Visited the Telford store today with my daughter to look at prams and baby items. Our experience was absolutely amazing. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable from the outset and really friendly without jumping on us straight away. We ended up choosing a icandy bundle with the help of staff and got some great deals, free gifts and even entered a special birthday game. Helen was a credit and so patient and friendly nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend all these girls and the business. Will definitely be back for me very impressed

Megan was absolutely brilliant today! As first time parents we needed a lot of guidance and demonstrations, she was very patient with all our questions and also gave us really useful advice on things we hadn’t even thought about. Kaylie was beyond helpful. She spent hours with us in the shop going over all the different brands of prams and car seats. We explained what we were looking for in a travel system and from that she tailored a bundle to suite all our needs. She made me and my partner feel really comfortable and listened to all of our questions and never made us feel silly for asking. She was honest from the start and made the whole experience enjoyable. It never felt like we were being pressured into making a purchase. We ended up buying our entire travel system from Newbie and Me (Telford) along with a Snuzpod bundle. As soon to be first time parents, we went into the shop with little knowledge on what to look for but we feel extremely happy that we made the right choice. Couldn't fault the buying experience. We look forward to coming back to pick it all up nearer our due date. Also to top it off, they're going to fit/build it all for us. If you're new to this, like us, I'd definitely recommend this place!

Wow! I cannot recommend this store enough!! We came just to have a look ended up buying some truly amazing products! Great service today at Telford Branch. I came in looking for a 'the works' car seat as I was unhappy with my one (purchased elsewhere) I had no clue what to look for. The member of staff was friendly and helpful showing me how to use the carseat and letting my little one try it out too. I felt really reassured with my purchase and so much safer leaving the store with my little guy. The other member of staff was qualified in car fittings so she fitted it for me and also ensured that my little guy was correctly fastened. I wish I'd gone here to start with! Thankyou both!

Friendly, helpful experience. I visited the Telford branch with my boyfriend and wanted to look at the Oyster 3 pram specifically. We were shown all options/bundles available and even told about the new colours that were due to launch It was also explained to us how this pram compared to others on the market, we tried them all. I’ve had the absolute pleasure of shopping through Newbie and Me Online. Vicky was such an amazing help for a first time mum who had 101 questions to ask! I went to them in search of a travel system for my baby due in July and they honestly couldn’t have been more help! Plus I got a bundle which I hadn’t seen anywhere else for such a Brilliant price! I’m also not local to any of their stores so they arranged for my pram to be delivered free of charge. Visited the Telford store with no idea about prams, or where to start. The ladies there were very helpful, gave us the time to browse and were able to answer all my questions and demonstrate all the functions. Helen was especially good, she didn't put any pressure on me to buy that day, and although she'd only recently started at the store, had extensive knowledge on all the prams, chairs and packages. Within days I was contacted to say the pram package that I'd bought had been delivered to store, very impressive. Can't wait to go and collect. Thank you ladies

Excellent customer service from Kayleigh. From an online enquiry to walking away with our stroller the service we received was amazing. We were looking for an Inglesina Quid 2 stroller and although some shops sell it online Newbie and Me baby store Telford was the closest store to us which is a little over an hour away. Not online did they have it on display for us to try out they also had it in stock ready to take away. Kayleigh was very clued up on the strollers but not quite on the Inglesina being a top brand but not a common one so she got a colleague who knew more to explain the features. Then Kayleigh sorted the pricing out and we were happy to buy it on the spot. Excellent team at the Telford store who all know how to deal with customers. I highly recommend Newbie and Me Telford and other stores to anyone looking to purchase anything for your little one.

Very impressed with Newbie and Me- great range of travel systems to fit all budgets, helpful and friendly staff and great customer service! We bought an ex display travel system in July and we are very pleased with it. Staff offered fantastic demonstrations and further support if needed. My only suggestion for improvement of customer service is that when you ring the store, if they are unable to answer there should be opportunity to leave a message rather than automatically be put through to another store. For general enquiries it is fine but we were chasing part of our order and being put through to another store wasn't helpful.

