Genuinely the best customer service I have ever received, with any company. I know that sounds ridiculous but we bought our 6m bell and it was perfect but we had a slight issue with our stove. A couple of emails to BTB, instant replied, always happy, stove fixed with absolutely no quibbles and one very happy customer. Can 100% recommend! It helps that the tent and stove are awesome too!!

Bought a 5m bell tent from BTB and really can’t rate them high enough for customer service. Tent was delivered within 48hrs and although there was a bit of an issue with the first one sent they dealt with my issue personally and straight away even though they were away on holiday at the time. A replacement tent was sent straight away and it has been awesome ever since. Have also bought 2 half moon rugs from them which are just brilliant!

a large order purchased that included a damaged hole brunt Bell tent. the tent looked used damaged and 2 small cigarette style holes in the roof panel with a punchured floor. this very much spoilt the first holiday using it and repairs were forced to be made.

We’re so thrilled with DubPod Roamer, the quality of the drive away awning has surpassed our expectations. They have thought of the little things like branding the zip pulls and the guy rope tensioners. The communication from the team during and post purchase has been brilliant.

Bell tent boutique were more than helpful from the get go. We purchased a touareg tent with stove hole installed, the tent arrived in good time and the quality is outstanding, with a handy litttle guide on how to set up and the contents, so you can check you have the right anount of pegs, guy ropes etc. A few weeks later we purchased the awning for the touareg tent and when it arrived it had different pegs to the ones listed in the product information, we private messaged Bell tent boutique and they replied promptly saying they would send out the new pegs and we could keep the ones that came with it, so we now have spare pegs as well. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and we have been very happy camping in our tent numerous times and it has never leaked and is a pleasure to camp in.

Whilst I didn’t speak to anyone at Bell Tent Boutique, they definitely surprised me when I received a text confirming shipment within an hour! Wow! Bought it for a lockdown birthday, and it literally was the best thing I did. Lovely tent - I got the 4m fire proof one - and it certainly feels superbly made. Kind of wish I’d gone for one with a stove hole now as we are in the UK after all, but hey ho, this can be added in future. Not everything was in stock, so I will have to return for a coir mat, but I’m super happy with the purchase. I misread the instructions on my initial attempt to build it, and so I was fighting with the center pole staying up. So whilst it would be nice if they offered videos to watch, I thankfully found a few other manufacturers that got me on the correct path, teaching me how to do hitch knots and a few other details that I felt were missing in the instructions. It’s also worth noting, I bought the wooden kit, which is basically the center pole in wood, however if you buy the candle chandelier- like me - then save your money as you won’t be able to use the wooden pole, or not at least without coming up with a way to hang the chandelier. As I was in a rush to get it up in time, the included metal pole had a hooped section which the chandelier could hang off, so I kind of feel like I wasted my money on that part. Overall though, the tent feels well made and is a delight to look at, especially once decorated. Bell Tent Boutique are definitely missing a trick though by not offering more accessories like bunting, solar lights, candles and other glamping accessories. I bought loads of little accessories that I’m sure if BTB had on offer, I would have probably purchased. The only major downside is that we’ll have to take it down soon, such a shame as it really is like having a little holiday in your garden. 😁

Late last year we booked a visit to bell tent boutique to checkout these bell tents my wife was going on about. Being an avid hardy camper for 40+ years I wasn't all that keen. The staff were brilliant. We came away with tent, stove and even a chandelier. I've be been itching ever since to try it out and we have just returned from Anglesey and wow !! So comfy and spacious. We both loved it and cannot wait to go camping, or should I say glamping (hate that word) again cannot recommend the company staff and product enough. Cheers guys !!!!
