Love this place, in the past five years we bought all our occasion cakes from here (must be tens by now), and they never let me down. All cakes are made on the same day and they dispose any that doesn't sell (nothing stay overnight) — meaning they are absolutely fresh and tasty. The messages they write/draw on the cakes is fast, well done and free! Staff are always professional, friendly and helpful. A big thumps up from me!

Good cake and cupcakes. The only sad thing was that the cupcakes were destroyed by the time I got them as it was not properly handled by the driver from the delivery. Otherwise, everything tasted great.

Just to let you know I would give this a 6/5 stars. I absolutely don’t understand how people say the cake can be mouldy or I fresh I have no idea what they are talking about! The sponge is egg free but also THE BEST cake ever nice light spongy amazing what more could you want! I range of different cakes with melt in the mouth sweet cream in colours friendly staff mouth watering smell once you step into the shop We regularly take from this shop on any special occasion and never disappoints AMAZING Thank you cake box!!

I wouldn't recommend this is a hurry. Very unhelpful and defensive staff. Bought a cake, popped in the trunk as directed on a flat surface, drive off and 2 miles down, cake has moved all over. Come back and they say they don't know how I drove as it's fresh cream. Like really? I was there was a half star or no star rating. Not coming back here ever. ***Eventually, the staff were graceful and helped to redecorate the cake and restore some credibility. And for this, I'd say thank you and improve on my rating.

(Translated) Fast and efficient service. The cakes are already ready, it's up to you to make your choice then all you have to do is add the words or the photo you want. Only the outside of the cake changes I find it a shame that there is no more choice, for the most part it's sponge cake inside with a strawberry or chocolate variance that's all. (Original) Service rapide et efficace. Les gâteaux sont deja prets, a vous de faire votre choix puis il n'y a plus qu'a ajouter les mots ou la photo que vous souhaitez. Seul l'extérieur du gâteau change je trouve ca un peux dommage qu'il n'y ai pas plus de choix, pour la plupart c'est sponge cake a l'intérieur avec un variance fraise ou chocolat c'est tout.
