It's an amazing place! I booked it last minute for the next day scan, service is just amazing! Everyone was so positive and welcoming, explaining the image of the scanning every step, we had a bit of laugh about gender guesses. Quality of the photos is very good, you get loads of images, printed photos and the best, honest care 😊 I will be back for the next one! Worth every penny ☺️

Scan it’s self was lovely, the sonographer thoroughly explained everything to us, seemed chirpy and his assistant was friendly too. The receptionist needs a little work on welcoming skills, baby scans are such a joyous and exciting occasion especially for first time mums. I felt the receptionist was very robotic in her approach, there was no enthusiasm or friendly tone when speaking with us. Also the other receptionist seemed to be having a slightly heated conversation with a customer over the phone on arrival, it just created a negative vibe from the beginning but luckily things were saved by the sonographer and his assistant as they made our scan pleasant.

The front receptionist staff were brilliant made myself and my husband feel very at ease and welcome explaining what will happen as part of the package we booked. They explained the additional products they provide which could be purchased which was great considering it was something we were looking for and got to take home bits memoriable from the scan itself. I would defo recommend overall as this was a great way to either find out the gender and put any concerns first time expectant mothers and anyone for that matter to also get a full overview of their baby at whichever stage they are in the pregnancy the sonographer was very informative too and again made me feel at ease. Anyone looking to have a private scan defo do it your won’t regret!

We had our wellbeing + 4D scan yesterday at 24 weeks and the whole experience is been amazing! This is the second time we use this clinic, first time was a 6weeks scan but there was a different team (receptionist and chaperone) and it hasn’t been great. At the time (last april) receptionist was rude and the chaperone nearly pushed us out of the room as she was rushing us to leave. But this time is a completely different story! The receptionist was another lady and she’s been lovely, chatty and very informative about our scan. Both sonographer and chaperone had LOTS of patience as the baby was hiding his face and they tried several times, until we got great pictures. We left so happy with our heartbeat bear, 2 keyrings, a freebie and lots of lovely pictures! We want to thank the whole team for making our experience great, you’ve been brilliant!

My partner and I visited Window to the Womb yesterday and had the best experience. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We booked the well-being + 4D scan picture box and my partner was allowed in the room.Unfortunately our baby was not being very cooperative when it came to the 4D scan however the sonographer was very patient and allowed us to leave the room and come back hoping baby had moved. The scans we did mange to get were great quality. Would recommend this clinic to any couple!

I’ve been here twice, once in August 2020 and the second time in January 2021. My first scan was just a reassurance scan and the second was a 4D. Both times I found staff helpful, warming and very friendly. The sonographer was also friendly and informative about what was going on with the baby and helped put my mind at ease. The clinic is also very clean with a comfortable seat for you to sit on whilst waiting. Would definitely recommend! :)

I had the most incredible experience at window to the womb clinic in Ealing. The staff were so friendly and welcoming towards both me and my partner. I know this might not be a big deal for some people, but I have had some horrible experiences in other clinics with staff attitude. The scan itself was amazing too, the sonographer was very well knowledged and was going through the scan with us in detail, and we ended up with some lovely 3D images. They gave us a lot of other options to add onto our package but was very clear of how much each add on would cost, so didn’t feel like they were trying to trick us on spending more. I visited the Ealing branch and the clinic itself looked very clean and comfortable. On arrival we were met by a warm and friendly receptionist who gave me alot of details ahead of my scan and made sure I was comfortable prior to entering the scan room and made sure to answer my questions. The sonographer and assistant were just as friendly and welcoming which is encouraging for nervous parents-to-be! They kept asking if I was comfortable and whether I had any questions or concerns about my pregnancy so far. All in all, a great experience and I would certainly recommend to others wishing to attend scans in between those booked in with their own midwives.

We were seen by Alex who was so polite and welcoming. He made us feel relaxed during the scan but we are extra grateful to his attentiveness. He noticed something during the scan which was a very big cause for concern and without panicking me and my husband he calmly informed us to go to hospital to get it double checked. Had he not cared enough to notice we would today be without our precious baby. Alex sending us straight to triage saved our pregnancy and we will forever be grateful to have met him that day. The team that greet you are very polite and personable. They explain the appointment process, what is included with the scan you have booked and what extras you can purchase. They were kind enough to give us a gift as I had initially booked the scan for my husbands birthday. I would definitely recommend this clinic to everyone!

