My daughter Emily had a joint 9th birthday party with her friend Jacob at Kidz About yesterday. They both have special needs and there were a number of children with SEND at the party as well as typical children. It was a fantastic party and the children were treated like royalty! Our host Maddie was absolutely brilliant, she was very attentive and really cared about the children having a good time. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff went to a huge effort - including having a member of staff in the car park to ensure the blue badge bays were available for those of us who need them. And they were also happy to let the children eat their party lunch before bringing out the cake (I think it is normally done the other way around, but our children expect to eat straight away when they sit at the table and wouldn't understand what was happening!) We've been coming to Kidz About very regularly since Emily was about 1 and the staff know her well. It's our favourite soft play as there is plenty to do. The cafe is very good and the staff are absolutely brilliant. Highly recommend for soft play and parties!

I took my grandchildren who are 2 and 4 to their summer fair with their summer passes. It was the first time I went this summer with them and all I can say is how hard the staff works in there! I didn't ask all of their names but some of the ones I did were Sadie, who took our food order quickly and gave me suggestions on what to order. Star who made my grand daughter into an adorable flowery faced princess. Katie was working with star too and made the time fly with chats and personality. Reece checked me in and was so polite with a huge smile . The experience was fantastic. There were other staff there too that I observed working hard but didn't catch their names. A girl that was at the bottom of the indoor play area she was very aware of the kids playing and was helpful when a child became distressed. I think that these kids who are working do so with such optimism and energy even though I'm sure they are exhausted. I know just my two grandkids can exhaust me watching them! Please do something special for your staff once the summer fair is over! They deserve some recognition for all they did to make the day fantastic

Had my daughters party here. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Especially a lovely member of staff called Freya. She was so helpful and checked in us regularly. My only niggle is the venue could do with better lighting when it gets dark in the play area. Great staff and happy kids.

Fantastic staff. I go here with my children all the time. It was my daughters birthday last week, and Loretta and Chloe brought out a cupcake with a candle and sang happy birthday, as well as bringing balloons for all the children we were with. Also, on another occasion, Saskia went above and beyond when another child took my daughters fruit shoot off the table. She replaced this no problem, and also stopped the issues with the other child. Highly recommend!

The summer fair has been incredible for the kids this summer. We have gone at LEAST twice a week and the staff are INCREDIBLE. they're such a hard working bunch and always have a smile! I wish I knew all of their names and as I continue to go I will continue to ask them. Sadie is always happy checking us in when we come and telling us to have a nice time, taking orders at the cafe with a smile even when extremely busy. Star has been amazing with my kids and doing their make up with a smile and trying to fulfill their wishes to be unicorns and other fairytale superheroes. Charlie is friendly and personable, helping my young ones without hesitation and always doing it with a smile. Reese makes check ins and outs easy and fun, always jamming with the dj and dancing along with a smile. This staff is so hard working. I have observed them doing jobs that they clearly don't get paid enough to do (cleaning up vomit, dealing with parent complaints, children fighting without their parents actually paying attention, ensuring the children's safety while on equipment and climbing up to "save" children who become scared... and so much more). I previously gave kidz about a lower rating but after this summer.... they are top notch because of their staff. I am so thankful for how hard they work and ensure the summer magic is instilled on the children even when they are over worked, most likely under paid and under appreciated. Thank you. ❤️

My little sister had a great birthday party thanks to the facilities and staff. The food/drinks were great and we highly appreciate the staff with their professionalism and kindness. Thumbs up to Chloe for her great serving at the counter, and the other staff members who were working tonight👍

I took my 2 year old daughter to the summer event here today. Lovely event with really friendly staff. Cosi and Henry did my daughters face painting and glitter tattoos, they was both very patient with her and the paint and glitter tattoos turned out amazing! Thank you for making my daughters day! We will be back again

Been to two birthday parties this weekend and both were just brilliant. To Cal who works there.. you went above and beyond to make sure the kids were safe,had a terrific time and checked on the parents regularly to ensure our hey had a smooth time too. Thank you

Had my son's 5th Birthday party here and as always they loved it. They enjoyed the magic especially which was brilliant and is a great addition to the kids fun, only downside was the extremely hot temperature at the top of the play area which would help with some Aircon being installed. Will always recommend this place but when it's warm outside it's extremely warm inside. Also would like to thank the staff for dealing with the kid who was taking food from the party and pushed one of the party down the blue slide, very quick and swift reactions with the correct action. • 5 stars facilities • 3 star for the heat (I know it's a heatwave lol)
