A. M.Had a ham and cheese toasties which was ok but the ham and cheese were very thin. The place was fairly busy but no staff member wiped the tables after people had used them which was disappointing in light of today's covid outbreak

Extra seating upstairs and a customer's toilet downstairs.
A good location at Cornmarket in the heart of the city and a good place to take a break and relax.

R. H.There doesn't seem to be as much choice in the way of sweet stuff as there is in Scotland. That said I'm more of a savory person. We had Belgium buns and two coffees, buns were nice but very sweet and sticky. I would go back, worth a visit staff were nice and place was kept clean.
R. M.This us best place to go we go to it every week when I. Town evanglising three or four times a week. Great value for money, their coffee and hot chocolate is first class and their sausage rolls is also the best.
R.Overall very good, however the hot chocolate will take off most of your taste buds and a few years of your life.

G. C.I love Gregg's sausage rolls n went to their Belfast store to eat in n was given two cold sausage rolls. We would have had to wait 13mins for hot ones as they aren't allowed to re heat sausage rolls! Mind, had we known how incredibly hot my husband's tea was going to be we would have waited. Still enjoyed them but cold sausage rolls just aren't the same! Girl serving was very sweet n did try to help. The tables could do with wiping down a bit more often but if they are busy they probably don't have enough staff to keep an eye on the tables.

v. m.Had a good light lunch in this cafe without breaking the bank. The food was lovely and fresh and hot pies and sausage rolls available. Staff were curious and very helpful I will be back. A very good place for ones working in Belfast to cut costs on lunch

J. C.My husband and I love Gregg's for a quick coffee and snack or lunch. Last visit we both had quite a large ham salad roll and latte and Americano coffee. Delicious and satisfying and very reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and efficient.
D. M.Was a very wet day in Belfast, called in for a cup of tea and a sandwich. Staff very welcoming and helpful, which may not have been the case, considering the effect poor weather has on people. The tea and a well filled sandwich, certainly ticked all the boxes. Many thanks Gregg's.

H. T.I'm a huge Gregg's fan, but this store is a massive disappointment. Very slow service despite a large number of staff present. My sausage and bean slice was lukewarm at best and the table I was paying an extra 20p for the privelage of using was filthy ....Gregg's what's happened you used to be such a great cheap and cheerful company ...now you are a joyless mess

A. M.The best of the Gregg's outlets for customer service in Belfast. Staff are always kind and friendly, all too often we've witnessed them going beyond their best in situations that I would hate to be in with nasty customers.
A.Visited to see what all the hype was about. It's an ok place with some nice wee selections of food. Staff are friendly but they need more off them especially around lunch time.
