C. J.We received our travel system today and we are very happy with it! I admit the delivery was abit of a nightmare but we spoke to a man called Mark and he dealt with the issue promptly. Our delivery come a week later than expected but I wouldn’t expect anything less from dpd if I’m honest. I was apprehensive after reading some of the reviews for Online4baby however we are very pleasantly surprised and great value for money.

S. B.Second order from Online4baby and I am happy. Fast shipping and the products are a good price and quality. I cant comment on the customer service side for aftersales as I have as yet not needed to be get in touch. I did send over three email enquires about a push chair and set I wanted to order and was advised someone from sales would be in touch, but as of yet still nothing. I have placed my order for £1500.00 worth of stuff elsewhere which is a shame. Would have been 5 stars if someone had been in touch as advised to help with a simple query :(.
S.I stumbled onto this site looking for a baby jogger rain cover, I was very happy with the customer service I received, the staff were friendly and helpful when I made my order this morning via phone & I picked it up from their showroom this afternoon. They are very competitive on price and I disagree with the previous review as the majority of companies are all the same, when it comes to price match, I've found this out for myself with big brand stores. The showroom is definitely worth a look around, there is a variety of pushchairs carseats, nursery furniture & acessories, they also have showroom offers that are not available online. I will definitely be shopping here again.
There's a free car park and the store is wheelchair accessible.
