Great place for crockery. Prices are not very cheap but you can pick what designs and quality you prefer. Their sets are very stylish and varied. Their staff are also very friendly.

Got there at 3.55pm to find out closing time was 4pm 😏 the staff were really helpful and went out of their way to help me with my purchases, even searching through back room stock for an item I was looking for and couldn't find in the shop. Fabulous shop, well laid out. Huge amount of stock. Both new and seconds (sometimes hard to see the fault on the seconds). Friendly, helpful staff. Worth a visit.

Easy parking as this was Sunday morning when we visited. Entry is through a wide doorway with split by a rope divider for covid. Inside it's spacious and well laid out with an excellent range of ware. Part areas are segregated for covid which works quite well. If you are browsing to buy it may be necessary to do another'lap' to actually go back round and assemble your ware to purchase. All staff we found were friendly and helpful with a nice atmosphere prevalent

It was wonderful. I love pottery shops. We only went to have a look. I spent £50 on the most beautiful pots and new placemats. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They didn't mind me rushing back to buy more once I realised how much of the stock was at half price!

Spend a couple of hours here to enjoy the pottery. This shop is lovely, it not only has pottery but glassware, gifts, cards, bags and purses and other wonderfull things. I will be going there to do my one stop Christmas shop. No congested parking and shopping for me from now on. Free large car park, customer toilets, drinks machine and somewhere to have a sit down. Just wonderfully! The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and happy!

Sometimes they have very good stuff and good prices. We bought very good lamps from here once. But sometimes it's got nothing good. Luck of the draw really. I think recently a lot of tourists have found this place.

Large shop with a whole host of crockery, cutlery and kitchenware. Some made onsite and others abroad but all top quality. Prices are good. The staff are lovely and the parking is free. There is a hot drinks dispenser for 70p each. Payment is not contactless, good old fashioned chip n pin.

I didnt want to put a review on here cause I WANT TO BUT ALLLLLL THEY SELL!! If you want a modern dinner service, then this is the place. They also do a very classic blue and white section, but I need all this so.... All the stuff is quality, real quality, real China, real porcelain etc.

A large footprint store selling current and end of line ranges, most with discounts or large reductions. Stocks a large range from ceramics, matching linens, utensils, candles, infusers...the list goes on! Well worth popping in as you're unlikely to leave empty-handed.

Had an hour or two to spend in stoke on a Saturday afternoon. Most of the town seems shut, but opposite lidls and Iceland is a great factory outlet store. Loads,of different ranges much of which is half marked price. Most people were filling their trolleys, including us ! many different styles of crockery and really helpful staff. A great find ! Our discounted goods were marked up at £90. But they were reduced further to £50 !

Fantastic factory outlet selling predominantly Portmeirion and Spode pottery, together with plenty more ceramics, glass and homewares. Right next to the Portmeirion pottery itself. Definitely worth a visit.

It is good to be able to purchase less than half price to purchase in Korea. You can see Korean because there are a lot of defects in Korea. There are many Korean written where the problem is (?) And it is marked with colored pencils or stickers. It's the least bad return to bad in Korea.