Window to the womb Ealing is a brilliant clinic! I’ve had 4 scans there now. 2 for my first pregnancy and 2 for my second. They offer many different scans from early in pregnancy to early gender to 3D/4D scans. The prices for a 3D scan are a lot cheaper that the NHS ones. They also have a range of soft toys, photo frames and gender reveal boxes in the reception area. Staff are always lovely and make the experience really positive. I’ll definitely be going back if I have a 3rd baby!

Absolutely fantastic service - I have had a few scans here now, a very early viability scan and then one around 12 weeks and another today around 20 weeks. Everyone here at every visit has been SO lovely and professional, making every visit an absolute pleasure. They take the time to show you your baby and to try and take a good scan picture (baby allowing of course!) After trying another clinic nearer home the other week and having a not so good experience, I realised just how great Window to the Womb Ealing are and cannot recommend them more to anyone who is looking for a private scan right now :)

We have visited them 3 times (early scan, anomaly scan & gender and a 4D scan) and each time Cris was on reception - she is so friendly and welcoming. She is a true professional and very informative. Alex the sonographer was very professional and friendly and put me and my husband at ease every time. With our 4D scan our baby was very stubborn and was hiding, they got us to go for a walk and Cris recommended to have a lucozade, we then went back in to be rescanned and our baby had moved :) Rajeetha was the friendliest chaperone and put us at ease straight away! What an amazing experience at this wonderful little tucked away clinic. I have been there a handful of times, from our early reassurance scan, to our gender scan and finally our 4D. The team were absolutely sensational… so welcoming, kind, friendly, funny… all of the great things! Makes me want to go back just for the fun of seeing the team. Bianca, Bianca (Gaia), Rajeetha and Stephen (sonographer) were very patient with us as our stubborn baby refused to show her face! The opportunity to rescan was very much appreciated. If, like me, you find the wait between NHS scans too long, I would highly recommend booking for a private ultrasound with these guys. It's very cost effective compared to other clinic offerings. The staff were lovely and the service was extremely professional. Big thumbs up from me.

I decided to go for a well-being scan at 16 weeks. I have to admit when I initially saw where window to the womb was and the exterior I was a little dubious- the outside doesn't really sell it! My experience could not have been any better despite the covid restrictions and the masks that everyone was wearing. It was very welcoming as soon as I walked through the door all the staff were so lovely and friendly. The room where I had my scan was clean and modern and the big screen on the wall was great to see everything so clearly. The two staff conducting my scan were great and really relaxed me. I got one big picture printed off and then an email with 6 others that I could download on an app or just view on a normal desktop. Would highly recommend! Thank you window to the womb!

Highly recommended! I visited Window to the womb in other place but the one situated in Ealing is the best! I’ll explain myself: I have started a very bad day on the day of my scan, but the staff there made my day! May God bless you guys! -I’ve got there late because of traffic, but I was still attended. -The scan it was really professional and very well explained (I had about 3 scans before this one, those up to16 weeks ) but something specific It was that the doctor didn’t rushed just to finish his job. I could see a doctor who loved his job. -They have also really nice and affordable prices/offers for the video scan and a tape/teddy bear with the heartbeat . With this my family could hear the baby’s heart. Also the scan includes some free photos (not a small peace of paper). For example in Watford at the same clinic I have paid 10£ for a photo. -I have received a small gift pack , very good quality stuff. So as soon as I got home I started to recommend this clinic , specific this one situated in Ealing. If I’ll need a scan in the future, I would go for it only at Window to the Womb Ealing!

