Brilliant place for all ages of kids. Carousel, electric cars, laser tag, tree climbing all included in the entrance price. Main play equipment is 4 story tower with slides, nets, inflatable, touch screen, cold room, football pitch. Would recommend 1 of their party rooms, extremely well decorated. Extras are food and drink. You get a 150 minute play slot and free parking for 3 hours

Wife's review.. It's amazing here! So much to do for all kids. I took my 16 month old and it was perfect. We are both warn out now after 2 solid hours of playing. Would definitely recommend.

We had a brilliant experience here at the Hub. The staff were very friendly and enthusiastic. We visited to see santa for the little ones, there was so much to do and they had done up the place amazingly. We would definitely come again even though it was a 2hr drive away! Totally worth the trip.

What a fantastic experience. We travelled all the way from London to experience this amazing hub. Phenomenal baby rooms that included soft play, sensory play and much more. They had so much to do. We also booked in to see Santa and the Christmas area was beautiful. I enjoyed it as an adult. Can not wait to come back next year for Christmas

If there was more stars I'd certainly rate it as such!!! As I walked in I was like hell yeah! That's gonna be fun! Went in with 6yr old, 3 Yr old and 1yr old. We absolutely looooooved it!!!!

We visited the hub and it is the best soft play we have ever been to. It caters for babies right up to older kids. It has been well thought out and there is so much to see and do. It is clean and well run and I would definitely recommend going as you will not be disappointed. You have to book online and you get a 2.5 hr session but we felt that was ample time to do everything and especially if you have younger ones. We live 60 odd miles from there but we will definitely be a regular there.

I left a review elsewhere. I'll keep this as short as I can. Kids of all ages will love it but they don't pay for it. If they didn't they'd maybe not love it so much. The equipment is great but the quality of other facilities is poor. Disabled toilet was dangerous. A broken seat and broken lock shared with nappy changing area, indeed, disabled people have to wait for youngsters to be changed before they can use the toilet. Those facilities should not form part of the disabled toilet. Even those unlikely to use any equipment must pay full adult price, there are no concessions which is a Shame as the menu is over priced and doesn't justify the cost in quality from drinks to food, all too expensive designed for a captive audience. It is lovely to see the children enjoy themselves. I did notice there is no monitoring of photography shed watched one guy as he videos the entire place. Almost certainly innocent but, in light of recent events I'd have expected more diligence.

Got invited to a bday party here and although it was an hour drive from us it was well worth it. Kids were so happy. Spacious and lots to do. There are 2 floors and I must say the pizza we ordered was amazing (not the pizza from party meal) My son wanna stay longer and as soon as he got into the car he fell asleep lol

I love the hub so much and so does my daughter! It is more expensive than other play areas but it’s honestly no comparison it’s so much better than anywhere else. We have spent 4 hours in here numerous times, unlike other places where we spend 2 hours tops. So much to do and see!! The food is reasonably priced and the jacket potatoes are amazing 🤩 I seen both owners when I visited and the man was sweeping and the women serving food I thought this was so nice to see and they don’t just make the staff do all the work. My reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the women on reception was not friendly. This was the first point of contact and should be a happy experience. I don’t know her name but she was working last Thursday. She was blunt and when I said it was my daughters birthday she completely egnored my little girl who was jumping and excited to go in. Wasn’t very pleased with her at all. She didn’t seem child friendly and really lets the place down in my opinion, maybe she was having an off day I’m not sure. But wouldn’t put me off to visiting in the future. I LOVE THE HUB

Best children's indoor play area! So much for all ages, we all love coming here. Even the adults have a great time! Laser tag, mini golf, climbing trees. Only thing theyre missing is a big drop slide!

We always love visiting here. You have to understand that it's a place for kids so not always spotless clean. We found a table not to far from everything. Our whole visit was enjoyable. Even fun for us adults too.

Great place for the kids and parents.not if your a granddad and nan as we were told we were not allowed to park in the car park due to it being to busy? We were told to park in the main car park 5 minutes away that OK if you have all your joints work unfortunately mine don't due a car accident 32 years ago the lady was really rude and vocal we had payed full price the same as everyone else and the family had traveled from Herts she also stated it was on the web its not.

