Fantastic venue for a party. My son has SEN and loves the sensory room so booked pirates and princess to celebrate his 3rd birthday with friends and family. Staff are amazing and did everything to make his day special. Lots of healthy food option for the kids and lovely hot drinks, would recommend a visit.

Its clean! You know how hard that is to find these days. My son loves it here and I don't actually mind taking him to this one cause you don't feel dirty after! The cafe is good and not silly prices. Yes it's not the biggest but the soft play itself is in excellent condition. Most soft plays look old and grubby.

It has good area for little ones, not big but my kids still like it. Not expensive snacks. The only thing that is annoying is that you have to pay extra for sensory room. I understand booking system but in little rascals for example if you paid for entry you don't have to pay for sensory room.

This is the best soft play centre in Telford, it's not too big or small and is kept nice and clean. The cafe is good and there's a sensory room for a small extra cost. It's tucked away so can be a bit difficult to find the first time you go

For babies and younger kids I found this place to be better than jungleland and others in Telford. It is well lit, colourful, has a lovely sensory room and baby area. Staff were nice, good range of sandwhiches and cold food for kids and adults. There are some small arcade type machines. Can't speak for older kids but for babies this is my choice, with it being smaller less noisy, better than other soft play for that age.

It was great the only down side is it needs more toilet facilities especially baby changer. Food and drink was great. Good price. Children enjoyed them self's. Please note adults are charged to go in.

Brilliant little play area. Good for 0-10 I'd say. Food is reasonably priced and nice. Drinks are reasonable as well. Nice alternative to the other soft plays in Telford.

Dad & Son time and a wonderful place to spend it. This play centre is perfect for for Pre-School Children. Parking is a bit of an issue, however the time spent this morning (Friday 30th July) was a good experience. The staff are very tentative, the beverages and snacks are sensible prices and the equipment was clean. We will return

Staff are fantastic. We had a choking incident with our 11 month old and the staff were straight with is offering help. All was fine within 1 minute. Staff constantly cleaning. Play areas perfect for younger children. Love this place.

Had a nice morning with my daughter and grandkids we took the baby in to sencery room he enjoyed once he woke up. All staff were very nice the cake and tea was just wat we needed .

The staff here are lovely and friendly. The prices are really reasonable. The food is freshly prepared with a decent selection of things. They have a sensory room for babies and/or children with special needs which is a lovely touch. It's not the most elaborate soft play I've been to. However it is clean and bright and welcoming. I would certainly recommend it.

Great play barn, one of the best in Telford. The first to have a dedicated sensory room for disabled persons, which is fantastic. Dedicated times for disabled kids two days per week so they get a chance to play without the crowds/overwhelming noise. Staff are polite, friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to help. Cafe prices are fair and portions are great too. Can't recommend this place enough!

We had an amazing time at Pirates and Princesses for our daughters 2nd birthday party on Saturday 30th October. We had exclusive hire and we cannot fault our experience. The buffet provided, attentiveness of the staff, Princess Elsa interacting and doing songs with the children and presenting the cake alongside the soft play itself was all fantastic. All the children (and adults) had a fabulous time and our daughter loved her 2nd birthday party! Because we couldn’t have a 1st birthday for her due to lockdowns and Covid we always said we wanted a big 2nd birthday party to make up for it and that is exactly what pirates and princesses gave us! Everything we wished for. Thank you so much! Emma x

Lovely place with very friendly staff. We went with an 8 month old especially for the sensory room but unfortunately it was absolutely freezing and we couldn't stay in the room. I assume that it would be comfortable in summer though. Still worth a visit if your little ones are a bit older.

Lovely staff, who are friendly and helpful, but sadly the location is quite small compared to local competitors. Also prices of food is somewhat over inflated for what you get. Want cream with that cake? that's an extra 20p on top of the £2 for a small slice please. Not a bad place, just average, hence the rating

Excellent value play area with some (limited) parking but not sufficiently large to handle a lot of children. Ball pool in bigger children's area is quite deep though - I'm 5'10 and submerged fully without interfering with two infants and one other adult playing in the ball pool.

Lovely place, my only criticism is I don't get a mobile signal and they don't let you connect to the WiFi. Was a bit inconvenient when my daughter needed to contact me to take my granddaughter to hospital

It's a great little place for the little one to blow of steam. The only criticism I would give is that the floor is concrete which can be dangerous with kids running around and also that the sensory room isn't well heated and is cold for babies to go in. But other than that the staff were friendly

Brilliant play zone. Friendly, helpful staff, very clean equipment. Lovely food. I've tried a few play zones with my 5 year old disabled granddaughter (Whitchurch, Shrewsbury and Telford) and Pirates and Princess came out tops. Definitely recommend it.

Another Happy birthday party; we have been here before. The staff are friendly and professional. The kids love it! Face painting and a Princess or Pirate to play games and host proceedings. All good fun. Highly recommended!

I drove here from an hour away with 2 children after having found pirates & princesses on Google, I checked their website as linked (very useful for opening times, prices etc) but sadly no obvious link to the Facebook page. So unfortunately we arrived to find a ticket only special event on. And interrupted everyone!! Staff were very accommodating and made both my young children feel very welcome. Was a lovely couple of hours and a very original idea, strongly recommend visiting when a real life princess is there too!

Very impressed. They have a sensory room which you don't find many of publically. Fibre optics, light projectors, bubble light fish lamps, bean bags and other tactile toys. Food excellent and fairly priced for adults too. Revommended. We'll be back.

Just want to say a big thank you for making Jacobs birthday fantastic, he and his friends had a great time. The two pirates were amazing keeping the children entertained throughout the two hours. Jacob actually stated it was his best birthday ever!!! and that's not easy to achieve with a six year old. The food, party bags, cakes just about everything was perfect mainly due to the friednly astmospher and dedication of all the staff. So once again a huge thank you for helping to give Jacob a great birthday.

Great place for little ones, but they need to buy some decent tea bags, would have probably had several cups while I was there, however only had one because it was so bad, got to be the worst cup of tea I've had in the last 20 years and believe me, I drink a lot of tea.