We had such a great experience at Newbie and Me in Telford when we went to purchase the pram for our first baby which is due in November. Lauren was really knowledgeable and friendly, gave us a demo of the pram we were interested in and even gave us a deal with a carrier too. All the staff were really friendly and professional, and their prices match the online prices but they offer the additional support you cannot get online. We will certainly be going back for any future purchased! Highly recommend

My partner and I are expecting our first baby in Dec and we literally had no idea where to start. We took a visit to Newbie and Me in Telford after making an appointment online and WOW were we impressed! Lauren was on hand and talked us through everything, she never made us feel silly, her knowledge was second to none and she really listened to what we needed explaining honestly pro's and cons to everything we had looked at. We were able to have a hands on demonstration of how each of the systems worked so we could feel the actual weight of them etc. We narrowed our options down and she gave us all the information about stock availability and we chose the system we wanted. We came away to 'sleep on it' for a night which when your spending nearly £1000 on a full system was essential for us and there was absolutely no pressure there at all. I went back the very next morning to put a deposit down and order our Oyster 3 system, Lauren even agreed a discounted second car seat base for us which added to our amazing customer service experience! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Newbie and Me to anyone who, like us, was a bit lost with all the options available. Also, anyone thinking that they can potentially get cheaper online, we actually did check and the price was exactly the same for the system we had so we certainly felt with the good service and knowledge we actually got more for our money and we are fully confident in our purchase and cant wait to pick it up now! :)

I had an appointment today. I was asked on the telephone call, prior to the appointment what it was I would be requiring to potentially purchase, which was responded by asking to view car seats. In particular the 360 rotating car seats. Upon my arrival, the car seats of my request were all ready for my viewing. The sales representative, was extremely thorough with great knowledge of the products, along with full explanations and demonstrations of all the safety features. Any questions I had were confidently answered. I happily purchased two car seats today, with full fitting of the one in my car, which was provided as part of the service. I purchased the My child Sterling car seat for my husbands car, and for mine, the Cosatto all in all, on the prowl car seat, which I’m so in love with. I am extremely happy and would highly recommend this retailer.

Cannot recommend this store enough, absolutely fantastic service! I visited twice to look at different travel systems and the staff gave full demonstrations of any we were interested in and asked questions to help us decide what is best for our lifestyle. After ordering our travel system the store kept in touch with us each month to let us know when they had received our payments and then arranged delivery as soon as our items were in stock. We were also offered video calls if we needed assistance in setting up our pushchair or fitting the isofix base in the car! Best ever service! We were looking for our 1st Pram (which we never thought would be so stressful!) so we ordered a pram on online (on an independent website) after watching youtube videos saying it was the best, when it arrived it was nothing compared to what was online so we refunded it. We decided to visit Newbie & Me in Telford, after looking at there whole range my husband fell in love with the iCandy Cerium and a Joie Car seat, after speaking to few colleagues in how easy it is to pack and use we placed our order, it arrived a week earlier than expected, once we booked our appointment they had it all set up and showed us how to use it in the car. 10/10 service… lesson learnt don’t underestimate level of service in store than online.. speaking to real people who know what they on about ticks many boxes, thank you once again!!!!

As first time expectant parents, our visit to the store felt overwhelming to say the least, however this was quickly eased by the staff who greeted us, so happy, friendly and ready to help. We had made an appointment originally as we were unsure with covid how things worked and were advised ths was the best way to get the full experience by having a delegated personal shopper with us in store, who showed us how things worked and gave us information about age range and answered any questioned we had. We started with the travel systems and oh my wasn't there a great selection....which one do we choose?!!...well the kind lady asked us about our lifestyle and kind of car boot size we had and asked which travel systems had caught our eye. After we picked a selection, she showed us what features each one had to offer and how compact. they folded. Afterwards, the lady allowed us to take time on our own to try them out and and practice folding and unfolding them to test for ease. We decided between two makes, the Venicci and the Nuna and then compared the features, the weight and the height of them (as we are both tall) and went with the most practical of the two....We chose our beautiful Nuna. Whilst looking around the store, we also saw what nursery furniture they had. We fell in love with a Silvercross 3 piece set and decide to also to ask about this and ended up ordering this to along with our travel system bundle. The staff were not at all pushy in selling there items, gave us as much time as we needed, and answered all the questions we had. We were made to feel very comfortable and enjoyed our experience with them and will be definitely be visiting again for those little extras ;).

