The cupcakes we received at the weekend, they went down really well with our guests, super tasty and they looked fabulous. I received hand-delivered cupcakes from Rosy to my door as a surprise gift from my Mum. Not only were the cupcakes the best I'd ever eaten - they were HEAVENLY (see photo) - but Rosy was absolutely delightful. She had had several calls with my Mum to make sure that I received the perfect cupcakes that suited my taste and personality. She delivered them with a smile, gentleness and wisdom and really brightened my morning. I'm so happy to support a local, independent business who care so much about what they do. 5 stars - recommend! Thank you Rosy xxxx

I placed a rather last minute order for cupcakes for my daughter's birthday. We do not live in the UK and her birthday was on a Sunday so I was anxious about whether they would arrive on time. Rosy was amazing - she organised speedy delivery and the cupcakes looked gorgeous - almost too good to eat (though I am told they were delicious). I would highly recommend Rosy for her pretty and delicious cupcakes, and excellent customer service. I just wish she could deliver to Singapore.

The cupcakes were absolutely beautiful! Rosy listened to exactly the kind of cupcakes I wanted (festival themed) and made me some amazing bespoke cakes. They really looked too good to eat but we did eat them and they were delicious. Brilliant service, they were delivered to my door at a time that suited me. Will definitely use again.

Excellent, friendly service and beautiful cupcakes! I phoned Rosy to see if I could get some birthday cupcakes to my friend that day. Despite her having to get home, make, decorate and deliver them - she was super lovely and said she could get it done! She kept me updated throughout the day and sent me photos when they were done. The decoration was amazing and she finished off the presentation with a silk bow and gift tag. My friend was absolutely delighted with them! Can't recommend enough.

Rosy was at my door yesterday morning with a delivery of cupcakes from my parents for my birthday! Safe to say I was thrilled to bits and actually shed a few tears! The cupcakes looked gorgeous and were so incredibly yummy. I gave a few to friends and they were all amazed by how good they were. The red velvet in particular were DELICIOUS!! Nothing but good things to say about Jazzy Chic. I ordered some cupcakes for my girlfriends birthday in difficult times during the lockdown as I wanted something to make her day special. Nothing was too much trouble. Rosy was so supportive throughout, answering my (many!) questions about what combinations I could have and whether I could change some of the frostings around. I can’t tell you how difficult it was to get them delivered without your partner seeing when they are furloughed, but Rosy gave times that meant I could sneak outside to hide them in the garage before lunchtime! When the cakes arrived I wasn’t disappointed, the cakes were beautifully created, presented in a box that you would be proud to give as a present and were absolutely delicious. Can’t thank you enough for all your support and helping to make someone’s day special. Nik xx

Absolutely worth every penny for a very special treat...I had some yummy Beuno, Oreo and biscoff cupcakes made for my fiancé birthday!
