Reviews of Giggles Play Mill

We had our twins first birthday party here yesterday and it was fantastic!
The baby/toddler area is big, clean and safe. Wherever you are you have full view of the bigger play area/frame so can see the bigger children running around happily! It has slides, tunnels, climbing etc. There's also a football section at the back!
I didn't feel stressed as some soft plays are brutal ha, all the guest were happy! No arguments between the children, staff were lovely!
Wasn't cold as some other reviews have stated!
Can't recommend this place enough! Thank you! Xx

Had our sons second birthday party here and are regular visitors. Really good space for kids of different ages. Baby area, bigger kids play area and a 5 aside football pitch! Also a big bouncy slide. The cafe is great for kids and adult food with excellent hot drinks. Don't be afraid to use the lift even though it's a bit intimidating at first. Trust me, carrying a child up the stairs will test even the fittest parent! Easily our sons favourite play centre!

Had an excellent brief visit here on the way to the Lake District. A well run, little soft play. We had a blast and will certainly be back again! Go when it's not busy and your little one will love it even more! ☺️

Always come to Giggles with my little boys as it’s not as manic as other play centres due to the booking system which I love. Great for younger kids and babies, always friendly staff, and the cafe is amazing too!

A great place. Children under 4 years of age and older had a great time playing with their friends

My daughter had her 5th birthday party at Giggles. The staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I was left to spend time with my daughter and her friends and didn’t have to worry about anything. My daughter had the best birthday and all the other parents commented on how smoothly the time went. Thank you for making my daughter’s day.

Nice big area for toddlers/babies but sadly all of the toys in there were broken/No batteries. Also very cold, lady said heating had been broken a while, completely understand this but in the meantime it's not suitable for small children. My baby was very cold after a while. We also heard other customers being told babies under 12m went free, but we were charged.

Lovely play centre. Only down side is there is clearly an area for babies / toddlers and one for older children. No one seems to monitor this and I had 7/8 year old children dive bombing the ball pit that my 9 month old was playing in. If this could be monitored to make sure its safe for younger children itd be 5 stars!

Its fun for the kids and a great price. Good for younger children, mine is under 1. Can't go wrong.. Its not a fancy place, but also not so crowded as others. There is a small football cage, seporate space for the young ones that's got shapes, mega Lego blocks, can easy walk and explore safely. Then a main climbing thing for the more grown up ones, small climbing wall too.

Great place. One of the more quieter soft plays we've visited!!
Another review says the lift is scary, but it's not, it's just got old style doors. If you push the call button and it makes a noise it just means that the doors aren't shut properly on the other side! Xx

Didn't know you have to call first for a session, but was allowed in,where my Grandson really enjoyed himself, would definitely go again and reccomend.will remember to call first.

Having been to other softplay places in the area I felt really safe here with my 9 month old. Large surface to crawl and explore. Busy but not crowded. Found a good mix of areas for younger and older kids. I would suggest maybe if you want to add some toys for babies and tots other than the lego. In the cafe area would love to see more veggie options (soya milk would be great) and some healthier options (fruit for the kids, diet drinks for parents). But overall great place. Will come back

A fab fab place and really lovely staff! We haven't been since Covid and it is spotless and perfect for my children... aged 10 months, 3 and 4 years old. Lots of space to run around and keep distance if needed... it never gets too busy. Lots of different sections / levels and areas for all kinds of soft play. We will be back for sure.

Fantastic play centre. Always lovely and clean and greeted with a smile. Food is great, love that you can sit in the cafe and see the children playing on the play frame, so you can keep an eye on them. The mini-football soft pitch is awesome, the kids love it. The younger kids have loads to do in the massive toddler area, designed especially for them and their parents to play in.

Passed the play centre by chance and due to the bad weather we took a chance and went in. The two year old absolutely loved it and it certainly caters for the younger children. Nice and spacious and was a good set up. Only rated 3 stars as the lift wasn't very reassuring to access the centre and only one member of staff on for a lot of children that was in there.

We have been to most of the soft plays in Warrington and my daughter always wants to go back to Giggles. There is free parking by the entrance and inside plenty of tables. The seating overlooks the small children play area with the bigger frame for older kids further back. In other soft plays my daughter always found a part which was too difficult for her (high steps, etc) but at Giggles she's never came to me complaining of getting stuck. The coffee tastes great and I always order a fruit bowl, cucumber sticks and carrots sticks for my daughter, they are very cheap. The entrance fee gives you entry all day so sometimes when working from home if its half term, etc I just take my daughter to Giggles and work from my laptop as she has fun. Staff are always friendly, highly recommended!

Ideal for our two kids under 4. Very clean Food is just fine. Good coffee. But quite cold. The kids soon warm up after all the running around.

My 2 year old was reluctant to go on the play equipment by herself so was barely anything she could go on. Not used to this as i have never been to a play centre before that adults cannot go on and help. Wasnt too busy and food was mediocre.

Nice big open space, great given the current problems.... lots to do, hot food and drink available, large football area, climbing wall, just great place and a great price,l. Never been before but will definitely be going again and definitely recommend

A really great place to take your kids.... staff are freindly, prices are fair and all areas are within sight with no chance of escape... great climbing frames for my 4 year old and great space for my 11 month old to crawl, explore and tire themselves out. Thankyou giggles

I found the venue really cold.. all the adults were in coats! And there isn't much for babies/toddlers to do unfortunately.. for bigger kids there is! Food was tasty :)

Very nice place lots of activites great

A great place to take your toddler or child for some fun. Children can climb, slide, swing and jump around to their hearts content while parents relax with a snack whilst staying within eyeshot of their little ones.

Good variety of soft play for little ones. Scary lift.. Use stairs if you can

By far the calmest softplay, never overcrowded like others. I've had memberships for years here & never had a bad experience.

Little girl loves this place. Food is decent and staff are friendly. Messy play is the play of choice for our little ones.

Fab place reasonable prices and very big lots to do! Lovely and quiet weekdays after school so ideal for my daughter with autism :) thank you

Excellent softplay (especially for 2 to 4yrs). We had a birthday party there and the staff were very accommodating.

Good facility's. Reasonably priced. Staff are helpful, polite and friendly

Once again the sliding swing ball was broken, but tied up this time so kids couldn't even hang on it. They say they keep fixing it, but I'm not convinced they do. Just get rid of it if you don't want to fix it.
M. C.
Good... Kids run off and go mad I ended up going on with my kids too, prices okay got drinks and crisps, price to get in is great too.
R. L.
Great soft play, little cold first thing in the morning, but free coffee midweek and lovely staff.
K. L.
Our kids love coming here. We have been to a few birthday party here too.

Lovely play center, but a bit of a walk to the top of building.

Great place with friendly helpful staff. Fantastic party venue too!

Its okay!
it is what it is and nothing to shout about, prefer the other centres as this seems too big.
