Got a egg free fresh cream cake from cake box within kings heath. I have to say the customer service was top notch . The lady helped us choose which cake would cater to our specific needs . Also I wouldn’t go any other place for a cake . If you need a fresh cream cake don’t look elsewhere . Cake box is the spot for you !

I often go past and look in the window, and until yesterday I'd never bought anything. I kinda felt they looked better than they'd taste but god was I wrong! I had the malteaser cake, it was amazing! Light, moist and really tastey. And value is so good, what you pay for the size and quality is crazy! I can't wait to try more, highly recommend!

So I've been going to CakeBox KH for all occasions and I've never been disappointed! just yesterday I ordered 2 cakes, of which one was last minute but the staff had the cake ready for me to pick up on time! Really appreciate the staff especially Akila! Always recommend their cakes to family and friends! the cakes are always a massive hit at every party and occasion plus instantly recognisable! cant waait to get my next one! Ps. they even recommended 2 other different cakes and gave Me samples which were v. mouthwatering!

I placed my first order today for two cakes, one for my family and one as a surprise for my brother's family. I had been gifted a cake from 'Cake Box' before, so I was aware of their high standard and taste. Service was exceptional and all four members of my family were allowed to sample a taste of the cakes we were purchasing. We were pleased with the quality and extremely happy with the delicious cake. My brother's family also enjoyed their cake. Another part of the service is the opportunity to make the cake truly bespoke by having your own personalised message on it, which we took up. Great service and excellent quality are assured.

This cake shop is my heaven, the cake is light and fluffy, and the cream isnt too sweet. The girls are so friendly and helpful, they will change anything you want on a cake or add things. I have to send in my parents as unfortunately there no such cake shop where I live ☹, but I make sure I get a few slices to curb my craving for these amazing cakes. To find a egg free cake that is actually tasty just like normal cake is a rarity. 🎂🍰🙂

As Cakebox outlets go, the Kings Heath operation really stands out and for all the right reasons. I believe that Cakebox operates as a Franchise business, as such the cakes and desserts on offer are largely the same regardless of which outlet you choose. However, the Kings Heath store has always managed to provide us with cakes and desserts that taste so much better than anywhere else. I believe that the difference is in the people who work at Kings Heath Cakebox and in particular a delightful young lady named Sunny. Sunny is exactly what her name would suggest, a bright and happy individual who makes anyone's day that little bit better. On the several occasions I have used the Kings Heath Cakebox, Sunny has always been there and provided an unbeatable service. The Cakes and Desserts from Cakebox are heavenly, the service from Sunny is "the icing on the cake" 🙂
