L. F.Williamsons have always and will be my go to Haberdashery. They are local, friendly and supporting small businesses is key.
All members of staff have been so friendly to me, and I go there maybe 3/4 times a month.
Sometimes there is a queue and they are busy, but they will help you. They can help you with any questions you have and offer advice.
They sell everything from buttons to net curtains and lots and lots of fabric. I'm like a kid in a candy store there.
G. S.Just picked up my Jacket to which I had the sleeves shortened. My Wife has taken several Dresses in for alterations to which she is extremely happy. The Lady that does the alterations among other things is very clever and talented with her work. We would have no problem taking anything in for work to be done. Anybody out there who is not happy with her work obviously needs there eyes tested. She does exactly as instructed. If you want something that doesn't need to be altered then spend some money and have it tailored to fit. Her work is first class.

B.What a fantastic shop I would recommend this shop to my friends the Needlework by the seamstress is her name is Lola I think but I'm sure I've got that wrong but her work is absolutely out of this world. Her teammates as well are so helpful and friendly you wouldn't find a better shop I go back there time and time again in fact I think I'm probably been going there for almost 2 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else so thank you girls for excellent work.

A. W.Excellent shop. Wait outside to be invited in by staff. Available shelter from the rain under bus stop next to shop. Free parking at Woodley Road near by, five minutes walk to shop. They carry out seamstress and alterations service or provide a quotation. The walk ways would be tight for a wheel chair access, but is possible. Nearest toilets are in a German supermarket few minutes walk from this shop. This little gem of haberdashery is recommend a visit.
