Lovely indoor play area for kids. A little pricey but worth it. The meals are lovely too. They could improve it by having a cleaner on site. The toilet was too messy we couldn’t use it. The location is just 3mins walk from tram stop as we weren’t driving. Would go again

Such a good place to bring kids. Absolutely love it. They have a cafe where parents can enjoy coffee whilst kids play. Free Parking but must register.

Great staff and kids had a great time. Went there again today. My eldest daughter was slightly taller than the height line so she was disappointed that she could not play but my younger two were so excited. Really like the new layout. The cafe upstairs is warm and inviting it's got a nice new stylish contemporary feel to it. Got a hot chocolate for myself and it was delicious, no complaints ended up buying 3 for the kids. The menu was simple but had all the basics which sounded nice. I didn't buy any food because we was going to a restaurant for dinner but a group beside me had ordered some childrens meals eg the margarita pizza and sausage and chips. Pizza was a good size for the children and the sausage and chips was a reasonable portion. Definitely will be coming back again soon. It doesn't seems babyish like it once did. I'm really impressed and next time I will order food to see how good it taste.
Staff as always very attentive the woman who served me upstairs was new and said that it was her first day or first week cant remember but she was great. Really cant think of anymore good things to say about this visit but it was great. Would recommended parents to bring their childrens her and have a parent/adult catch up while they play.

Great place for toddlers to run around. Very clean, safe and the adults can play along with their child if needed. Lots of variety within the different spaces. Just remember a padlock for lockers if you want to use them. Cafe and play area upstairs great too. We will be going again.

Fantastic place to keep the children entertained for a few hours. There's plenty of areas to explore and even has a sensory room for the babies. I would have given 5 stars, however I feel that the meal deal that I paid £13.99 for in advance was rather a con, as the meal only comes with a main and a drink, no desert. It would have been cheaper had I have bought them on the day separately, as this only came to around £8 at most! If there's any advice I'd give anyone for their first time would be to not to buy the meal deal online and have plenty of energy stored to chase after the children.

Nice place to spend with the kids. A big downgrade, there are no parking spaces, I will drop only 1* for this, but we had to spend 20min to find a parking space nearby at a reasonable walking distance with kids.
There are a couple of spaces but there is nowhere enough, compared with similar spaces.
Other than that a nice place

My children had fun. It was cold and I needed to get them someplace to use all the energy and it was just the perfect place. Loved everything about the place except that they didn't offer any free WiFi 😕. Nice staff, very friendly and helpful. They also pick their calls and answer your questions. Or by the way we enjoyed ourselves so much that I forgot my wallet. We called and I picked it up later with everything intact. Or and yes, they have a place for 3year old to also play. They close at 6p, can't remember when they open.

Took my goddaughter here for the first time and had the best day with her. Lovely staff, super clean (always a concern with play areas), and excellent food. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great day out with the kids.
