I was never originally going to have a wedding cake but meeting Ellie changed everything! She made the most delicious cake for our wedding in April 2022 & we really enjoyed meeting her and loved the tasting session. She was an absolute dream to work with and she is very talented. Everyone at our wedding commented on not only how stunningly beautiful our cake was but also how it tasted absolutely divine. Without a doubt I would recommend Bunston Bakes for all your baking needs and can't wait for her to make our anniversary cakes in years to come. Thank you for making the best cake ever for the best day ever

Cannot thank Ellie enough for creating the most beautiful and most delicious wedding cake for us. We had two tiers, Lemon and Elderflower and Chocolate Salted Caramel - SO delicious. Also lasted really well after the wedding. She was great in her communication prior to the day and delivered and set-up everything so I didn't need to worry. She also liaised with our florist for the decoration too. Thanks Ellie - will definitely be back for another slice soon!

A late review but here it goes.. Without a doubt the best place to get your cake made! Absolutely delicious! I ordered my wedding cake from Ellie back in 2020 and it was beautifully made in regards to appearance and it tasted like heaven! Definitely the best place to go to and Ellie was just amazing with the preparations and details we wanted! Great pricing for such a excellent service. I Definitely would recommend Bunston Bakes!! Ellie gave us the most to die for wedding cake, not only did it look gorgeous it also tasted divine. The cake also kept well after the event so that we could get some to friends, family and colleagues. Throughout the whole process Ellie was easy-going and helped us get what we needed, from providing advice on flavours, giving us the most amazing tasting box and helping us find a suitable cake stand she was just fantastic. The cake Ellie prepared and delivered was really splendid both in appearance and flavor. To my great surprise, given the size of the cake, it was almost entirely demolished between the celebration lunch and the slices taken away for later consumption! A testament to the cake's taste and impressive decoration. Definitely recommend Bunston Bakes.

THANK YOU! Really quick, easy to use interface when it came to ordering online. Plenty of opportunity to communicate specifications etc. The cake was absolutely STUNNING. I love this contemporary style and it was perfect for our little wedding. Ellie even went to the trouble of going to our florist and getting a selection of flowers in the wedding bouquet to mirror. We had the lemon and elderflower buttercream cake... WOW! It was so delicious. And I can't believe how well it lasted/ carried. We had half the cake that wasn't cut on the day in our hotel room not refrigerated (not recommended obviously) for two days and when we started eating it again at home it was as good as new. Best decision we made not cutting it all up!

We honestly cant recommend enough. Ellie did our three tier cake for our wedding. Not only did it look beautiful but every tier tasted so amazing and all our guests agreed. We had a trial beforehand, discussed what we would like the cake to look like and got to trial several flavors. Our cake was everything we imagined and more. Ellie was so friendly and helpful from the moment we first spoke to our wedding day. and she was also so supportive with our two postponed weddings. I would recommend Ellie to everyone!

Can I just say THANK YOU! The cake for my sisters wedding was beautiful, it mag he’d out theme annnd it tasted even better! I can’t stop raving about it and have had 2 slices already. It’s so good and moist! It’s honestly one of the softest cakes I’ve eaten and the raspberry and lemon mix is so different to what we usually have for a wedding!! Guys, do not hesitate to use Ellie! She was brilliant and met all of our needs despite me not being local. She delivered on time and was polite and wore a mask too. My sister was absolutely shocked with everything. She had no idea what I had planned so it was a wonderful surprise!

We had the pleasure of having Ellie make our wedding cake this summer and were completely blown away by how beautiful and delicious it was! From start to finish working with Ellie was such a joy as she is so kind and helpful and understood right away how we wanted the cake to look. She invited us to her home to test some flavours which was such a treat, and so hard to choose! She kindly delivered the cake to our venue and used flowers from our florist to work her magic with the design. Ellie made our wedding caked in December 2020 and it was, without doubt, the best cake we have ever eaten. After postponing our wedding from August to December and reducing our guest list from 75 to 11, we still decided to go ahead with the three out of four tiers we had already planned with her. And we are so glad we did! As were our guests, our guests families and our own families. All of us were eating cake for days, without complaint! Not only was the taste incredible, but it also looked like a work of art. We cannot recommend Ellie enough and will be shouting her name to all of our friends!

NEED THAT SPECIAL OCCASION CAKE - THINK ELLIE!!!! A special birthday cake for my wife via my daughter. It turned out to be the star of the day. Light fluffy sponge, balanced flavours and filling and the mascarpone icing is the best thing that has happened to cakes for a long time, no more the thick, sickly buttercream or sugar laden icing but a wonderful airy coating like eating clouds!!! The exterior decoration was plain and simple and beautifully executed. Nothing is ever going to come close to Ellies marvellous creations, hand crafted with love and care.

I second the other reviewers in that not only did the cake Ellie made for my daughters 21st look BEAUTIFUL it also tasted AMAZING. It was so beautiful we couldn't bear to cut into it on the first day but the next day discovered that the carrot cake inside was the best carrot cake we've ever tasted. I showed Ellie images of what I wanted but then she created something even more beautiful than I had imagined. Super happy, 100 per cent recommend, 100 per cent will use Bunston Bakes again. Oh, and also Ellie is super lovely!

Ellie is amazing! She made our wedding cake for us in August 2019 and it was just incredible! It looked amazing and tasted so so delicious - we had so many lovely comments from our guests saying how amazing it was! The tasting was also so fun as we got to meet Ellie and try lots of different flavours and could pick a flavour for each tier (it was a difficult decision because they were all so good!). Ellie made our 3 tier wedding cake and it was delicious. We had so many positive comments on the day with several people telling us it was the best wedding cake they’d ever tasted. We absolutely loved how elegant it looked and Ellie did a lovely flower decoration for us. She was a pleasure to deal with from the start and helped us customise flavours so that our favourites were included. Luckily we’ve got a freezer full of leftovers since I gave the caterers strict instructions to save lots as it was so delicious. Would highly recommend her!

Ellie's cakes are AMAZING. The tasting process for choosing our wedding cake flavours was a lovely experience. Her cakes are beautiful and they taste absolutely incredible. So many people commented on how lovely our cake was. I ordered a 'Mini Birthday Cake' from her online shop to celebrate my 30th birthday back in April during lockdown..honestly it was the most perfect and delicious cake we have ever eaten!
