Friendly and polite. This shop closes at 5PM and I forgot to collect the cake because of some work. They called me before closing the shop and they waited for me till 5:15 PM. Excellent service.

I have never tried cakes without egg before so I was quite curious. I went to the store and the manager was very friendly and very helpful in guiding me through my purchase. He also informed me of the many different types of cakes/cupcakes etc that could be purchased and the vast array of designs to chose from. A great in-store experience overall, the cake was delicious, my family will definitely be coming here from now on :)

Ive never been to an eggfree cake store before so I was abit apprehensive to say the least. I had heard good things about this place from friends and colleagues so I did have high expectations but I didn’t know what to expect and can honestly tell you, I was NOT disappointed. The product and service was absolutely amazing! I’ve never received customer service like that before. Service: Firstly, I was served by a young lady (store manager). She made me feel so welcome and comfortable and she knew her stuff! She had an answer to every question I had about the products. The service I got was so attentive and friendly but so professional at the same time. I was very impressed! Product: Secondly, the cake was amazing! I took a victoria sponge one with chocolate and fruit on there from their display. It was so light and soft, I could have eaten the whole cake myself. Can honestly say that this store is now my go-to place for birthday cakes and treats. Never going anywhere else! Would highly recommend this to anyone!

I used to travel to the Normanton one, but this is much more convenient for me. Its just around the corner. There cakes are amazing and fresh all the time and the service is really friendly.
