My pregnancy took a turn for the worse but before that I booked a wellbeing scan with hey baby which they refunded me no question. And the amazing staff when I emailed expecting to pay for all photos and videos from my gender scan as I had lost the baby they did not hesitate sending this to me for no charge and no questions. Which has made a rubbish time something to smile about. What a great team and friendly and I could not recommended enough!! Thank you for all you have done it means more than you no.

They’re so kind and are very thorough and explain everything to you, and really take the time to show you everything. I couldn’t thank hey baby anymore! Absolutely incredible and I would 100% recommend to anyone who is expecting a baby! xo

From the moment we arrived the staff was so helpful and friendly, the scan its self was perfect. We didn't feel rushed and they was so informative at every stage.
Will be returning for our wellbeing and gender scan!
PSA. As a male I felt so included In the whole experience, compared to our initial scan with the NHS which I was kind of ignored ( it is understandable, but it still is something a father-to-be would like to be apart of aswell)
A. I.I went for an early reassurance scan and had a great experience. The sonographer was kind and and answered all our questions which helped me and my partner feel calm. I’ll definitely be booking my future scans here.
K. P.My partner and I went here for our first early reassurance scan. Everyone was so was lovely and could not of done more for us. They spent the time with us to make sure we could see everything and explain it all. We would definitely come back here in the future for more scans!
N.I visited here on Sunday 21st November and I wanted to let others know what an amazing experience it was. Haylee the sonographer was so enthusiastic! She was bubbly and I felt like she enjoyed her job. She took lots of time to get the best pictures and videos, I didn't feel rushed at all which was a change to usual scans. Karmen the Customer Care Assistant was also lovely and knowledgeable, she sent the videos on email quickly which was great. I'll defo be going back for more scans to see my baby.
T. B.Just had my appointment and i couldn't be happier! The staff was so nice and so helpful! My son loved seeing his sister and the woman who did my scan involved him and seemed so happy to be apart of it. Baby wasn't having any of it haha she kept covering her face and trying to hide but the sonographer took her time and we tried everything to see her which paid off! The receptionist was lovely and really helpful! Would recommend to anyone!!!!

I am so excited about my first pregnancy that i have already been there 4 times,1 of them was offered free as the first gender scan could not say what my baby is because of its position. The staff on Friday afternoon is brilliant (i always go on Friday), they are so helpful and patient, explaining everything in details. Thank you so much! L. A.My husband and I cannot recommend this lovely little business enough! They have been AMAZING every step of the way. We have had previous losses and awful experiences at another well known private scanning facility. Our experience with 'Hey Baby' from the beginning has been phenomenal and is no comparison!
Every member of staff makes the experience personal and makes you feel special (not like you are on a conveyor belt). They take on board your concerns and worries and are rooting for you every step of the way. I have recommended this business to many expecting friends already.
I have had regular visits to 'Hey Baby' and all appointments have been an experience that I would give 10/10 every time. From walking in and talking with the receptionists, to the sonographers and owners.....keep doing what you are doing, because it makes a difference!
If you are looking for a cosy, friendly and personal experience then 'Hey Baby' is a MUST!

J. E.Great from start to finish! The receptionist was lovey and explained everything, this was carried through into the scan room also. Both sonogrophers were lovey and professional! We opted to have the gender kept a secret and revealed in an envelope to open at home, this was very well done and throughout the scan we were told when not to look etc. Would return again in a heartbeat! Very special experience, thank you.

