One of the best soft play areas. Has a large play area with a full range of activities for toddlers up. Highlights are the triple slide, ball pit with vacuum, football practice bay, mini car drive, small slide for toddlers and adventure maze. A good feature is that adults are allowed to accompany the toddlers on the frame. Drinks and snacks are very good and reasonably priced, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Can be a bit cold if you’re just sitting. Check opening times on their web page. Open Friday to Monday inc., shuts at 4pm.

Best soft play in Worcester because: 1) It’s big and fun but not too big 2) You can see where your child is easily 3) Easy to get a table 4) It has the largest slide and best ball pit! 5) Plenty of parking 6) And, my daughter says so!

I haven't a clue why some people gave bad reviews. There was ample parking, and the staff were nice and friendly. Despite there being a fair number of children, it didn't feel crowded at all. My kids loved playing in the structure, and after two hours were quite reluctant to leave. As to the cleanliness, it was far cleaner than you'd expect from any place that has a few dozen kids running about. Additionally, staff were busy spot cleaning throughout our stay. Edit: It's my second visit, a year on, and I've downgraded it to four stars. The reason being it's very hot and humid inside. Surely in this day and age, it's not wildly unreasonable to expect a place that can be crowded with children running about giving off steam, to have air conditioning.

Little Acorns is a well equipped and well staffed soft play. It's also kept very clean compared to other places and the cafe is adequate. However, if you have a toddler or baby, it can be quite an unpleasant experience: parents of older children don't supervise their kids enough and it's not unusual to see them being boisterous in areas just for babies or toddlers. Also, I don't feel staff do enough to discourage this behaviour, and to be honest it's annoying because at £6 per session you want to stay for the full two hours but often can't as older kids take over the place. Little Acorns should really have dedicated sessions for little ones to avoid this happening. Shame really as it's definitely one of the better soft plays in Worceter.

Really good soft play area. Been twice and its got loads to do and in good condition. Staff are very friendly and tirelessly cleaning and it shows as the place is very clean, which in this covid world is great peace of mind. They do close earlier than advertised sometimes so be aware. But a big thumbs up bags of fun for my little 1.

Loved it! Today we enjoyed our visit to Little Acorns for my son's 9th Birthday Party. Party of 10 children enjoyed 1 and half hours of softplay followed by party food in allocated party room. Staff on hand to assist with setting up party room today. Sam on the team at Little Acorns was very helpful. All the team very friendly and offered parents and carers complimentary food whilst children played. Went home with very happy birthday boy, Luca said 'his party was epic and amazing!' Soya has been added to the Coffee bar - pleasant addition for those of us who are Vegan. Massive thanks to all the team who made this special event awesome. Well worth 5 stars. All children went home with smilles ☺

A spacious, airy, clean and well organised play area for children. Plenty of seating for adults. We had lunch there. The cafe was clean and the food was good. My grandson had a great time and the 2 hour slot flew by. Would have liked some background music, otherwise a fab place to take the children especially in bad weather.

It's been hard to find a soft play that my daughter enjoys as she's a touch nervous, but she loves Little Acorns. Happy to play for the full time you're allowed here. Menu has a great selection of food, too, which is always good.

First time visit here, had a day out to Worcester and had a look for a soft play for our youngest. Very clean and well laid out soft play, only negative is that it was quite come but very reasonable in price and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time.

We went on a Monday morning from 9.30 to 11.30. Very quiet. Spotlessly clean. Staff constantly cleaning the equipment. No noisy music in the background. Lovely for toddlers and plenty to keep them amused.

The children loved it. We thought that food and drinks were very expensive though. Its a shame, because other playbarns charge half the price for consessions. Also, we went on a Saturday morning and struggled to find a parking place.

We took our youngest (7) and 5 of his buddies for a treat. I haven't actually been in around 6 years, not since our older children were of suitable age (we regularly came to play as used to live locally) and it's as good now as it is was then. I think it's fantastic value. We went relatively early when we knew it would be quieter which suited us but there is so much space anyway. Really pleased it's still going strong. Also really happy with the option to buy refillable tap water for a quid. Even though water is 'free' I think it's an excellent compromise if you're on a budget. We didn't eat but we have when we've visited before and the food still looks good. Reception staff were great and patient. Security still brilliant. For a place full of children it doesn't feel at all claustrophobic and was incredibly clean and tidy. I'm chuffed for you all! Well Done 😊

WOW!! 1st class experience at Little Acorns today with 3 babies aged 9 months to 20 months. Totally COVID safe, staff cleaning all the time absolutely everywhere, staff very friendly and more than helpful. This place is sparking clean and apparently has been going 14 years, it looks and feels like a brand new venue. Would highly recommend a trip, we will definitely be returning soon, such good gun for the children to burn some energy off on a wet day. We also thought it was excellent value too. Thank you Acorns, see you again soon.

Mixed experience. Staff appear quite nice. But, my grandson was coming through a gap to me, that was open, until a member of staff blocked it with chairs and told my grandson "you can't come that way go round". I'm fairly certain that she would have been far more polite if it had been an adult coming through. Children learn their manners from adults!!! It's the first place I've been to where I was charged £1 for a jug of water (even with free refills! ). Other than that the place appeared clean and tidy. Food pretty much as you would expect. Over priced and over cooked. I don't think I will be returning.

