I’ve ordered from Lola’s a few times and each time the cakes have tasted excellent. They do the best cakes and the service is second to none.

Good cake. Lacklustre service. 7 people waiting, 1 staff member serving, 3 just chatting and obviously ignoring the customers. Given the high prices, I expect better customer service.

First time I ordered Lola's cakes deffently won't be the last, I ordered the lemon cake delicious, very moist, will be ordering another flavour to try in a few weeks. Delivery was perfect had a text and they came on time 10/10 for the whole service And cake 👍👍

Coffee good, cakes all wonderful except 'Her Royal Highness' was not fluffy. Staff very welcoming and friendly.

Amazing cupcakes...I would recommend a cupcake from here as a lovely treat...the taste is exceptional. It may cost a little more but it is so worth it. Great service too.

Had cheesecake which was amazing coffee was lovely, coffee was served with a metal spoon, what let it down was cake was served with a thick plastic throw away fork, when mentioned to waitress said they were using them because it was so busy and needed to wash up. I really don't think this was true, seemed like this was normal. But service was very good, definitely would go there again.

I took a birthday cake and some raspberry cheesecake for my boyfriend!!! It was Delicious! Great customer service from a sell assistant Ambra!!! I recommend this place !!!

Carrot cake 😍 Absolutely superb 🤌🏾 So moisted & soft with the right amount of sweetness. Just amazing and the price was right. Staff members were helpful and patient with me asking about the birthday cakes. Will be back as another birthday is approaching. Thank you for the service, the cake was amazing, staff was lovely. Amazing service and amazing cupcakes! Wow, best cupcake I have ever tasted. Really nice packaging, and you can get a reward card where you get a free cupcake after 10 stamps. They are decent prices. They also sell mini cupcakes if you wanted to try a few flavours! The lady who served me was really lovely. Highly recommend ❤️

We online ordered an Oreo Cookies and Cream cake for my sisters 18th. It was delivered hassle free to a cheery driver, I was updated via email with a delivery tracker and the cake came exactly as expected. It was very tasty and came with a helpful temperature reader on the box, so we knew how to correctly store it. Great service from Lola's!

Excellent customer service and quality of cupcakes and cakes at Lola’s. I visit the selfridges branch and have tried a variety of cakes all exceeding my expectations. Also ordered a birthday cake which was a great choice. Carmel, Tahir and Mubarak from the Selfridges Birmingham branch are fabulous staff members and always deliver world class customer service. A true credit to Lola’s cupcakes

Rating this 3 stars because of the wait time today there was no queue and I waited over 10 minutes just to be addressed for service. Said service was ridiculously slow and unbelievable. The cupcakes were delicious but the service tremendously needs improving to be given a higher rating.
