Excellent place for kids. It's not over crowded and it is very spacious. Staff is very helping. Food I'd also good. I was very skeptical about food but it was well made. Not over priced at all. Thank u Ellie and team in Jungle mania woodley.

Went to Jungle mania last Saturday morning, after prebooking online. Its small place ,but all was clean and children had a wonderful time. The staff worn masks and noticed,they regularly cleaned tables and sides.

We had a party in Junglemania and it was wonderful! Children had a great time. We had enough water and juice which was very important. It was clean on the table in soft play area and in party room. Children were exited to meet Dexter the Tiger and they enjoyed party food and music. We all had a very good time. Our host Warwick was very helpful, nice and he took care of us and our party very well. Thank you for making this day special! I recommend Junglemania Woodley and I am sure we will come there in the future.

Actually despite some of the soft play area seeming a bit tired, this is a great place. The kids loved it. Nice an open views from the tables for those parents who need to sit with a coffee and watch. Also OK to get stuck in too. Decent parking and access. Lost a star for food. No one is expecting gourmet cuisine but my bacon bap was that pre cooked crispy (stale) bacon rashers in a bal that had been microwaved, so the bottom was hot and a bit soggy while the top started hardening as it cooled. Poor, very poor, attempt.

We had our daugher's birthday party here over the weekend. Everything went really well and our host Meg was great. As you can imagine with 16 4/5year olds it can be like herding cats, but the staff did a great job with everything. No fuss, pleasant staff, really enjoyed it.

As a regular visitor I felt it necessary to leave a review after finally losing my patience with a particularly rude member of staff. The customer service at the food counter is usually friendly and efficient and despite the awful smell our children enjoy the facilities. A particular member of staff is rude, unfriendly, attempts to take rubbish/finished plates from you whilst you’re still eating/drinking. I understand this is a requirement but perhaps if it was done with a smile on their face it would be received better.

Fantastic soft play party for my son's 4th birthday. Very impressed with the team and party organiser, so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They really helped to ensure the party ran smoothly and everyone was happy. Highly recommend for a visit or party! Coffee is good too :)

My little one loved it and the soft play has a variety for all age groups. The prices are decent. It can get very crowded and when we were there, their was some very rowdy children and sent my little girl flying. So I feel like staffing could be better. Also there was no toilet paper or soap in the bathroom so take some wipes with you.

Lovely play facilities for the children, definitely different from other play places we’ve been. Good choice of refreshments and plenty of clean (not sticky!) seating. Lower rating as parking is atrocious; I was unloading a 7 month old baby when I was curtly told I couldn’t park where I was and that my friend I had parked behind (who arrived before me) would have to move too and parking was in the next industrial area along. Nowhere clearly indicated as a parking area so just hope that you aren’t parking where you shouldn’t. If you’re on your own with small children don’t bother as the walk from this random industrial area you dump your car in is along a busy main road.

Been visiting the Woodley branch for many years since my twin girls were born (currently 5 years old) They choose this place over closer, and the food and staff have never been an issue to me. Food is good but not cheap, understandably. Cleanliness wise I’ve not noticed anything bad that stands out, sometimes in the inaccessible areas it can seem dusty and bits build up there, but as far as cleanliness I do not see that a big issue. Maybe a better clean of these areas every so often but would be a large undertaking I’d guess. Nice selection of things especially for its size, and the nice open area is great for small Walker driving toddlers. Nice place you can sit at a table and watch you kids safely without having to chase them around all the time or not be able to spot them from. Twins discount is also a plus for us, but has to be phoned in not able to book online so makes it a pain at short notice booking late at night before, busy periods etc. Parking is plentiful as numbered bays, well signed can be used. Hope this helps some out there.

My son loved it!!! I have been there first time but it was well worth experience. Only downside is they should have include some adult activities as well so that parents can also have some fun with their interests. For instance, pool table or something.

Attended a party here on a busy Saturday, great atmosphere in the place! The staff were so helpful and attentive and made sure all the children and even the adults enjoyed themself!! My nephew had an allergy and the managers went out of their way to accomodate this. Really clean overall despite the business, would definitely recommend!!

Had my sons birthday party at jungle mania woodley at the weekend. Our party host was Gemma and she was brilliant and professional. Kept us informed throughout the 2 hour party. Email contact was prompt when organising. Staff are all lovely. Kids loved the soft play and their visit from Dexter the tiger. Soft play was clean and tidy. Party room was perfect and food was a good balance. The only thing I would say, I would of liked a choice in either a packed lunch or warm meal - pizza, nuggets, chips etc I think would of been nice. Having said that, the kids all sat down and ate what what provided, so my opinion is far from a complaint. Party bags were provided and they were happy to add bits to it. A good selection in them already, so wasn’t really necessary to add more. A special party bag was given to the birthday boy with a return ticket for soft play. Thanks for hosting our party. We booked a party which I had to postpone because of covid, the staff were super accommodating and helpful in rescheduling. The day of the party was great, Charlotte the party host was well organised and patient and both her and Dexter (Callie) were great with the kids. The kids had a great time - Thank you

It's a super cheap way to entertain kids, but it is pretty basic. The bigger kids area looks like it's got all the bits you'd expect - slides, ball pool etc. The baby/toddler area is very small and very basic. There are a few 'jumperoos' and one baby walker, but the toys are old and don't look like they've ever had a proper clean. Having said that, my two (9 month twins) enjoyed just having the space to crawl around, and with the twin discount it was only £3.75 for a few hours' play! Plenty of parking and a cafe on site.

