This place is a lot of fun. Took my almost 2 yr old granddaughter here. Think it was £1.25 per adult and around £6 odd per child. Spent around 4 hrs here just running around and playing as adults can join in with the kids. They had a group sing/dance at one point in the football area for half an hour. The food was pretty good and prices are decent. If they weren't closing at 2.30pm, ( don't know why that was) I think we would of stayed all day. Definitely recommend a visit. They have a full size bouncy castle/slide and a toddler area as well as the main play area.lots of tables to sit and leave your stuff on while you go and play too.Had to book a time slot and pay online before going but was easy to work out and pay. Great place!

My 9yr old grandson had his birthday party here and he and all of his friends had a brilliant time! Apologies that I don't know the name of the young lady who looked after them, she was great playing games and keeping the kids all entertained. Lots of laughter and shouting- it was great to see.

Most parents in Plymouth are aware of this place already but it really is a great centre to take your child to get the energy out of them. It’s also a good place to have a child’s birthday party. The staff there are exceptionally helpful. Facilities are clean and accessible, there’s a nice vibe about the place.

Is a nice place, needed in this town, but: Way too dirty and unsanitary (found band-aids on the inflatables and loads of dirt). Makes me nervous that adults can can go in with kids but there's no one supervising kids without adults. It all would be managed with at least one employee constantly supervising, so they can find the dirt and check on customers at the same time. Nice place otherwise.

Unfortunately my 5yr old son was unwell when he had his birthday party here thankfully the staff were great. Karyss was amazing she was my son's party coordinator and was so lovely and caring everything ran at my son's pace and she still carried on the party even after he had to leave due to being unwell. I can not speak highly enough of the other staff who assisted unfortunately I did not get there names.

The music was beyond loud when you first entered so it's a bit hard to hear the staff. We went in the baby section but toys that needed batteries were all dead, parents who had children of different ages let there bigger ones run so fast around the younger ones. This meant that my baby nearly got trampled on and I had to get my husband to stay incredibly close to her just so she was safe from them.

Lovely place for kids of all ages to burn off energy safely. Jump houses a range of soft play and seperate toddler area. They have a cafe in the middle and toilet facilities. There's on site car park. Jump caters for afterschool and birthday parties. Staff are lovely and friendly too.

I attend jump weekly for messy play, amazing lovely friendly staff who go out of there way to make u feel so welcome, I feel there my adopted family now! They have a cafe here serving hot food and drinks as well as cold drinks, a disabled entrance, also a sensory and toddler play area for the little ones.

Good indoor play area for all the family, ideal on a rainy day with kids full of energy. Jump is tailored to suit a wide age range with a toddler only play area equipped with a sensory room and a large multi level play area for bigger kids. Jump also offers themed parties, Laser tag and a climbing wall. The cafe does offer reasonable food which isn’t to badly priced. Jump has a security system in place with magnetic doors so your little one can’t escape without you. One thing though, there is a very loud tannoy system which I found quite irritating especially as you couldn’t actually understand what the person was saying.

Only 3 Stars as the older kids bully younger ones there should be different sessions for different age groups with hardly any supervision while staff stand around talking to each other, prices for food are high lots of food left over as it is not cooked properly, tables are only cleaned now and again, they even charge adults now a £1 to get in how tight can you get.

I took my little one here about a week ago, after being recommended by friends. Jump has a wide range of activities and things to do for children of all ages and is also complete with friendly staff. The cafe on site offers a range of food and drinks and affordable prices and there is decent and ample parking on site. We definitely plan to visit again soon.

Absolutely fantastic, my kids had an absolute ball and are already asking to go again. Some people will call it cheap and cheerful, I call excellent value for your money to keep your kids entertained for 2 hours. Easy 5 🌟

Poor online booking system, pleasant staff but very busy. Felt slightly uncomfortable with the amount of people in a not well spaced seating area. Children had losts of fun though and masks worn by staff in the soft play area itself.

Lovely clean space with so much to do. I have a 7yo, 4yo and 10 month old so needed a good variety. Food and drink was served quickly and tasted delicious. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Only issue would be that there were a few things broken and not working in the baby play area which was a shame. Also it'd be great if they had a child's seat for the toilet in the baby change room. My 4yo needed a wee but was a bit frightened as he's only small for his age and struggled to balance on the adult sized toilet seat. It was hard to hold him and a baby. A child seat would have solved this. We do normally take one with us but we haven't ever needed to take one to a softplay before! Other than that all good and my kids are looking forward to a return trip one day.