H. C.I can't recommend Hey Baby 4D in Southampton enough, I came here for two early reassurance scans. I was incredibly anxious after suffering miscarriages last year and the staff couldn't have been lovelier to deal with. Of course there are restrictions in place with Covid and everything, but while I was waiting outside I could see the team cleaning everything down constantly. I was so impressed. Thank you for making a very stressful time that bit easier to cope with.
G. G.We had a reassurance scan at Hey Baby, the staff were all so friendly and kind and very covid safe. Our sonographer gave us lots of information and let us know where to look for the heartbeat she also made sure to check for anything else like cysts etc, they also dated us again which was so handy, this scan was at 9 weeks... The receptionist was also great and gave us the choice of choosing two photos out of a selection. We highly recommend hey baby.
L. S.The whole experience was really positive. Greeted but welcoming friendly receptionist by name and then welcomed through by sonographer. Sonographer had a warm, friendly nature which meant we were immediately reassured and relaxed. She was extremely thorough, taking her time to check everything out and talking us all the way through everything, she was very knowledgeable and experienced which was fantastic, happy to answer our questions and ensured we got good pictures! Was very happy and would highly recommend, we will definitely be going again!

Warren the Sonographer spent time going through my babies development reassuring me everything was ok. I would 100% recommend these guys and is worth every penny. We can't wait to book our 4D scan. R. L.Well what can I say the service we had here was fantastic! I was very pleased with it all from start to finish. You were able to confirm baby’s gender for me today which I was surprised and very very happy to hear you say “It’s a girl” and use the gender reveal lighting, after my NHS scan said that they “thought” baby was a boy. I am very pleased with how thorough the scan was and how the sonographer talked through everything with us. Thank you so much again and we will be sure to recommend you to any friends and family of ours.
C. C.I had a scare Christmas Eve and was lucky enough to book an early pregnancy scan at the last minute. Considering this was Christmas Eve I considered ourselves very lucky. The staff are ever so friendly, understanding and reassuring. They couldn’t be more helpful and caring. They gave me peace of mind and I can now enjoy Christmas. Thank you very much for your professionalism. I would definitely recommend visiting here and it’s in a lovely peaceful location as well.
H. S.The staff were faultless and the facilities were clean and welcoming. The team were great helping keep my 18month old entertained too, providing plenty of toys. There were enough of screens to capture our baby and when the sonographer couldn't get quality images enough, they were happy to send us for a walk and redo the scan.

Since then I now have a beautiful 15 month old little girl who is absolutely our world and we are besotted by her.

Since then we've been back for our gender scan at 16 weeks, Hey Baby 4D Southampton are amazing I couldn't recommend them enough and will be back for our 4D scan!

S. H.Great service. The staff were friendly, very patient and explained everything really well. Baby was hiding her face the 1st visit so the rescan offer was great. I can not recommend this service highly enough as they did everything possible to make my partner feel comfortable from start to finish.
M. F.Wow, what an incredible experience! The sonogropher was absolutely fantastic and worked so hard getting clear images of our little pickle (who was not behaving!). Fantastic images and video clips - well worth purchasing as a add on to the scan package. Very welcoming and friendly and it was priceless being able to have my hubby there too (due to covid he hasn't been able to attend NHS scans). The one and only sticking point for me is that I've struggled to download the videos to my phone (issue with phone rather than images I think!) however my hubby has downloaded them and we will put them onto the computer too.

T.I Came here for my gender scan twice, first time It was really tricky to see so I had to go back to be sure, 2nd time the sonographer said it was tricky but she was happy with the gender now, we had a reveal (I thought I see girl bits on the scan) but it was blue, I was really confused and booked baby bond to see my boy (and so I could actually believe it) to then be told I’m having a girl! Iv spoken time the owner of hey baby who was very understanding and helpful and really couldn’t do anymore, I was offered a free rescan or a 4d at a later date however I live in Portsmouth so it’s abit further to go, I have been given a full refund instead which I’m very happy with.

Thank you for the best experience ... the images from today compared to our previous private scan at another clinic are so much better, a lot clearer, and we had a much more personal experience with a longer appointment & a nice touch to receive a pregnancy pack on leaving ... having the mixture of 3D scanning and a clear 4d preview was amazing - I would 100% recommend heybaby4d ... the technology they are using is worlds apart from other clinics and we can’t wait to return for our full 4d scan in a few weeks time 💕👶🏻💓
