bloody lovely cakes, these. I was very kindly given some free muffins and cookies left over from their batch after a day of selling their delicious products at a farmer's market fete thing. they were exquisite. watch out!!! you will see this lady on bake off one day and her products being sold all over the country. but seriously, lovely and delicious bakes. would happily spend money on them next time.
