G.We have used Barefoot twice and the whole experience was fantastic each time. Everything came well packaged with everything you need and with very clear instructions, making it really easy to set up and use the pool. All the questions we had were answered in the documents, and it was also clear what steps were needed to take down the pool and return it to ensure your deposit was refunded in full.
Communication with the team was excellent. We experienced a very slight delay from the courier. Before we'd even really noticed, Shona from Barefoot had been in touch with us to let us know that they were on the case, chasing up the delivery and telling us that if it looked like it would be difficult to resolve, they had another package ready to be shipped out immediately and would send this on. This was great customer service!
Overall we'd highly recommend Barefoot to anyone looking for a birth pool

M.When I placed the order for the Birth pool we were very worried about my wife going into labour before the due date, perhaps even before the scheduled delivery of the pool, so I contacted the owner and asked if anything could be done, he went out of his way to prepare one specially for me to come and collect the same day, at I imagine much personal effort.
Everything that comes with the kit is of good quality, clean and ready to go out of the box with minimal set up time, there were also troubleshooting instructions as well as a clear step by step guide on how the items should be packed for return. At which point if there are no issues you should receive your deposit refunded in full like I did promptly.
They provided great service, going above and beyond what I would have expected.

B. S.A really good experience. We found out very last minute that the hospital couldn't provide a pool for a home birth. Barefoot were recommended to us, and they delivered a pool within 24 hours of ordering it.
Ordering process was very simple and the checklist for what was delivered / what needed to be returned was very straightforward.
