This was our first experience of ordering from Deb's Kitchen Cakes. Our original order was through Amazon and we paid extra postage for early delivery as the cake was needed for the 20th March. We were notified by Amazon that our order had been despatched and would be with us by Wednesday 16th March. On Thursday, 17th March it had not arrived. We telephoned Deb's Kitchen Cakes and spoke to a very helpful lady who confirmed that our order had been despatched. At the same time this lady offered to send a second order, free of charge, as we needed it on Saturday at the latest. On Friday both orders arrived. The product was excellent, very easy to use, and the service was second to none. We highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Last year I ordered 3 cake toppers, a Santa, a Snowman and a stained glass window. Absolutely perfect, good quality and prompt delivery. So this year I ordered the Sowman and Santa again, but they didn't arrive Not their fault, a carrier problem, Amazon had already told me the items were out for delivery. I phoned Deb's Kitchen cakes and they were fantastic, couldn't possibly have done better. Charming lady tells me they will be posted today, first class. recorded delivery. You can tell more about a company from how they deal with problems than in any other way, and based on that Deb's Kitchen Cakes is a class act. Thank you very much and Happy Christmas

I love Deb’s kitchen cakes, I purchase here frequently and I am never ever disappointed. I recently was surprised by my family to a lovely cake topper for my birthday which was amazing quality and fitted our cake perfectly, It arrived in plenty in time, beautifully and securely packaged. The picture was great quality with bright colours. Service offered by this business is also wonderful if you ever have a question they are more than happy to help. I'm a busy Mum who tries to bake whenever I get a spare second! To give my cakes an extra 'wow' I order all my cake toppers from Deb's Kitchen Cakes online. The turn around is incredible, often I receive my order on the next working day. They are so easy to use and apply and I love how everything is pre-cut, no fiddling around with scissors like some other ones I've tried in the past. Deb is so helpful, I've had a few queries in the past and needed my topper last minute. She always does her best to get it in the post for me. Definitely recommended by me, I tell all my friends about them too.

Really happy with our Golden Wedding anniversary topper . It arrived in the post today but you may want to ask Royal Mail what it is that they don't understand about Please Do Not Bend as the envelope was bent and mis-handled. We are very lucky that the topper was not damaged Regards Elaine Morley

Great online service I’ve bought cake decorations from Deb’s Kitchen Cakes a number of times now. Their service is fantastic! The website is very easy to order from and the cake toppers always arrive well packaged. If you order a personalised cake topper you upload your image when you order and add any message (these have been really popular with our friends and family, especially old family photos). The quality of the printed photograph is excellent! I’m newish to baking and cake decorating so often pick up the phone to Deb, she’s helped me no end with by bakes. I like the fact that they make cakes as well as sell cake decorations. Highly recommend to anybody.

We have had several toppers and wafers from Deb's Kitchen Cakes.....most of which have been short notice and the service has been spot on every time. I especially love the toppers that I have asked for photos to be put on. We have had a number of 50th birthdays to celebrate recently including last weekend and the quality of the printing has been excellent and in some cases old photos have been rejuvenated to great effect. It's great to see our friends faces when they see photos from their past on a cake! We will definitely be using Deb's Kitchen cakes again.

I am so pleased with the cake toppers from Deb's Kitchen Cakes! I'd shopped around looking everywhere for quality decorations that I could personalise with my own logos and photos. These never disappoint me. The cake toppers are always superbly packaged with all the correct food labelling and the packaging is always sealed. I know that sounds obvious but many companies I'd bought from in the past don't do this and I didn't trust them to put them on my cakes and bakes. I love the fact Deb's Kitchen Cakes also make their own cakes, they understand what works and why it's important to use quality ingredients. I ordered a personalized " photo icing" fur a birthday cake. It arrived very quickly and was of a very high quality. I did phone the company to ask if it would be ok to place the icing over melted chocolate and I got the response was friendly and helpful.
