H. R.I bought a roll cake , the cake was very soft and fluffy but the filling wasn’t up to our likings as we are used to have sweet cake with sweet cream but the cream was very salty. They handled our complaints very well. And replaced our orders. The caramel tea was next level A++ I need to find that cake with sweet cream filling 🥺

L. H.Hands down the best bubble tea in Birmingham! I had the Kuan Yin Charcoal tea. It came with jelly which was new and unexpected but it was so delicious. Almost better than bubbles. They also have amazing authentic pastries and cakes here. If you’re coming to Chinatown, you’ve got to come here!

K. L.Not sure what happened to all the old cakes that used to be served? The 5 stars was for the fresh cakes that were sold over the last 20 years, I've yet to try the new cakes as it's changed over ownership, I hope they're just as good.
D. H.Visited many times. Delicious pastries - especially the egg tarts. A little expensive but that is expected. The owner (who is always there) can be a little rude though. The last time I visited, she wasn't impressed that I wanted to pay and distracted her from watching something on her phone. Also, she is always sat at the cashier whilst the other male workers are always in the kitchen baking... A little unfair?
