J. F.Just popped in for a coffee and cake. The Americano is excellent. The hot chocolate is fair, not very chocolatey. We paid extra for Marshmallows and got 2. The chocolate chip muffin was very good. I was overcharged at the till. They charged me £8.50 for a £2.50 muffin. They were very relaxed about their mistake. I was handed £5.70 in cash and was told the till does that sometimes. In my cafe we would have been extremely apologetic and offered the muffin free. This was disappointing. You should try harder.
L. A.First time visiting and I'm not impressed. Several tables with dirty dishes left on them. A plastic sheet spread over seats and dirty tables. It wasn't busy so there was plenty of time to clean up. Service was ok but not great either. If it was a better experience I'd be happy to pay the prices they charge but as it is I won't return.