It’s a great place but the first 2 times my children went they caught a cold first was really bad second normal cold so my mom and I have been disagreeing that it was little acorns so I took them back myself last week and wow 2 days later cold should have listened to my instinct. There no doubt that every time my kids go they catch a cold last year before lockdown my mom took them there and they were so Ill and she took them again 3 weeks ago and cold so when I took them again cold. The staff were cleaning when we there and I never see them stop but unfortunately I’m not sure why at the place they catch colds I’ve took them to 360 play Redditch and imagination street they were fine so I can’t work out why little acorns always makes both my children Ill

Absolutely wonder place, so worth a trip. My son loved this place when he was little and now my daughter is loving the experience. The staff are always helpful and it is always super clean. Food is fabulous and cooked to order. I can't praise Little Acorns enough.

My little one loves coming here! Only issue is one we had on our last visit.. They were closing early which was fine we didn't have a problem with that and were told on entrance too. But as we were leaving, 15minutes before they were due to close we went to leave when all the shoes for the kids were just left out on reception. No one on reception, but the point being anyone could have taken any kids shoes. Obviously people wouldn't have been happy if the shoes would have been taken. Just hope this would never happen

Love taking my daughter and son to this place. Shes always happy going there and goes off and does her own thing. Son loves the little area as hes a bit small. Think they should give out name badges though as we lost sight of our daughter and found her sitting quietly by reception. Other than that everything's great. 👍👍👍

My 10 months old daughter loves spending her energy there.. unfortunately some parents are being a bunch of bone iddle letting older kids into the baby area and putting babies in danger. The staff is way too young to know what they are doing (college kids are not experienced with children and babies)! Would be perfect if someone with more guts could supervise the baby area.. These older kids were throwing balls at my daughter and other babies, some of them jump all over the place when my daughter is having a good time crawling around, others just jump into the ball pool while little babies are in.. My advice is get parents to monitor their older children and set like a fine of extra hours if they get caught in the baby area. Next would be a employee with experience supervising the baby area! Other than that, it's a great place for children to grow and develop new skills.

My Grandson absolutely loves Little Acorns and always asks to go when I have him. He makes a new friend each time we visit. Totally recommend it and the staff are so friendly, food and drink is great too.

Every time I have been here the management (although polite) are arrogant and charge extortionate prices. Although it is clean. The big slide doesn’t slide very well at all (it’s been like this since I first bought my nieces here many years ago) and appears to be getting worse. Everything is over priced and when comparing to something like Cheeky Monkey’s there’s no contest as to fun and value for money. Being polite doesn’t show the ‘going the extra mile’ at a push it’s somewhere to go but I hate feeling like I’m being ripped off as soon as I walk in the doors!

Little Acorns is a fab soft play we have used it for our grandchildren for over 2 years. It is our first visit since reopening after lockdown and it is very Covid safe. Constant cleaning and monitoring of areas facemasks need to be worn by adults at all times except when sat at the table. We felt very safe

Hands down, best softplay I've been to in 2.5years of parenting. Clean equipment that's accessible for different ages, polite & engaged staff, supervision-friendly layout and a good selection of food to purchase!

Excellent food and good service levels. Toilet area in need of modernisation and the reception staff need to take a look at themselves. We were told to clear the door area, so did, then got told to re-queue to sign in. Position one to position six. Then a party booking jumped us and finally we were asked, by the same TWO ladies, "are you waiting to sign out?". Look us up if you wish to investigate staff concerned further. Harper and Oakley, last Saturday afternoon. UPDATE/RESPONSE: I appreciate the security aspect, with a background in Childcare myself, BUT the gates were closed. This was simply rude on the part of the two receptionists. They knew exactly what they had done/were doing and could simply have served us in order. To play daft was the the final straw. Two receptionists, six guardians. It was hardly busy at that specific time. My feedback is meant as constructive, it doesn't need defending. As a whole it is the best in our locality BUT these things jeopardise return custom.

The best soft play offering in the city, clean, all equipment in good nick BUT always ring before travelling there, particularly on a week day as they close early frequently if they think the day is / will be too quiet. We learned the hard way with an inconsolable 3 year old!

Overcrowded, stuffy with lack of any ventilation at all. Not enough activities for a little ones under 3 years old and no supervision whatsoever from the staff members, which you can found only behind the till or the bar.

(Translated) Cool place for quite small and a little bit bigger kids. Food is typically British but there is quite a large children's menu. Price 5.45 per child for 2 hours. During the weekend a lot of people, whole families and there is a problem with parking. Overall pretty cool :) (Original) Fajne miejsce dla dzieci całkiem małych i trochę większych. Jedzenia typowo brytyjskie ale jest dość spore menu dla dzieci. Cena 5,45 za dziecko za 2h. W weekend bardzo dużo ludzi, całych rodzin i jest problem z parkingiem. Ogólnie całkiem fajnie:)
