Donna and her team were absolutely brilliant and came up with lots of ideas to help improve my design.
From first contact to actually receiving the cake was about two weeks, they were really communicative and most importantly, the cake was fantastic.
I will definitely order from them again.
J.I was pushing my luck asking for a Childrens themed cake on a Friday morning for the same weekend. However, they didn’t hesitate to agree to it. Providing me with a detailed concept of what I wanted together with a quote, I honestly couldn’t fault them. I was genuinely amazed by the quality and attention to detail. A week on and the cake is still as succulent and tasty as when we picked it up. With a very light tasting icing the cake is not at all heavy. Truly impressed and will definitely recommend and use again. Thank you for making our little girl so happy! I have ordered numerous cakes from this shop and requested various designs, i.e in the shape of a grand piano, a camera cake, etc, and they have never failed to amaze me. Not only are they terrific bakers but are truly amazing artists. The artwork is so good that I hesitate to cut into the cakes. The customer service is always impeccible, very professional, friendly and helpful staff. I would genuinely reccomend them to everyone if u want an amazing experience, amazing cakes and amazing artwork. I will continue to order all of my cakes from here.