5 star entertainment but given 4 because I can see the potential frustration people would have with parking. We were very lucky with parking and managed to get a space, they had a member of staff guiding people where to go and issuing parking receipts to park in nearby areas, which I think shows they aren't ignoring the problem. It is worth getting at the hub 15 minutes before hand to find parking to ensure your not eating out of your play time. So the building, what to say, it was amazing, full of colour and each room with something different in there to spark excitement to your senses, each with a lock on the door high enough for parents so little ones don't get out, we experienced all the rooms had to offer, the food was lovely although you may want to top up by bring a little snack from home. We took snacks and sandwiches just in case. The prices are as you would expect but lovely food. The toilet facilities were clean and plentiful, there were lockers (have a pound coin ready) to store belongings. Although you could fit shoes and changing bag dont expect to fit much else. I was worried before hand about the cleanliness in general with all these children around but I was happily suprised when there was someone cleaning each room every ten minutes to ensure it was safe and put the room 'back together' again after children have successful moved everything around. My family had a wonderful time and originally thought the 2 hour limit wouldn't be enough but we tried everything, we explored everywhere and you couldn't stay more then 2 hours without repeating ourselves, by which time my family was ready to come home, well worth the hour drive to get there. I will definitely be going back

This place is incredible we travelled 1.5 hours and it didn’t disappoint, so much to do here for all ages. You go in one room and it just goes on and on. We are here to food was lovely highly recommended the goats cheese and onion pizza. Thank you we will be back 👏

Amazing fun filled place, downside is that there is no parking because it was so full and you have to park a 5 minute walk away, wasn't ideal in the pouring rain with your little one. Also no tables to sit at because again, over booked so you can't put your belongings anywhere. Shame they can't just keep the booking to a capacity they can actually hold parking and seating wise.

Cannot praise this place enough. We all live it. From my youngest 3 to my oldest who is 53 (the dad haha) so much to do and everyone is just so friendly. The free gift you get with your slap band on return visits are brilliant too.

Well where to start with this amazing place!! For me ( I’m the nan ) the place is just so so clean it’s always immaculate & considering there are kids everywhere that is quite something. I have visited with the grandchildren on several occasions & the toilets too are always spotless, I really don’t know how they do it. The grandchildren love it & even when it’s busy get to experience everything they want within the 2.5 hour allocated time slot. I also hasten to add that they never throw you out after time if it’s not too busy. Massive warehouse with just loads of fun for all, I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

Just amazing. We made the trip from Bicester and it was worth the drive and every penny. Gorgeous at Christmas and all year round, very clean, absolutely loads to do for all ages. My 7 month old had as much fun as my 9 year old and myself! Highly recommend. Best softplay activity centre I've ever been to.

Always a fantastic choice for various ages to come and spend time. Always take family here as we can all join in with the soft play here being much taller so adults can join in without breaking their backs and getting stuck between some things (you know the turning press like rollers!). Food is delicious and well priced and so much for them to do. always putting effort into improving and events they put on are always done with 110% enthusiasm! Looking forward to visiting santa again at Christmas, although seems pricey worth every penny, not just santa included you get the whole place to play in aswell as the treats they get too!

Entertain toddler, lovely layout, safe, clean, reasonable price for children on termtime but pricey on weekend and holiday term but can understand. Cafe reasonable price. All age group till 12/13 but older children can come if they have younger sibling to entertain. Different varieties entertainment for children to pick. Staff great.

My kids used to love this play area but last visit was a bit disappointing. It had been so long that we forgot the bracelets. Asked if the kids could still choose a present was told they'd get it at the end but afterall they only got a new bracelet and were not able to choose anything so were a bit sad. I find it was more expensive for less. Restricted to 2 hours 30 and paid £42 for 2 adults and 2 children. Overpriced and staff not really that helpful...

Took the little one here for the first time with a friend (6 & 5) they loved it. 2 and a half hours of pure playtime. And they didn't even do half of what is there. Really worth the ticket price for anyone aged 4 and up. But even sensory rooms for babies and SEN.

Riverside Hub always seems like an expensive day out, but if you look at everything that's included in the entry price it's excellent value for money. Included in the entry price you have access to the 4 story soft play area, the climbing tree, a small go kart track, laser quest, interactive projection games (not sure how to explain these) and a carousel. There are also craft areas and a small shop which are an additional cost but with so much included in the entry fee I think those are unnecessary. Riverside Hub also has its own cafe offering a selection of food, drinks (including alcohol if you order a main adult meal), sweets and ice cream etc and personally I thought that the food was reasonably priced and offered good value for money. The venue also offer party packages in themed areas, and also host different events throughout the year such as the current Christmas ones. The events are again great value for money and well with going to and our whole family had an amazing time visiting Santa at one of this year's Christmas evening parties. I've recommended Riverside Hub in the past and wouldn't hesitate to continue recommending it in the future. It's a great fun place to go and the owners are continually investing money back into it so there are always new things to do and it always looks fresh, clean and tidy. Finally the staff always seem to be really happy to help and always have a smile on their faces. Riverside Hub is highly recommended by me and my whole family.