I booked the VIB scan for my husband as a surprise. He has been down because he's always left waiting outside the hospital during scans so for his birthday present I chose Window to the Womb. The staff there made our experience 10x better. I went in thinking the scan will be the highlight but came out with more than that. They truly made our experience special and memorable. We loved our experience here, I wish you guys were around when I was pregnant with my eldest. We went for a scan, 4D scan and an early gender scan. We bought a soft elephant with our babies heartbeat inside which we still have and our baby girl now loves playing with it and listening to her heartbeat inside at 15 months old. The staff were very sweet and kind. You could tell they were excited about our journey and not just there to work. I would recommend going to Window to the Womb, it is a lovely experience and just that bit nicer than the hospital scans. You also have the option for them to keep the gender a secret and do a secret box with a balloon in for your gender reveal. I was too impatient and we found out in the room we were having a baby girl. Thank you for making our experience memorable! 💗

It was a bit tricky to find (put in the road name, rather than the postcode)! But once we were there we had a fantastic experience. Cat was brilliant in explaining what the scan we had chosen would include, and Alex the sonographer was really welcoming and thorough. We've been to Harley St and paid £170 for similar scans and we have to say, this one was just as good, if not better(!) and more informative. Would highly recommend and would certainly use WTTW again!

A must do during your pregnancy! Highly recommend 4D scan! Staff are friendly and professional at the small Hanwell branch! Baby wasn't looking on the day they happily re booked another appointment 2nd time lucky! All images/videos sent to the app same day! Very good service! The only downfall you cannot choose your photos for print out/keyring! I think at least for this parents should be able to choose the image/ images!

Great experience, the sonographer answered all our questions and we never felt rushed. It was a memorable experience and excellent value for money after purchasing one of their special offer packages. We could choose our favourite photos and had them printed/ made into key rings. It was also nice to have the option of 5 people in the room as it meant the mother in law could one along also. 100% recommended.

Was a absolutely lovely experience and was made better for me by the fact I could bring extra family members into the room The staff were so friendly and helpful I went for the early gender scan and asked them to arrange a gender reveal balloon to open later that day. The printed picture we got weren’t the clearest but that was more down to baby being awkward and refusing to turn over and show her face but the Sonographer was persistent and managed to get a couple nice photo which again we really appreciated. Having suffered 5 previous miscarriages and an ectopic; and horrific treatment from local epu I decided to use this place in Ealing. I had a scan at 9 weeks in March 2020 I had a sonographer called Alex. At that time it was bad news I was having another miscarriage. He was really lovely about it we were in tears. I used them again twice with my current pregnancy twice so far instead of my epu with Alex again. He was brilliant and quite funny actually. The receptionist was so lovely and the assistant was also very comforting. I have had good and bad news here and same with the epu and these guys are 100000% better than my epu (west Middlesex) it’s worth the money to not be treated like you’re a nuisance for worrying you’re having another miscarriage and having to beg for a scan with previous ectopic history. I’d say pay the money it’s worth it to save your anxiety. Lots of love to Alex and Lafeefah (other girl I can’t remember her name) in Ealing x

