The communication, order delivery, consistently superb products, creativity and value for money are second to none. I could not recommend the business more highly.
Z. P.I've had cupcakes on a few different occasions and a surprise birthday cake recently from Ulli's bakes. All of them were AMAZING! Each bite a delicious morsel, baked to perfection, each of them a small work of art. Very importantly the sweetness levels were always perfect (unlike some cases were your teeth hurt).
The birthday cake was a salted caramel and it was probably the best one I have ever had. The sponge was perfect, small pockets of caramel which complimented the sponge and a delicious buttercream that didn't overtake everything else! Very very much enjoyed! I can't recommend Ulli's Home Bakes enough! I will be most certainly going back for more.
A. H.Amazing birthday cake made for my granddaughter. All I had to do was give a little explanation of how I would like the cake and left all up to Ulli and wow we got a fantastic cake. My Granddaughter was overwhelmed with her magical cat inspired cake and as for the taste WOW! it was perfect. e. s.I've enjoyed 2 special occasion cakes from Uli - a baked chocolate crumble cake for my birthday which was just so tasty and not too sweet. A gluten free (not easy) apple crumble and custard cake which she researched and made for my gluten free friends 50th - it tasted just like a bowl of crumble & custard, delicious :) Now i just need another special occasion :)
C.I ordered a stunning red velvet cake for a colleague's birthday, and was the lucky recipient of a divine chocolate cake for my own birthday. Ulli's cakes taste every bit as good as they look, and are made with so much attention to detail. Ulli takes the time to understand exactly what is needed, and always manages to exceed expectations. Highly recommended.

H. S.Really pleased with the cake Ulli made for our son's 5th birthday. We asked for two tier with classic sponge on the bottom (for the party) and a gluten free chocolate sponge on the top (for us as a family). The design was to match the Pokémon theme of the party with the bottom layer looking like a Pokeball and the upper layer like Pikachu. I was so pleased with the cake and my son's reaction to it and we got lots of compliments at the party on it. Most importantly for me, the one who needed the gluten free layer, it tasted AMAZINGLY GOOD. Easily the yummiest, most moist gf cake I've had in a very long time. The cake was boxed really well for transit from Ulli's home to the party venue as well. My only disappointment was that I didn't ask for a bigger cake so I could eat more 🤣 I've already recommended Ulli to other parents and would happily do so to others.

R. B.Have bought cakes from Ulli's Home Bakes on several occasions now. Two orders of cupcakes and a surprise birthday cake. The amount of love and detail that goes into these creations is incredible.
The cupcakes most recently ordered (I placed an order for the number but was happy to receive any variations in flavour and appearance) came in four beautifully presented boxes each containing four cupcakes with different flavoured buttercreams for each box; one lemon, one chocolate, one salted caramel and one vanilla. Needless to say they did not last long once presented to my brother's family I was visiting for the weekend (in fact they didn't outlast the weekend!).
For both orders of cupcakes though the quality is consistantly excellent with the sponge being beautifully fluffy and the icing not being overwhelming in sweetness.
For the cake I ordered a salted caramel cake. Ulli contacted me in advance to discuss the details of the cake and how I would like it to be presented on top. The end result was outstanding in appearance and quality and definitely well worth the money.
The range of cakes is excellent on the order list and with some german-themed cakes also on there it's only a matter of time before the next order goes in!

D. S.Highly recommend Ulli's home bakes, lovely friendly and accomodating people, managed to fit us in for our little girls 6th birthday cake
even though she was about to go on holiday. Our little girl was over the moon with her chocolate unicorn cake! Beautifully decorated and tasted as good as it looked, went a long way too and still had plenty left over after her party!

I.I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter's 18th birthday and I was not disappointed. The decoration and presentation were superbe and the lemon and raspberry flavours were fantastic! I gave Ulli carte blanche and was over the moon with the result.
