Good parking, brilliant look into the past by simply walking around the various original rooms which are filled with a whole variety of pottery ware. You can pay for a heritage guided tour which I may do next time around. A cafe serves drinks and the local speciality of lobby, a delicious bowl of hot vegetables and meat. My mother's was the best of course. Smaller independ shops are located in the same group of buildings. I've got my eye on several Christmas presents for purchase the next time I visit.

This place is definitely a place you have to visit if you are doing a potteries shop tour, they sell all sorts of beautiful crockery, infact it’s that good that all the profit I made from working the Christmas market there, I spent on the Ralph Lauren range…

I loved having the opportunity to wander around the Burleigh factory shop. I'm collecting the Blue Regal Peacock pattern so was able to add to my collection at less than retail. Dogs are also welcome inside. Upstairs is a historical showcase section.

It was sad that the pottery was closed temporarily due to Coivid 19 but was so happy to look around a shop. So lovely. The staff were very cautious.

Amazing historic place , first time visit for some new plates, bowls etc for our new kitchen , wanted to buy British because it's the best .. simple, wasn't disappointed . Surprised at the size of the pottery after seeing it on pottery throwdown , shall be visiting again for more items ☕🍵🍽🍽👍

Fab collection of Burleigh pottery to buy. It's a great place to visit and buy gifts. We had a picnic lunch on a bench outside by the canal. It's a lovely place. The tearoom there sells good food too

A nice place to visit! The prices for the pottery is very reasonable and the exhibition was interesting. Nice mix of reading boards, watching short movies and touching items. Well done! Also loved the extra wood craft store. It had such amazing pieces! Everyone around was very friendly and helpful! Also watch out for workshops and extra kids activities.

Only stopped for lunch (which was very good) but wished we'd had more time to do a tour as the place had a lot of character. Heard a little bit of a guide's spiel and he sounded very knowledgeable. Next time we pass we'll definitively make it a longer visit

We went last year and really enjoyed the walk around. Years ago I worked in a pottery in Chesterfield. This time we could only access the shop without paying for the tour and the pottery was very expensive. Thankfully, we were in the area.

I’ve been to several pottery shops in stoke on Trent. Burleigh by far is my absolute favorite! The hours on the weekend are not the best for kids because most of the hands-on factory tour is only open during the week. However the factory outlet store is always opened and they have a play area for kids to draw. The prices are awesome and the extra sale section is always stocked with all sorts of treasures. I’ve gone back several times to keep adding to my dining set. I have a full set now I can’t spend another dime. Lol. The café is nice as well offering sandwiches and jacket potatoes.

Beautiful as ever I wanted to buy some mugs made for Crabtree and Evelyn that I had seen on my last visit and I saw some beautiful napkins decorated with pumpkins also Pumpkin biscuits for my grandchildren Burleigh home of beautiful pottery and so much more.

Quality pottery from a factory that is tucked away from the main street. A great factory shop selling factory seconds at discount prices. The price of items may still be expensive for some so don't expect to pay pennies for this quality mark.

This time I walked from the longport station next to stoke-on-trent. It usually takes about 10-15 minutes. The entrance of the shop has changed.