Excellent service. My pram was delayed as it had to be ordered straight from the manufacturer. Was contacted by the store and offered a readily available alternative. I chose to wait, the pram ordered arrived earlier than expected and I was contacted and it was delivered to me the same day. Went in to visit while around 4 months pregnant, and the service given was incredible. There was no pushiness to "buy the best", it was purely about what we wanted, and what we expected from a pram/push chair, and what would best suit us. Both of the guys we spoke to were extremely knowledgeable about the products at hand, and were more than happy to give us covid safe demonstrations. We said we'd shop around more, and they weren't pushy at all. Gave us their number, and said to get in touch if we did choose to go with the system they'd found out for us. Three more months of research and looking, and qe found nothing else that could compare with the product we were shown. Ended up buying the Venicci Soft Grey travel system, and my what a system! The pram has been amazing these first two weeks, and our little one falls straight to sleep in both the carry cot and the car seat! Took a few attempts to get used to using the system, but now we have, it's easy as pie! The store also price matched the travel system for us, so with everything included, the saving had, and the satisfaction we have felt at all stages, we can't suggest this store enough, and urge people to go in, even if it's just for advice! We visited the Telford store yesterday to have a look at the Oyster 3 bundle, we were already pretty set on it but needed advice on a car seat as we were opting for something other than Oyster. Rebecca picked out car seats that would adapt to the oyster chassis but we were still undecided. We put down a deposit regardless as we know we will be back once we come to a final decision. Me and my husband went to the Wellington store on Saturday (and returned today (Monday) to place our order). We were initially left to browse the store which has a great range of travel systems, furniture and accessories and then approached by Akhil who I have to say was brilliant, and went above and beyond for us. Unfortunately one of the travel systems we were interested in wasn't available on the Saturday but Akhil made sure that it was available for us when we returned today, he spent his time ensuring the pram was collected and built in time for our appointment, despite us saying we could have travelled to the Crewe store to have a look, which we really appreciated. Akhil spent time explaining all of the different components of the travel systems and demonstrated a good knowledge in their manufacturing, warranty etc. He allowed us time alone to talk and was never pushy with his sale, listening to us at all times. Even allowing us to compare two travel systems side by side. I feel we were given the best shopping experience, never felt rushed, nothing was too much effort and thanks to Akhil we have purchased what we feel was the best travel system suited to our needs without any doubts. We are yet to experience the delivery so are unable to comment on this however we remain optimistic based on our current experience and would definitely go back to the store for future purchases. I haven't actually purchased anything from this store but the customer service I received from Aqeel and his team were nothing short of excellent! After weeks and weeks of searching for the correct isofix unit for the car seat we had purchased from Casatto, we were at a loss until Aqeel helped us and even pointed us in the direction of the correct unit to purchase it elsewhere as time was of the essence. I can't thank him enough and would not hesitate in recommending both the store and this team for anyone considering buying items for their child.

Visited this store and received a warm welcome, a member of staff called kaylie served us. Kaylie was so helpful and very knowledgeable about all the types of prams/pushchairs, she made what was going to be a hard choice easy and we are very pleased with the bundle we purchased, they also price check which helps enormously when deciding what to purchase. We had purchased our Venicci Tinum in October 2021 from the Telford newbie store, the staff were very friendly throughout our whole experience. I had been admitted into hospital early when our travel system arrived I was still in there the staff at newbie kindly offered to build out tinum which was a great help. Our isofix base wasn’t in store when we collected out pushchair but we were made aware from the start of purchase that there was a delay with the shipping of this product. When it had arrived the store assistants helped us to install it correctly showing us the correct way to use it Great service
