A Creative Bakery, with a huge emphasis on Creative. Follow on Instagram for some fun insights too. As soon as I saw the video for the Chocolate Brownie Corndog (pictured) I knew this place was for me.
There's such a variety of interesting cakes on offer. I bet everyone can find something they love. Check Instagram each Saturday for the menu that week and enjoy!
a. M.If you haven't been here, you need to go ASAP. I'd heard from a friend of a friend that it had the best ice cream and they were right. Dole whip is just amazing. I believe they don't always have it but it's spectacular. The rest of the ice cream menu looks great as well.
The guys that work in the shop are really nice as well and that's a massive plus when visiting somewhere new. I was so impressed and will definitely go back again. 👍😊
J. A.Fantastic little place! Reasonable prices for imaginative and fun desserts that you can't get anywhere else. The owner is absolutely lovely, funny and makes the place even more special than it already is. Very hygienic and very covid secure. Even some outdoor seating for when the sun decides to make an appearance. A proper hidden gem in Northfield
g.Such a lovely store serving up delicious treats with an extra touch of magic! Excellent customer service, low prices and deliciousness for everyone to enjoy! If you need to brighten your day just pop along and you'll soon be feeling super sweet!
B. P.There's more to summer than sunshine. Cheer yourself up with some of Lil's lovely ice-creams. Friendly cute parlour and delicious creamy soft scoop with all the sauces and toppings you could wish for. We had oysters coz I love the old fashioned marshmallow centre and chocolate icing, but I brought mine right up to date with blue sherbet topping. Definitely going to be a regular. Also easy parking right outside, or just round the corner.

P. B.Lil’s parlour is an absolute local gem. Excellent customer service in person and on Uber eats. We have ordered twice & it’s arrived really quickly. Portion sizes are very generous & ice cream & baked good equally delish. No stingey dribbles of sauce here!! Totally worth a trip <3
S. W.I've purchased some amazing bakes from Lucy via her website. Her creativity with sweets knows no limits. You can tell she loves what she does and she does it VERY well. I've never had anything like it, chocolate and marshmallow tacos, brownie scotch cream eggs, crumble cake, it's all to die for!!
A. R.This gem of a shop is owned and run by the amazing Lucy who works tirelessly to support the local people in her area (ask about Club Tropicana) and keeps the high street in Northfield buzzing and bright!!
The bakes are second to none and the soft serve ice creams (including the occasional Dole Whip day for the Disney freaks!) Are always made lovingly and with a smile. Nothing is too much trouble for this lovely lady.
Lucy is a beautiful soul who you can see through her work is passionate about bringing joy to people through what she does.
Pop to the shop and show her your support ..... I guarantee you won't regret it.
H.I first fell in love with Lil’s Parlour over Lucy’s brownies. Her treats never fail to cheer me up, and one of my main memories of lock down will be working through her children’s recipes with my girls. She also is one of the biggest-hearted people I know. Well worth a visit, never disappoints x

I’m always stuck on what to have, but that just means there’s more options for next time! If you’re looking to treat yourself then pop down. Lucy is lovely, she’s friendly and passionate about the community she’s a part of. Not only has she opened up Frosty Palace to allow people to reach their ice cream any day they want dreams but she’s helping the less fortunate to reach it too. If you want to support someone who supports other too, then this is the shop for you!
S. F.Utterly gorgeous treats! I've ordered a few different things from Lil's Parlour over the past few months in lockdown and everything has been divine in both appearance and taste! Lucy is a genius when it comes to inventing new products and putting a fun twist on classic favourites - and everything is really reasonably priced!
The lovely gifts shop on her site does exactly what it says on the tin - really lovely bits and pieces, perfect for stocking fillers but really good quality too!
To top it all off, the customer service is brilliant - I had a problem with the courier who delivered my parcel and Lucy really went out of her way to make sure I was looked after. I cannot recommend enough!

J. D.We came down from Stafford to visit family and swung by a couple of weekends ago - this was the best sundae ever - I had the rainbow Sunday and it was beyond delicious - the kids copped out with boring old ‘99’s but loved them. Owner was super friendly and welcoming - highly recommend

Lucy not only makes the most amazing ice cream creations she also makes you feel so very welcome.
Frosty's Palace is most definitely not just for children, as a grown up the nostalgia is amazing, it's like a indoor ice cream van, but with so much more.
Our little one has Cornelia de Lange Syndrome and Lucy was amazing with her too, giving her time to decide and process. Thank you! We will be back.

t. v.Great little parlour for all your favourite sweet treats, was super happy they had a vegan day too so managed to get some yummy cupcakes aswell as some of the famous Dole 'soft serve' ;) the owner is so lovely and deserves to do well, go check them out!

K. J.What an amazing cake for my 60th birthday. Not only did it look fantastic but my guests all said it was the best cake they had ever tasted! Lucy was extremely helpful regarding flavours and decoration ideas - I had one layer in chocolate and one in fresh raspberry and white chocolate.
I highly recommend that you choose Lil’s Parlour for your special cake - you definitely won’t be disappointed!

S. L.We stop here whenever we are in Birmingham - the Saturday tuck shop is so delicious! Today we picked up strawberry cake, a biscoff fluff cookie, and a creme egg scotch egg - all divine! Well priced and the owner is really lovely too.
