Thank you so much Jo for such a beautiful wedding cake display! You understood our vision of exactly what we wanted and it looked so lovely on the day. We opted for a dessert table with a couple of two tier cakes, a single tier cake along with cupcakes and iced biscuits, we had so many different flavours and they all tasted amazing, such delicious cakes and all our guests complimented how great they both tasted and looked. We would recommended you to everyone!

All we can say is wow! The cake Joanna produced for our wedding just looked absolutely stunning and tasted amazing. We had contacted Joanna very last minute and she did an amazing job of supplying us samples to choose from which all tasted great. We had a tough time choosing. The schedule on our wedding day was very tight so we didn't get t see Joanna but she did such a wonderful job of dressing and presenting the cake. If we ever needed a cake to celebrate again we would definitely use Joanna and recommend to other people - thank you Joanna for adding to our special day!

Joanna provided the cake at our wedding in August 2022, and we are so pleased we chose her for our big day. In the run up to the wedding, the communication was great and the cake tasting box we got to choose our flavours was the perfect way to help us make decisions (and plenty of fun to eat). The cake was absolutely delicious and looked incredible. We went for a semi-naked cake with an abstract design, and the colours Joanna used matched our wedding party's outfits so brilliantly. She also worked with our florist to incorporate some flowers, and the whole thing looked stunning. If you're still on the lookout for your wedding cake, we'd definitely recommend Joanna Pyda Cake Studio!

Our wedding cake was everything we had hoped it would be and more. Jo got the look we spoke about absolutely perfectly and the level of detail on it was stunning. The little areas of geometric buttercream added such depth to the design and the gold and copper splashes gave it that something extra special. The flowers were gorgeous on it and the stand set it all off perfectly. We couldn't have asked for more, thank you Jo. We had some lovely comments about how gorgeous it looked, but especially for the flavours inside. They really were amazing. The strawberry and champagne really was extra special, the chocolate sooo rich and decadent but the orange and passion fruit was I think everyone's favourite! Thank you Jo for creating such a wonderful cake for us, it was literally the perfect addition to an absolutely wonderful day.

Sorry for the very delayed review Joanna! Thank you for making us a simple, beautiful and very tasty wedding cake! Joanna was very accommodating and we managed to booked her 4 weeks away before the wedding. The cake was delicious! All finished and no left over by the evening reception! She also delivered the cake herself to our wedding venue in Bristol. We actually never got to meet Joanna personally but she communicated to us well via email. I contacted Joanna to make my daughters 2nd Birthday cake, and Joanna did not disappoint the cake was stunning. We discussed price, design and even getting Joanna to deliver the cake on the day. We had a two tier cake one salted caramel and the other vanilla both tasted fantastic. Will 100% be back in the future for birthday cakes. Thank you very much Joanna. Joanna’s cakes are insanely good! We were recommended to Jo by a friend, to make our wedding cake - we were blown away! The detail, colours, flavours - all absolutely perfect. Jo is so lovely, very responsive and accommodating. We recently asked Jo to make a baby shower cake for our little girl, again, it couldn’t have been better. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jo!

We were 2 weeks away from our wedding and had not yet ordered our wedding cake. we called 6-8 wedding cake makers in bristol but none of them took our order saying it way too short a notice. Panicked, we came across joanna's website and were stunned by how beautiful her cakes looked. W gave her call and to our surprise she took our order saying she wouldn't want a couple to be upset on the wedding day. Not only did she take our order but she added every detail she could as she said she made every cake unique. We added lots of little details to our cake and had 3 different flavors for three different tiers. Joanna delivered the cake on time to our wedding venue and also gave us a discount as she knew we were a young couple and had already invested so much in the wedding. The cake was beautiful and all the guests loved it. All 3 flavors were exotic and very tasty. I would recommend her 10/10 for communication, service, taste and look. Highly recommended. I have been ordering several cakes for Birthdays and Anniversaries. They not only look amazing but the taste - simply delicious. Oreo with fruits is my favourite. Thanks to Joanna I fell in love with macarons (salty caramel are amazing) - be aware they are addictive ;) so do cupcakes with lemon filling.

From lemon drizzle to classic jammy Victoria sponge with the creamiest buttercream, these cakes were beautiful to look at and tasted even better. Joanna has been a delight to work with on our Wedding Cake. We met for a consultation and she sat with my groom and Mum for a good hour discussing our options and looking at designs. She is prompt in her communication and extremely helpful. The samples sent to us in the post prior to making our decision were amazing and presentation was gorgeous (not to mention a lovely thing to come home too!) The Wedding cake was exactly as we had wanted it and was to the highest standard our guests all loved it. Joanna made us the most beautiful semi naked cake for our wedding. The cake was absolutely stunning- modern yet elegant and each tier tasted fantastic. The cake was decorated with a paint drip effect and Joanna worked with our florist to use some of our flowers too. The effect was 'wow'! We had many compliments from our guests plus the wedding venue said it was the best cake they'd seen and tasted for a long time! I found Joanna by googling cake makers in Bristol- phoning someone who wasn't available- but suggested Jo. I'm so pleased she did!

Jo made our wedding cake in August 2019 and it was absolutely stunning! It was beyond what we had imagined! So many of our guests commented on the cake saying they couldn't believe the sugar Rose's weren't real flowers! On top of that, the flavours were incredible! I'm not a huge fan of cake but I dreamt about Jo's cake after we did some tasting and we still have some of our wedding cake left over in the freezer which we can't wait to have with a cup of tea! Joanna is an incredibly talented artist who puts her whole heart and passion into decorating and baking cakes as we've had the privilege to discover for ourselves when we asked Joanna to make our perfect wedding cake. She carefully listened to what we wanted and how we wanted it to look, the communication and adjustments were never an issue for Joanna as she was always prompt with replies and catered for our needs. We must admit when the big day arrived we were not dissapointed. The cake was beautiful, delicious and fresh. We opted for a 3tier semi-naked ombré wedding masterpiece and it was exactly what we had!