Staff were friendly and endeavoured to help. I feel they may have been abit under staffed as tables weren't really being regularly cleaned and there was always a queue at the till due to slow service. It's unfair of me however to make assumptions on the work loads of the staff but it did effect the standards of service. It didn't help that we had to send back food but they did quickly rectify the issue with a sence of urgency. Unfortunately the place just needs a cash injection. The climbing wall had the climbing bits removed (covid precaution maybe?), the equipment in the kids area isn't great with lots of what feels like empty spaces and the place just felt run down. Drakes den is the same price and it's smaller but I'd rather go there with the kids.

To be fair I haven't been to Jump in a while and only experienced the toddler area but there we're item's of equipment which had clearly ran out of battery, areas of the sensory room that no longer work and I was a little disappointed to note all the ball pools in the toddler area had been removed. We hadn't paid as we were guests at a party so couldn't comment on value for money.

1st impressions are good, it's quite big with large cafe area right next to the play area. The play area looks big enough to keep the kids going for a while. There are cleaners visibly cleaning the place up. Toilets smell nice and are very clean. Locker facilities are offered Most important of all, pleasant friendly staff. I will come again.

Nice place for the kids. No real complaints. I understand they make their money on the food bought here which is fair enough - I haven't had to buy food here but my little one certainly enjoyed it. There's only so much clean you can keep a place like this with kids swarming all over it but I felt cleanliness was good enough.

We bring our 2 year old son here often and he always has a great time. It always feels safe, it's nice and clean, the staff are really lovely, we enjoy the food. Love the fact they have a loyalty card - I think you get every 6th visit free, which is great. We always go on a weekday as it does tend to get really busy on a weekend, so we avoid it then! Can't fault the place, though. Highly recommend!

Great for families with children under 12. Large indoor play area for children over 5 and separate toddler play area that's secure. Food and drink served and plenty of tables and seating. Toilets, baby change and disabled facilities provided. Parties and later parties can be booked. Food and drink prices aren't cheap and food isn't that great. Very loud with loads of children but kids love it. During term time the entry price is inexpensive but during school holidays the entry price is pretty high and gets very busy. Parties booked here are great as they take care of everything even the cake so parents can sit back and relax for the 2 hours. Book since months in advance for a discount. Soft play, ball pits, slides, football and climbing wall. (climbing wall costs extra). Toddler zone has plenty for toddlers including slides, soft play, ball pits, ride ons and toys and also has a sensory room and seating for adults.

Great baby toddler bit and all open plan enough to keep tabs if you have more than one child. It could be cleaner though.. the toilets always look like they belong in a primary school and the cafe floor makes me cringe. Good pricing for food & drinks is appreciated as you can't bring your own and are reminded of such with lots of posters. All round.. the kids love it there & you can't beat it on a wet day! Pricing is fair too.

Such a lovely place to take your kids to burn of their energy ect good pricing so not too expensive if you have a big broud of kids, there is also a toddler area so the bigger kids can run around while you sit and play with your little ones. The food and drink there isn't to pricey. Overall a great, tidy and friendly environment for kids to run around untill thier hearts are content even bigger kids (us adults 😁) can play in there too.

Great place for kids and autistic kids , when we went mine had a small meltdown but adjusted quickly, could do with some more barriers for small children as mine was able to crawl under the toddler area gate and could pretty much walk straight into the kitchen, not a big deal but some wooden barriers here and there would of helped

Great soft play area, kids up to about 10 or so love it. Any bigger than that and it tends to get a bit rowdy, especially when the little ones that are too big to go in the toddler room start mixing in the main area. Price has gone up a bit recently (it already wasn't cheap) but the snacks served by the cafe have improved a lot, a nice slice of cake or a muffin. Parties here are fab and again not cheap but they take all the stress out of doing it for yourself. Extremely busy at weekends and holidays, not so much after school.

Great fun had by all. Dad's and kids get together while the mums were at a baby shower. Food took 30 minutes and my toddler was getting p'd off as she wanted to play. Would benifit from the pager type things that a lot of pubs use to tell customers when food is ready.

