Great customer service via Amazon We bought a Chicco pram which developed a brake fault and they were very helpful and not combative at all. They sent a replacement pram then within two months the new one had the same failure, so they offered a same price replacement of a different brand. Considering this is a design issue they could have been reluctant to help but instead friendly and helpful! PS don't buy a Chicco stroller

These guys were great. Inner tube tore on our new buggy. They liased with the manufacturer directly on my behalf and I had a new replacement inner tube within 48 hours. Andrew was amazing at getting it all sorted.

Excellent service from Babythingz. Speedy, straightforward & friendly. I had not heard of them before but they came up in a Google search when I was trying to find a particular cot I wanted. All the other well known retailers were either pricier or could only offer the cot on pre-order for one months time (which was no good to me). So I decided to take a chance with this one, and I'm glad I did. The cot was cheaper than other stores, the online ordering was easy and fuss free and my delivery came within 48 hours and everything is in good condition. Staff are friendly too and my emails were answered very fast. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone looking for baby gear.

I ordered a cot too changing system from babythingz and it arrived promptly. Unfortunately it had a tiny bit of shipping damage but nothing that bothered me or affected the use. I reported it to babythingz and despite saying I was happy they insisted on replacing the scuffed part. Absolutely top service sand makes me a very happy customer