It's a smaller soft play but my kids do like it.The party food wasn't nice at all, the pizza was previously frozen and not properly baked. The sharing plates of food such was croissants, cakes, biscuits were simply out of supermarket packages, disappointing. Staff was nice and friendly.

Great experience there today. My toddler loved it, and we enjoyed it too. Good frame and lots of areas to explore, not overly busy and the bigger kids being careful with our toddler which was really nice. Went on a Sunday morning so we think it may have been quieter. Staff very friendly and professional. We were scanned on the way in to check for high temperatures, given a QR to scan on the COVID app, a staff member explained mask restrictions, and overall very reassuring that they were taking it seriously. Downsides: A little dusty in places on the climbing frame, but overall it was clean and felt safe. We would go back without hesitation.

Play area is fantastic and the staff is extremely friendly. The fact that they do online booking and accept all major payment types (including amex) only helps... The one area which all play areas in UK need to work on is the food quality and service. It's not bad here... but it's not great. It can definitely be faster and last time i was hoping to get some hot dog, which they did not have. All in all, i would go again as very good parking, smiling staff and fantastic play area. Well managed social distancing rules in the facility.

My children really enjoy themselves here (4 and 2 years). The play frame is set out in such a way that I can comfortably keep an eye on them whilst seated at a table. The exit is also the opposite side of the building from the play frame. There is also a large open area in front of the play frame with various ride-on toys for the children to use. The staff our lovely! Genuinely friendly and helpful people. The food is also very good. A nice selection of food including healthier options such as a fruit dipping platter that my children enjoy, and a nice selection for adults too. The only reason I haven't given this place 5 stars is because the place needs a decent deep clean. Dust is thick and clearly visible along the top of the play frame and along the walls, skirting etc. The owners definitely need to invest some time in a good spring clean. Otherwise, this is our favourite soft play to go to.

First time here in over a year . Everything was clean , well organised and staff were very helpful . Especially when my daughter hurt her head , the manager came and helped , nothing was too much trouble. It was worrying not knowing how the situation would be during this pandemic, but I can not fault the team . I am excited to take my twins back to play !

Booking simple online ...took my 5 year old & 3 year old ...temps taken on arrival and the table service etc explained...lots of space...table service & food great, attention to detail & cleaning very good! Probably our favorite of the local indoor play areas, of the three around here this is the medium sized one, it's big and spacious enough to not feel claustrophobic and you can sit comfortably while the children play, and small enough that you can still keep an eye on them easily as there are very few areas where you can lose sight of them. Food and drinks are reasonably priced and of average quality (acceptable but nothing special). Birthday parties here are great for the kids and the packages they offer are very reasonably priced. Can get VERY busy on a rainy weekend.

The parking is good. The centre has a decent seating area and there's enough equipment to keep the kids happy. Kids rates by age, no charge for adult. All in all a nice way to pass a couple of hours!

Very good value for money. We take the kids first thing on Sunday mornings and they can run some steam while we have a coffee. Much prefer it over bigger, noisier, more expensive places. Children are 2 and 7 and it caters for both. Might be a little small for older kids?

My preferred softplay even though there is another one much closer to me and within walking distance. I like it as they have a good set up and range of obstacles, slide, spiral slide, spiders net (5 levels of elasticated webbing you climb/drop down through), ball pool, as well as a darkened section at the back. There's also a separate section for toddlers, which my virtually 3 year old explores, but prefers the bigger play area. Like most softplay you cannot bring your own food (unless allergy/special dietary requirement), but they do have good range of food for children and adults AND it's nice and not over priced. Considering I'm going to spend most of my time sitting watching (or trying to spot the odd glimpse anyway) my two playing, it's nice to be able to sit and enjoy the refreshments they have there. Cons: Like many softplay places it's in an industrial estate with shared parking, so parking can be an issue. The place is also popular so being able to find a seat let alone a table is often an issue.

Been to Jungle Mania in Woodley for the first time today with my 3 year Son and 10 year Daughter. Just about 4-5 toddlers were playing when we entered. Place wasn't the best and needs upkeep as there were cobwebs and lots of dust on the roof. The floor area was neat and tidy though. Not a bad place for an hour of time pass for kids. We felt food was expensive.

It's okay for an hour or so. It's a bit worn out and tired looking, really could do with a refurbish. The toddler toys, ride ons and bouncers were in poor condition, one of which I discovered had a huge crack on it and could cause serious harm if a child got a finger stuck so I quickly removed it and handed to staff. My older daughter often has a slush puppie drink but found an ant on two separate occasions so we no longer purchase them.