This is an okay soft play area. The reason I'm giving it three stars is because the toilets aren't very clean and I have heard of horrible things that have happened in the baby ball pool. But apart from that, this place is really good for children who want or need to burn off some energy. There is a large soft play area with slides and other things for much older children and teenagers, and a play area for babies and toddlers which is shut by a gate so the babies and toddlers can't escape. There is a wheelchair accessible entrance, with a free car park with disabled parking outside. Birthday parties are often held here. The toilets are just near the cafe, but they are not very clean so I recommend to try and avoid using them, if you can.

Perfect. The staff there are very friendly, polite, interactive and they know how to entertain the kids. Birthday parties are very highly recommended and the food there is really good value for money. There after school meal deal offer is great too. £6.50 for play, hot meal and drink. The portion sizes are brilliant and they do so many games with the kids. Seperate Baby and toddler area to keep them safe and entertained. Sensory room is really good too. They have the mascot 'Spike' walk round often and the play area itself is massive. Kids of all ages love Jump and it really is worth going to. They have a loyalty card where your 6th visit is free and offer military discounts too which is fantastic. Free WI-FI for if the boring grown ups wish to sit on the sofas. Food is really good value for money. Hot and cold food, drinks and snacks. They have their own chef and cater for many different diets. Party rooms are really good, our little boy has had 3 parties there. They take care of everything for you, you just have to turn up for the party and if you book it at least 4 months in advance, you get 20% off too. I cannot speak highly enough.

Jump can be great on a rainy day when stuck for something to do. The facilities are expansive and great fun for children and big kids alike! Staff always seem pleasant and polite. Two top tips: depending on your child's age, be prepared to join them in the soft play area, it is very big and smaller children will require supervision. Secondly, if you can, try going on a week day during term time, it is often much cheaper.

Went with my daughter. Some child took it on himself to hit even child walking past including my daughter. Rather than fill him in as apparantly you can't do that I spoke one of the team. She was brilliant and soon had it sorted. Plenty to do for kids,Mum and Dad. Restaurant on site and reasonably priced. Every so often the staff put something on for the kids

It can get very busy at weekends and school holidays, and this can really impact on food service times, so best to order food a good while before you need it so little ones don't get too restless waiting! Jump is very good on a rainy day. Toilets aren't very clean as well as the disabled one. There is a big car park outside which is free. Staff are very kind and polite. There is a baby play area as well as a big one for older kids and teenagers as well as adults. Drake's Den is much better though.

My children love it here. It's an impressive big centre. In my opinion it's expensive at £10 per child. If you're fortunate enough to have twins it's Buy One Get One Free. It's always worth asking for cups of tap water to try and keep the price down.

Staff are friendly and helpful and theres safety measures in place for children against kidnapping etc. Plenty of tables, highchairs and a microwave for warming up bottles etc. The toddler/baby area is seperate to the larger play section so they don't get trampled on! Did not try food so cannot comment on this. They do child parties here which seam to be popular and they seem to do some sort of laser gun thing there whuch i noticed as i walked out. If you and the kids are board on a rainy day then this the place to go.

The place was ok, a reasonable range of equipment etc. Unfortunately I went during the school holidays with my 1 year old nephew. The toddler area quickly filled up with slightly older kids who were being quite boisterous and I was a bit worried about my nephews safety. The staff didn't do anything to sort it despite one being present. I have been here other times with older kids for pre booked parties and they have really 3njoyed themselves.

I don't know why people go to gyms. All you need is a 3 year old and 2hrs in Jump! Brilliant place to release your little ones energy. Noticed that they were also playing Sonic the hedgehog's theme music, which perfectly sums up the place!

The kids love it so great for them but when you book a party and it says a birthday cake included then you get to see your child blow out the candles on the cake then it gets taken away and the kids get a tiny slither of cake and you dont even get half of the cake they keep the rest and keep giving it to other partys so loads of kids end up using the same cake it seems. Over proced for partus but worth a day out in the holidays.

I went here looking for a pint of rum and had to settle for a milkshake, apparently they don't serve alcohol! Who knew?! Whilst I was there I noticed that there were lots of really shouty dwarfs swinging from varying apparatus. It was rather unnerving especially as one of the dwarfs told me that I reminded them of the fat controller, whoever that may be? I visited the toilet (lactose intolerance is awful) and fell down the toilet bowl into another dimension where Rabbits ruled the world and Humans were forced to sing Karaoke in style of Jimmy Nail. I had to fight my way back with the help of a unicorn and a talking quarter pounder. We defeated the evil king Fluffy and climbed out of the toilet with the aid of some strawberry laces. All in all, despite the lack of rum, it was a ruddy good day out.
