They are extremely busy, especially now with the extended hours (8am-8pm) but it doesn't compromise the quality of the service.
Everyone is wearing face coverings and the same is expected from the customers.
Both cash and card payments accepted.
I was really dreading going there because of all the extremely negative reviews I had found online, but let me assure you - there are all far, far from reality!
The staff are smiling, helpful and friendly, the queue outside is managed very well to minimize the waiting time, selection of sizes is great, so I am certain everyone will find what they need.