I had a 4D scan with the Ealing Branch. On My initial scan, baby was "non compliant" and after many attempts to get bub to move it was decided I'd need to return for a rescan free of charge. Amazing experience! At first out baby was very stubborn and would get in the position to reveal the gender. What a lovely experience we had here. We booked a VIP 4D scan package at Ealing/Hanwell and we were not disappointed at all. When we arrived all of the ladies working in the reception area were so happy and welcoming. We got told of what was included before the scan, and any extras if we wanted to purchase them (which we did end up doing because they were so amazing). The scan was wonderful, my cheeks hurt from smiling the whole time. Our sonographer was so lovely, he was really friendly and was talking to us and telling us about the scan the whole way through, he put so much effort into getting us good photos which he did even though our little girl was breach and difficult to see. He also confirmed the sex and showed us all the parts of baby to confirm she was growing well, and even showed us her hair which was so funny to see. The lady who was in the scan with us was also wonderful, you could tell she just loved seeing babies and was getting as excited as we were with every new angle and photo he showed us. It was so nice and relaxed and wonderful to have someone in there who genuinely loved what she did and who was sharing our excitement. She also explained loads of parts of the scan to us so we knew what we were seeing and we loved that. Completely different from the hospital, it was much more personal which is exactly what I had hoped for. On top of our package we also paid to get some HD images which were amazing! And we bought a teddy bear with our little girls heartbeat inside, what a wonderful idea and keepsake to have ❤️ I can not recommend this place enough and will definitely be back in future if I have anymore babies, an amazing experience which me and my boyfriend both enjoyed so much. I messaged them about eligibility for my partner's scan, it was very late notice, they agreed to do a dating scan the following day as we thought my partner was 12 weeks pregnant. During the scan, the sonographer was excellent, he was really friendly and informative. We found out in the scan that my partner is 26 weeks pregnant and they were really helpful, they checked the health of our baby and even enclosed the gender in an envelope. I am coming up to 29 weeks and Went in yesterday early for a 4D + well-being scan. I was early for my appointment and was greeted by a lovely receptionist who gave me information prior to going in. Everything was perfect which has given me peace of mind, also meant I got to see my chubby cheek baby stretching his lil feet and yawning (he definitely wasn’t camera shy and happy he wasn’t being naughty and hiding from the camera, although they did explain if this occurred that time is given for you to have a drink and walk around and try again to see if they can get a better position of the baby) So happy with the atmosphere (was a very clean clinic, and smelt of hand sanitiser lol, which for me is a good thing) the staff and service received particularly the sonographer the lovely lady that assisted. Also got to sit privately afterwards to pick out which photos I wanted printed out, which came with the package I purchased. They also gave me some freebies (labour pack, leaflets and many more things) which I wasn’t expecting so overall I am happy! I think it is definitely worth the money and I would go every week until my due date if I could. Thank you again xx

Definitely recommend Window to the Womb. We were gifted a Groupon voucher to use here and I had booked our appointment at the Ealing branch 2 months in advance as they recommend week 28 of your pregnancy and onwards to be the best time to have a 4d scan done. Nearly had a meltdown when I found out the day before my appointment that for some reason they had cancelled my appointment. I called up trying to find out whether I had to drink loads of water before arriving, only to be told I had no appointment. I was seriously going to blow up after having looked forward to this day for the last 2 months, not to mention our family who were also attending. Cris at the Ealing branch kept me calm and quickly resolved the issue and squeezed us in in the morning where myself, my fiance and our family were able to get a beautiful glimpse of our baby. With us and 5 family members excited for the experience, Cris and Cebonie were so accommodating and made us all feel relaxed, comfortable and happy. We revealed the gender of our baby to our family and it will be something I will never forget. I did have to leave the room and walk around for 10minutes as this baby was being camera shy to start with and not in a great position to be captured in HD...upgrade to HD if you have the choice as the pics come up amazing! I walked around for 10mins and had a cold orange juice and our baby played game! We left with lovely photos and a video of the scan which we will treasure forever. Thank you Cris and Cebonie!

We had our gender scan canceled at the very last minute from another clinic, so we phoned in and the receptionist was so nice and understanding, she booked us in for the very next morning. At arrival I didn't quiet realised how nice the clinic was until I had time to bond with Chris the clinic Manger who made us feel sooooo welcome and show us the range of products available... my boyfeiend went so out of his head that got a LARGE SIZE HIPPO with baby heart beat 😅! No words to deacribe when we found out she was a baby girl... I had people telling me she was a boy for weeks, we were massively happy and surprised! We will def come back for a growing scan, even though the clinic is so far from where we leave is def worth the journey! Great service from a great Team with great humanity. We had a scan at Window to the Womb in Ealing on Saturday 19th August (my birthday!), the staff was so friendly and welcoming upon our arrival. My husband and I went with our 3 children and they were given big brother and sister stickers which was a lovely added touch. The wait wasn’t long at all and we pretty much went straight in. The sonographer and his assistant were friendly and welcoming as well. They involved the children and explained lots of the baby’s body parts. We found out we were having a baby girl! Since having my nhs scan I can confirm baby is a girl. After the scan, the reception staff showed us our scan images on a computer and we could pick our favourites to be printed. We also got all of the images sent via an app on or mobile phones almost instantly. I am so pleased we had the scan, it was a lovely experience, involved the whole family and we left feeling so happy. I have since recommended Window to the Womb to two pregnant friends and they had their gender scans too! I would love to return for a 4D scan! Xxx
