C. S.Have brought a few things from here, which have all been of good quality and worth what I paid for them. Haven't brought anything big from them. I was looking to sell a Moses basket and after sending a message on Facebook to ask for a valuation, because I didn't want to take it in 8 months pregnant if I didn't like the price. I was told it would be between £2-£39. I believe this was just a standard reply.
I had sent them a message on Instagram and I believe it must of been the manager that replied and said they would look into a valuation and get back to me. This was a more personal response, which I really appreciated. I work next to the shop so have always popped in and staff members, whilst the aren't rude they arent very attentive either.
I do like this shop and would continue to buy bits, should I feel it's worth it! And sell should I feel the price is right, I'm sure once our baby's grown out of clothes or toys I will try taking them here first.
People have to take their pricing with a pinch of salt, this is a business of buying and selling- you may not get what you want for something as they have to make a profit from it- so do bare that in mind!
A. M.Amazing shop and very helpful staff. Didn't buy my pram from them, but they helped me out with changing the seat around. Amazing range of clothes and also great for filling a bag for £5.
V. H.kidx was a lovely store to visit. it was bright, airy and everything was displayed clearly and made it easy to shop. All the staff were friendly and helpful, we asked 3 different staff members for help at different times and all were friendly, polite and made us feel comfortable. the range of products and costs made us feel spoilt for choice. I have recommended this shop to friends.
S. V.Great Store ! Very organized, clean and attentive staff, you can buy good quality cloths for you children for really good prices, already knew the concept of this store in our country . It is great that we can reuse the items for children. Pity there is not the same store for Moms!
H. H.Brought my pram a few months ago sliver cross came with the carry cot aswell as the seat unit price was up for £180 but they gave me a discount and I got it for £162 super worth it and lovely pram can’t wait to use it in a few days when baby arrives 😊
L. A.Good store to chop in your unwanted bits and grab a few bargains, too. Not sure on their toy pricing though as I've seen the same items new for the same or even less on occasion. Other than thar good store abs helpful staff.
