We needed a service and repair to our Dru gas fire. Despite being a very busy time of year we were accommodated within a couple of weeks for the service - necessary as our fire had stopped working - and the engineer got our fire going so that worked until the parts arrived a few weeks after that. Communication was good, and the engineer prompt and diligent. We are warm again! Would definitely recommend.

We have just had a fireplace fitted and though at first, we felt the price was a little on the high side, the whole experience was well worth it. The salesman was not pushy, the surveyor was helpful, polite and quick and the fitters were excellent. The Fireplace Studio replaced our tired old fireplace in January 2021 and installed the mirror on the wall above in July. We are very pleased to have ditched the old gas appliance for a more modern, cleaner electric fire and the whole new look is just lovely. Amazing service from our very first visit to the instillation of our gorgeous new fire place. The whole team where very friendly and helpful in advising what the best product would be for our space. Excellent firm, seamless service, absolutely delighted with our new fireplace , everything was sorted for us and Keegan the fitter and his apprentice were excellent. Keegan was friendly , extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I have 100% faith in this company and would recommend them highly. Also if there is a difficulty they are on it immediately. I looked at many fireplace studios prior to this one and I am so glad I used these .

Nicely laid out showroom made it easy to comfortably view all the different fireplaces and make our choice. Service was superb through whole process, from advice given by the showroom staff, to the site survey and installation. The installers in particular were really efficient and worked hard to get everything done in one day, despite a couple of obstacles thrown their way. Really happy with new fireplace. My parents had a new gasfire and surround fitted in August 2020 and could not be happier with the amazing quality of service that they received. From the experienced advice and knowledge of the products provided by the friendly staff, to the high quality of the fires and surrounds available, it really is second to none. They help you to choose the right product for you and do not apply any pressure, which is so refreshing! The staff who came to install the fire and surround (Keegan and John) were friendly and took great care in their work. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were always happy to help, from the initial decision making to the final installation. The Fireplace Studio therefore comes with a very high recommendation to anybody thinking about getting a new fireplace!

I am delighted with my new electric fire that was installed yesterday 31/07/2018. The fire is very stylish as wanted to make my Adam style fire surround look more contemporary.The installers did a great job, as it involved removing my old balanced flue gas fire. The work was carried out very professionally and in a friendly helpful manner. Great fire. Minimum disruption on installing. Surveyor very thorough and informative about existing chimney. Had it swept on his advice and advised about a small repair needed on the chimney pot. Had to wait six long weeks before installation but were warned in advance of ordering. Excellent advice about type of fire and trim options.
