If I could give more stars I would - I couldn't recommend Chelsey and her cakes more! We ordered an Expresso Martini 3 tiered, 6 inch cake The flavour did not disappoint, chocolatey, moist, full of coffee flavour and it just looked so so impressive! My friend was over the moon with it. The communication was faultless from start to finish & Chelsey was nothing but accommodating, bringing what we wanted to life. Thank you so much Chelsey, if I'm ever in need of a cake for a special occasion (or even if I need a nice treat), I'd make the trip again to get one from you!

My partner and I wanted to find out our baby's sex together with close family so asked Chelsey to create a gender reveal cake. The cake itself was adorable and exactly what we were hoping for. We opted for a simple vanilla flavour which tasted absolutely delicious and the buttercream frosting was divine! Chelsey was professional and cheerful. Wow where do I begin! Chelsey made 30 mini 3 tier cakes for our wedding and they were absolutely divine. The detail that went into each cake and packaging was amazing - down to the coloured ribbon to match our theme! The cake that Chelsey made for my daughter's 18th was amazing! We were visiting Brighton for a short break and she was able to fit in with our schedule so we could walk to her house and collect it. Communication was great and she helped us decide on flavours and the colour scheme. The cake was absolutely beautiful, it felt wrong cutting in to such a work of art. I have ordered from Chelsey twice and I am finding reasons to order from her again, and soon! I was finding it really hard to find vegan cakes that looked appetising/didn’t cost the earth for a cake that looks like cardboard and I am so glad that I stumbled across Chelsey’s beautiful looking vegan cupcakes. The second time I ordered, she created some fab bespoke vegan cupcakes and vegan cakesicles for a baby shower. Both times everything was just so delicious! All I can say is WOW! Chelsey Cakes Brighton has become my new favourite guilty pleasure... I have tried all of her amazing cake jar flavours, and none have disappointed in the slightest! They all stay so moist, they keep for a good time in the fridge because of the jar, and size-wise they're way more than you expect them to be! An absolute must, for something a bit different! I have also had a Red Velvet, and a carrot cake from Chelsey, and I can not recommend them enough! Decadent, luxurious sponge, with beautifully flavoured frosting. The taste of the Red Velvet sponge is sensational, and the carrot cake's cream cheese frosting had subtle notes of cardamom, which was a pleasant surprise as I had never expected such a wonderful flavour combination! I can't speak highly enough about these cakes, and whilst they're rich and delicious, they're not overly filling or heavy. Absolutely brilliant! If you're looking for a high end bespoke cake, you cannot get better than Chelsey Cakes Brighton! She is so friendly and accommodating, and considering the time and work that goes in to the cakes, along with the quality of the ingredients, you end up with a fantastic deal! Would highly recommend Chelsea Cakes to anyone! I ordered a two tier Oreo cake for my sister's 16th birthday this year and was absolutely delighted with Chelsey's creation. She truly made our vision come to life! Chelsea was swift to reply with any helpful recommendations for flavour combinations and advice on sizing. She even went the extra mile and offered a bespoke personalised cake topper - which was very thoughtful of her. The cake was delivered in perfect condition (from Brighton to Windsor) and we enjoyed every last crumb! We heard about Chelseys Cakes through a family member who was raving about her recent cupcakes she had bought. So we looked at Chelseys website. Well, we were quite taken aback with the choices offered! We had a party a month later for a 10 year old and decided to go different as there was so much choice. We ordered a Special Large cake with Fairies in tu-tus hiding amongst bushes and flowers and a 3 layered sponge. It was so pretty. Then we decided not to give party bags, we gave the kids a lollipop cake each, as you can imagine they went down a storm! For the adults, we gave them each a layered cake in a jar.
