So very pleased with my product and the service received from start to finish. Michelle is so kind and friendly and really makes you feel like an individual as opposed to ‘just another customer’. She took the time to go through lots of different options with me and to discuss what finishes would complement the desired room for the finished product. The castings themselves were done so quickly and gently that my baby slept through most of it. The overall finished product is absolutely beautiful, the castings are so detailed! This company is truly amazing! The service you receive from start to finish is second to none. Michelle was so helpful right from the get go and she was great with my little boy and really put him at ease...I'd say he actually enjoyed having his castings done! I also love that you can have the castings done at home and that your frame is delivered to your door by Michelle herself! Where do I begin to express our gratitude for our frame? Having my baby's hands and feet cast was something I had been dreaming of before I even was pregnant so, when the time came, I did some research and decided on the Original Casting Company, fully convinced thanks to the wonderful pictures on Instagram. The very experience itself was very emotional as Michelle did the casting when my baby was just 10 days old and she was so caring with him that she made us feel completely at ease. She also discussed frame options with us helping us decide on the right one for us. Eight weeks later, Michelle came by to personally deliver what would become one of our most cherished keepsakes. I came across this page while I was pregnant and knew it was something I wanted to do. I had a little shop around and checked out other companies but it was evident their quality didn't even come close to that offered by The Original Casting Company. We booked in a provisional date based on when my baby was due however she ended up arriving just over 3 weeks earlier than expected. After advising Michelle of this, it was no problem moving the appointment forward which i was thrilled about. Michelle is so friendly and talks you through everything that she is doing. We then discussed how I wanted the frame to look and the colour scheme etc and I sent her over the photo once I recieved these from the photographer following my daughters newborn photoshoot. I recieved my frame yesterday, which was hand delivered by Michelle around 8 weeks after the casts were taken and I couldn't of imagined it to be any more amazing. You can tell that Michelle has an eye for detail and takes her time to get it absolutely perfect. I absolutely would recommend The Original Casting Company to anyone and everyone!

Absolutely phenomenal!! I don’t have the words to describe how amazed I am at the finishing product. What an awesome company. So friendly and professional. I was worried as my baby is fidgety but Michelle was so lovely and made us feel at ease. She helped us pick a design that is suited to us. We absolutely Love our frame . . It is absolutely stunning and the detailing in our baby boys casts is amazing. The service was fantastic especially with being mobile. As a new mum I was tired and struggling to get out the house on time to anywhere so with Michelle coming to the house it took all that stress out of it!!Michelle was so friendly and the way she takes the moulds was super baby friendly as Baby was still able to move. Honestly cant recommend enough.

I can't thank Micelle enough for the beautiful keepsake she has made for us, exactly as I requested. The service received 🙌, as a 1st time mum your nervous about everything, I was so worried about how my daughter will be but Michelle was so fragile and gentle with her that she slept through the whole process.
