I've ordered a few cakes and brownie boxes from Jemma at Blundell Bakes over the last year and I have always been over the moon with not only how delicious they've been but how beautifully decorated they are. My personal favourite was a surprise birthday cake for me which was a lovely apple crumble naked layer cake!

I recently ordered a retirement cake from Blundell Bakes. Jemma was super helpful throughout the whole process and I was able to customise the flavours and design which was great. I finally settled on a coffee and chocolate cake and it was absolutely delicious! The recipient was over the moon with it and I will definitely be ordering again!

I made my first order with Jemma last week after seeing her post on my village Facebook group with some photos of her incredible creations; I ordered a chocolate praline cake (for one :P) and not only did it look amazing, it was beyond delicious! I cannot recommend her enough! The texture was perfect, the taste was even better than I could have possibly imagined, and you could clearly see the effort and love that had gone into making it. We found Jemma on Instagram and loved her cakes so got her to bake a 2 tier cake for our daughters christening. It was absolutely beautiful, all our guests commented on the flavour and decoration of the cake. We went for coconut and lime and vanilla and raspberry jam it was gorgeous, so much so that we had cake for breakfast the next morning. Would highly recommend Jemma at Blundell Bakes and will definitely be ordering again
