I have visited this coffee for the first time. I have ordered a Cappuccino, Tea , a bacon roll and a sausage roll as they have a special offer. The drinks are very good and the food was nice and warm . We also got free tomato sauce and hp sauce. The girl at the till was so nice and polite and the guy brought us the food at the table nice and warm (He is a good sight to xxxx) having our personal waiter 😍. This was great customer service. The place is nice and clean and they also have clean toilets. Before I left, I bought a Box of Muffins to take home as it was very hard to resist to the smell and I love sweets. I will be certainly visit again. I don't usually leave reviews in restaurants or places I visit as everything taste standard but this was amazing food good looking staff if you know what i mean warm and great customer service.

The atmosphere here is always lovely and the staff are friendly. There is a good range of cakes, pastires and such, including one or two vegan options which have never disappointed, as well as a variety of coffees! would recommended :-)

What a lovely place to enjoy your cuppa! The prices are reasonable, tables kept very clean, so you don't have to worry about putting anything on due to stickiness, quiet and welcoming. Loved it and will be back. Thank you!

Nice Coffee shop in the Intu Centre Derby. The decor is clean and tidy and the staff are friendly. Besides coffee, you can buy soft drinks, muffins and wraps. Nice place to catch up with friends

Amazing staff and service. My little boy smashed a glass with his smoothie in. They were so quick to check he was ok and genuinely concerned. They then brought him a new one with some chocolates. Top service, will def go back. Also yummy cakes and coffee!!

Disappointed on this visit!! The Dishwasher had broken down, so only using Paper cups and serviettes. But instead of putting a sign up somewhere to explain this, , the one person serving (which meant long queue, slow moving!) was explaining the situation to EVERY customer!!! At least 6 tables were full of takeaway cups, used serviettes and paperbags. We eventually had a rather weak Americano and a yummy muffin, but felt SOOO let down on this visit!!

I just picked up a strawberry lemonade and it's lush. On top of that the gentleman serving me (I think he was the manager) was the nicest person I could have met to cheer up my day. Even in these hard times he still had a smile on, the older lady before me was struggling a bit and he offered for her to leave her shopping to pick up later 😭 Whenever me and my partner went to town before covid we would always go and get a coffee and sandwich or muffin and coffee from there and we have never been disappointed.

I ate here on Monday and my experience was great. The manager who served me was very kind and offered to carry my tray to a table for me( I'm guessing this was due to me being pregnant and loaded down with shopping). They were very busy as it was lunchtime but I will definitely eat here again great customer service.

Really nice place, very conveniently located in the intu centre. There are plenty of seats available and it's a very nice atmosphere. Due to the current Coronavirus situation you might be waiting in line a while for a seat.

Nice coffee, but bad muzak. Piped music is totally unnecessary, especially in a busy cafe, where it just drowns out conversation. I really don't like having someone else's taste rammed down my throat. Otherwise, this would be a nice place for coffee.

A nice place for coffee, tea, soft drinks and snacks and does soya milk. Very friendly staff, clean and reasonably priced. Nice range of cupcakes and freshly baked croissants. A good place to drop into.

Great place to visit, very fast service, Amazing coffee's. I love the fact that for soya milk, almond milk, coconut milk and oat milk I don't have to pay Extra. Staff are very friendly and Muffins Delicious.
