Patisserie Valerie in Belfast is located in a convenient place. The shop offers coffee and little sweet treats. The cakes are delicious and beautifully decorated. I have tried the latte, cakes, and croissant from this location. All were delightful and perfect little treats. You can order online and the shop offers delivery. The cakes and pastries are great gifts for someone.

My husband had booked for a friend and I to go for Festive Afternoon Tea. Even though the booking was made in person and my husband witnessed it being written into a diary, there was no reservation when I arrived. Additionally, the Festive Afternoon Tea, for which we had a Gift Voucher, was "sold out" and we had some substitutions. The food however was yummy, we seemed to be served by the manager, who was very attentive to us, bringing us top ups of tea and coffee; but the visit was slightly dampened by the initial issues experienced.

Loved our afternoon tea. Visiting Belfast and wanted to have afternoon tea. For £25 we got tea for two and we even had leftovers. Food was delicious, atmosphere was lovely and our waitress was wonderful. The earl grey tea was delicious as well. Highly recomend.

We went to Patisserie Valerie for brunch. I loved it. The room is lovely and the food was great. I had their Earl Grey Blue Flower tea with it, which I loved so much that I bought before leaving, so I can have it at home as well. I'll be definitely going back there! 💖

This place is very popular and sometimes you have to wait for a table but with now having 2 cafes in belfast you don't have to wait too long. We managed to get in and seated before the place got very busy and where serviced our afternoon tea in a timely manner and offered refills of tea when requested and got to take the scones and cakes we didn't eat home in a pretty little box. The staff were lovely and very attentive.

I love this brand and have been to quite a few of their branches around London but this was my first time in a Belfast branch. I went in the afternoon and ordered tea and the soup of the day. But the soup was too oily. The staff were not very observant or attentive. Edit: I went there a second time in the morning and the morning staff seem to be a lot nicer and friendlier! And service is quick. So if you do plan to go here, mornings are better.

The cakes are immaculate! Coffee, tea, high tea, great surroundings but not intimidating. It's the perfect way to enjoy the classic tea and cake experience. Oh, and they also serve food and meals and stuff as well which look tasty but really I just go there for the cakes. :)

I used to be a big fan of Patisserie Valerie and their extensive range of tarts and buns. After not visiting for several months I was very disappointed to find that the range of buns had been vastly reduced, leaving just the basics on offer. On this particular visit they had been running a promotion through Groupon, so the place was moderately busy. It took several attempts to wave down one of the two staff working and place an order, then quite a wait to actually get the order. During that time two other tables had sat down and left before someone approached them. Whilst I appreciate that in busy times service may be slower, I felt the experience as a whole fell below the high expectations I had for Patisserie Valerie. I guess I will have to find somewhere else.

Very nice coffee and very tasty cakes. It’s just at the city center and the service is very friendly and fast. They have also some kitchen service for brunches and some other small things (like salads and some sandwiches) but I only tried the cakes (and they are excellent!) The only bad thing I can say is pricewise, a little bit expensive.

Ah to have decent pastries in Northern Ireland, at last! I thought this was an independent operator, then discovered on their menu that they're a chain outfit. But all they serve is delicious, including their savoury meals. However, sometimes the French experience is too authentic with long serving times.

Display of pastries in the front window beckons patrons to come inside to indulge in heavenly decadence with an artfully swirled cup of latte. Very friendly staff in crisp white & black stripe vest attire and loved the atmosphere of a traditional European coffee shop. Try the Escalope Chicken with its perfect bread crumb base. Valerie's Burgers were ok, but average, better burgers in the U.S. Very clean establishment.

PV is my favourite national chain coffee shop. Several grades above Nero, Starbucks etc. Very well constructed, smooth lattes with just right strength. Pastries clearly not made on site but are still very much "to die for". No food today but have tried a few of the breakfasts and lunch snacks on previous visits, again top marks for a manager run chain. Only complaint as always, the disabled toilet smells vile. Needs looked at.
